This was a fairly quick painless phone buying experience!!. Erick was very helpful and pleasant. My only issue was the lack of phones in stock so I had to get a phone that I had no intention of buying. The price was right and the phone was there so Im giving it a shot.

Just spent about an hour with Sunny arranging for the purchase of new phones for our family of five. He was a delight - efficient, proactive and informative. He even helped make changes to our plan that ended up saving us money. If you want to take advantage of Verizons great deals of the moment on iphone 13 purchases, this is the place to do it and Sunny is your man.

I called and asked if they had gizmo watches, the person who answered the phone- his name was Rolan, said they didn’t. He said if i could wait 20 minutes, he would grab them from another store. He then went to two different stores (both far away) and grabbed the watches and when I came to store - made sure I was set up and comfortable before I left. He went above and beyond!

DO NOT GO HERE! They promised us credits for switching to Verizon service. Never gave us the credits after giving us the runaround for a month with corporate customer service. The manager of this store, Roland, promised the credits and then denied it later. We are out $250. Not a small amount. Avoid at all costs, they are dishonest.

Roland was persistent even when the Verizon website was not working. He did not give up until he solved the problem with trasferring a number was solved. He was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Unfortunately the service in that office is terrible, we got to make a change of company for 4 phones, we entered the store at 5:30 and left at 9pm with a half service, they closed at 8:00 pm, so qa That time they were telling us that they should cancel the entire process that they had already started and that they had not finished, they were sending us to our house without the Verizon line and without our previous line completely isolated, we said that they had to resolve our situation at that moment, the The phone that I wanted they didnt have in the store, so it was ordered and picked up 2 days later, we wanted to have a family plan, but the phone they ordered for me was set aside, so my line was individual and the bill of course was higher They offered us a coupon of $ 250 for each line if we went to Verizon, when we wanted to apply the coupon, surprise! It does not exist !, and there is no such offer !, I am outraged, the inability of these people who work there is terrible! They do things just to take the sales, but they do not care about customer satisfaction.

I am very pleased with the customer service that I received in this location. The employees were very knowledgeable and the location was very sanitary. They got me in and out in no time. Excellent place of business.

We went the Verizon store on maple avenue to upgrade our two phones. Jose and his colleague were extremely patient, efficient, and very helpful. It took a few hours for them to get our phones ready but they maintained their pleasant and professional attitude. We feel we got good deals. I will recommend this branch over others. You will get better service in shorter time.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at this Verizon! Tarek worked with me on upgrading my current phone and helped me pick out a new plan to suit my needs. He has an extremely positive attitude and was friendly to every customer that he worked with during my time in this store. He suggested a strong case and applied a screen protector. Before I left, he made sure that my phone was completely backed up and that I was satisfied. We all know how frustrating visits to the wireless store can be and it was extremely refreshing to be able to work with someone that was knowledgeable and had exceptional customer service. I came in to the store some time last week and was working with Jaime whom I believe is the manager and Abid. They both were very informative and was able to help me with my cell phone issue and provided me multiple options. From the second I walked in until I left they were very attentive and helped me with whatever my needs were. I’m not the biggest technology expert but they were very helpful and patient with me and my questions.

I was there looking to buy a phone, but couldnt decide which one to take. Alina was assisting me while taking care of other customers at the same time, which I thought was pretty impressive as she was able to cater our needs with a great smile on her face. She was able to land me on the phone I wanted and her customer service was absolutely fantastic. I would recommend all of my friends to go see her if they have trouble picking a phone or just buying one in general. Will be looking forward to coming back to this store again.

Great Verizon store in the middle of Vienna. It is very convenient because it is very close to my house and I don’t have to deal with Tysons traffic to get there. I was helped by a lovely sales person named Elaina . She was very helpful and assisting me in getting a phone for my elderly father. She was great to work with and did not try to sell me something that I did not need . She reassured me that this phone would be perfect for my dad and it is! He loves it!

Youssef was really helpful, he fixed issues on my account with no problem. I thought it was gonna be so long it ended up only being 15 minutes. He was super helpful and polite and nice. He should get a 20 dollars raise. Best service I’ve ever had !!!

I came in to this particular store with technical issues regarding my phone. I have to say I have relatively high standard when it comes to customer service considering the fact I am in the customer service industry. They not only met my expectations but superseded my expectations. I came into the store last Tuesday looking to upgrade my device and see what my options were in regards to a new phone. I broke my last device and he was very helpful in putting on a new tempered glass screen and providing me with a great case that should help me be less clumsy. The store is right down the street and I came back in the next day because I was having an issue with the Bluetooth in my car. They assessed what the problem could be and made sure it was solved before i left the store.

If the hours are posted online and on the store display as being open until 7 pm and I show up at 6:30 to accomplish a simple task I shouldnt see an employee sitting in the store on a computer with the door locked and they refuse to let me in.

Jose, the new manager at Vienna VA store was super helpful to me and Cindy Tessier. He not only fixed the issue with the cell phone but told us about Verizon offers we should consider because we have been a 19 year customer and have all our devices, cable and internet with Verizon. He treated us like the special customer we think we are!

My experience with Tareq was above and beyond exceptional. He is a very professional salesman. I went into Verizon to upgrade my phone which in itself felt like it was going to be a painful process from my past experiences. Tareq did such a wonderful job and made my experience as easy as possible. I was able to leave the store happy and not frustrated. I highly recommend visiting Tareq at the store for anything that needs to be taken care of!

Worst customer service ever. My IPhone 6 had a problem and I had insurance on it that covered everything. I went to Verizon store in Tysons mall and because they didnt have an IPhone to replace with so they checked this store and said they have two. I went their and explained everything. They said we are gonna ship a phone to you in 3 days. I told them that I cant go without a phone and asked to get a phone in store, I was told that they dont have any. When I told them that we checked and they had it, the manager said thats inventory and they couldnt give me one. After I insisted to get a phone the manager said I can give you and Iphone 4 so u can use it till the second phone comes. After keeping me waiting for another half an hour he came back and said I am trying but I couldnt. So I told him that Im leaving and gonna leave a review for his store. He didnt do anything about the insurance either.

Youssef made what could have been a long and expensive visit to Verizon, to update my account, a very pleasant and quick visit. Keep him around and you’ll have plenty more happy & loyal customers like me.

Beware: This is not a corporate store. It is some kind of a franchise that has a more distant relationship with Verizon itself. Therefore, it is very difficult for Verizon to help you fix anything that may go wrong with their services. My understanding from Verizon is you should look for red shirts on employees when you enter a Verizon store before doing business with them. Case in point: the manager of the Maple Avenue Verizon store has been promising to fix a problem that his store caused on my account since June. Because Verizon Wireless has no power to control what the store does, I cannot get the issue resolved.

I was in the store this Sunday and Alina the Assistant Manager was so helpful! She took her time by explaining me all the fios benefits and she also helps choose the best tv package tha fits me and my wife. Do not trust this Verizon location. I went in to add a line and they told me they were running a deal for a “free” Verizon tablet for a $49 fee. I specifically asked if there were any other charges and they said no.7 months later when looking at my bill I noticed a 3rd phone line. I called and they said this was for a tablet that I was being charged $10/month for. I went in to speak to a manger since this is what Verizon customer service told me to do. The manager did nothing to rectify the situation or the rep being dishonest with me.
