The people here were good. Just wish TMobile would provide better instructions so that one does not receive a different answer to the same question from every rep you speak with.

Sam, the store manager, is fantastic! He helped us get a new line set up and transfer phone numbers and didnt give up until everything my friend needed was set up. Greatly appreciate his patience and persistence. Awesome customer service!

Decent service. Easy parking. Socially distant help.

Went in to get my phone activated, there was a family getting help so I stepped to the side to wait. Two women walked in and the family asked for a moment to look at phones and he went straight to the people that had just walked in and did not acknowledge me again. I was in the store for 20 minutes. Last time I went to a different location for this same service it took less than 5 minutes. I’ve never had decent service at this location and will not be trying it again.

This is an amazing SPRINT store! I stopped by as an emergency with my iphone screen and Michael the rep who greeted me made me feel as though he knew me from for ever. I have been and will be a loyal sprint customer since 1996 and i have the perfect store not only because of what it offers and represents but because of the amazing customer service. I have been to just about every store closest to me but this store in Vienna beyond exceeds my customer satisfaction!!!!I will definitely send all my family and friends over. thank you Michael for the excellent service you provided you do a superb job.

If you live in Vienna area do not go to Sprint 256 Maple Ave East in Vienna VAOne of the employee used my account to make an unauthorized purchase of my old phone. He did not get my permission to purchase the phone nor use my account to pay it off. Upon calling to talk to the manager they all claim he is not there. I will persist until action is taken. This is beyond unprofessional.

The best experience with Grace! She really cares for customers!!! This is the only Sprint store me ans my husband visit =) we just upgraded to IPhone XR and so happy!!!

This place is great. The two guys there that helped me were awesome and very friendly. You have to go check them out.

The Customer service at this location is awesome! I highly recommend them over their counterpart in Tysons Corner! Ron was very knowledgeable and took care of my issue quickly!

These guys get customer service !!!!!!!Brian and his team always are friendly and will do as much as possible to solve your phone problems.I went in a sprint store in the Dulles mall last week, I was one of two customers in the store, the other customer was being helped by a man, but when I walked in and then looked around for at least 5min, no one said hello or I will be with you in a minute.There were two employees just standing there talking to each other about personal stuff. No flinch to move or help me.I walked out.Thank goodness I knew I could come to the Vienna store the next day and get awesome service.Thanks Vienna Sprint store

ZERO star for the worst custom service!!! Called in the store and asked about the promotion and plan. I was ready to purchase the plan and just wanted to get some info before I stopped by. Casey (or Stacy) answered the phone and the voice sounded like she hated to be there. Told me that she could not give me the price and hang up the phone. I called back immediately to complain about her behavior and there was no store manager to talk to. Helpless store and does not deserve any business if it doesnt improve!

Casey sold me defected SIM card that I had to pay with cash and no receipt. Sign me up for a two yr plan without my knowledge.
