All I can say is “Wow!” TJ Caplinger helped out so much with looking into great... nay I say... fantastic phone plans for my family. Will definitely be going back to have him help out with all of our future phone needs... and to be honest I can’t wait for that day.

I love this Sprint/ T-mobile store! TJ Caplinger is the absolute best! The only hands I trust my phone in besides mine!

We came in with little to no expectations about what they could do for us switching over from Verizon because we had so many phones and open leases with them but they were able to not only lower our bill by over $100!! They also bought us out of our contract with them paying up to $650 for each phone, got us unlimited service so we dont have to worry about overages, and actually have BETTER SERVICE than we did before! They were all so helpful and great not only would I recommend you check out Sprint but this store in specific was absolutely phenomenal!!! One of the best experiences I have ever had in retail, ever. Thank you guys!

I know this is gonna sound a little strange but my family and I actually had a GREAT time here! They were all so knowledgeable and Iris was fantastic! She was incredibly helpful and honest, helped us move over 3 phones from At&t and we have never been happier with our service and the price we pay is WAY less than what we were paying before. Iris is the best!!

First let me just say that changing phone carriers literally stresses me out so I do not do it often. I’ve been with same carrier for many years but decided to take the leap. Tyler was very help and very accommodating in this transition for me. Huge asset to the company. He most definitely went above and beyond for me. Much appreciated! Thanks again Tyler you were a HUGE help. Hope they pay you well you deserve it!Now let’s see how well their back office customer service will work. If it’s anything like the frontline service I will be one happy customer.

I LOVE this store! They were all so knowledgeable and helpful and even helped keep my children entertained!!! I used to hate going to the cell phone places but they have changed my mind!! Dont try the one in front of the mall, take the extra time to go to this one INSIDE the mall. Trust me you will not regret it!!!

Just came in to ask about what service would be like and how much it would cost and let me say these employees gave me one of the best experiences I have ever had at any store EVER. They were all so knowledgeable and friendly I highly recommend this store and will be sending all my friends and family to this location ONLY!! Great experience!!!

Good service and quick help. Willing to help if they are able to. Remember they are not a corporate store so sometimes they cannot help like if you need to do an update to a plan. Overall pleased with what they can do.

We went today to switch from our previous carrier to Sprint. We worked with Mike (the bald guy). He was fantastic to work with. The store staff was also amazing! We got a great deal on our new phones and an awesome plan to get us started with Sprint.We had our two young children with us and Mike was amazing about trying to keep our toddler entertained since we ran in to a small snag with one of the phones.

Tyler,Travis,Michelle,and Donovan were very helpful. They went out of their way to get the SIM cards for our new phones and I can’t thank them enough for helping us. 😊

Had many issues walking in the door from sprint phone support, Troy was quick to fix it and resolved my issue quite quickly to my pleasant surprise!

Horrible customer service, horrible everything. Not only did they repeatedly lie to us, they also kept giving us the run around and kept saying things that were nothing but sugar filled lies. They said theyd print off the contract but then kept saying the printer was broken (this was the past two years, everytime we asked) but yet something would print off a moment later? What a joke. They also said theyd email it to us and again, where the hell was the email? No where. Sprint is just a joke, especially this store. Save yourself, go to AT&T, Verizon, or T-mobile. My dad never got his government discount, even though it was promised. If you want any of the Buy one get one free deals, you have to constantly go back and get the bill fixed because you wont get the discount or any other deals. Its ridiculous, and Ive been warning anyone. If you really want to save money, dont go to Sprint. They are scam artists. Even one of the employees told us he doesnt even like Sprint after we had gone to them. Now Im on AT&T and Im happier.

Every time we go in the store were told something completely different than what our bill says & then what the call center says. Always feel lied to in the store. $$$$

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Will never go in this store again. This store is operated by a company called imobile a separate entity from Sprint. The sales person Travis was so rude, a bad influence for Sprint!
