Was definitely worried and frustrated about having to get a new phone but Everett made the whole process soo easy and he really was just a great guy all around. He set me up with an amazing deal and I left feeling great about the whole thing. Highly recommended!

Mark was beyond helpful when I came in today. I needed a new screen protector for my iPhone, and he installed it for me and everything - but he didn’t stop there... I ended up saving over $400/year after he dug into my account and found ways to save me money. I came in to spend money and ended up saving! There’s definitely not a better Verizon store anywhere around here. I’ve been to them all and they’ve never gone above and beyond in trying to help me and give me everything I need and more. We needed new phones as our iPhone 6s needed to be upgraded. Mark and crew were fantastic and very helpful. I switched back to Android but my wife got the new iPhone 12. Had a very pleasant and positive buying experience from this store yesterday. I came in to upgrade to the iPhone 12 and the whole process was made extremely easy and fast by Kwame, one of the representatives. He was extremely nice and fun to talk to and he made sure to take care of me every step of the way. Buying a new phone can very easily be a long, slow, annoying, and over-complicated process, but Kwame made sure that such would not be the case when I made said upgrade. In my 20+ year being a Verizon Wireless customer I have never have such exceptional service. The Verizon Tyson’s store is lucky to have Athif Hussain as part of their staff.

A decent place to buy a phone.

I thought I had a great experience, but then when I saw the bill at home, I realized many errors and overpriced cases and covers.I was never told about the $40 activation fee and one of our phones was not actually activated, we found out later!I called to complain that my device dollars were not used, the phone was not properly activated and I was sold a $130 safety plan. When I first spoke to the managers assistant, he was very apologetic and told me to come to the store the next day to get a refund for my device dollars as it could not be done over the phone, and he would also take off the activation fee (as he activated it then) and work something out with us on this fake $130 safety plan which turned out to be just covers and screen protectors.I went to the store today and now my device dollars are being applied to my plan (wow this could not be done over the phone) and the manager was not offering any discounts on what the other person had apologized for. He said he would coach the person on selling it as a safety plan. That is NOT worth my $130I returned my case and a charger we were sold. This was a horrible experience that could have easily been resolved by the manager just helping when I actually went to the store in person as advised for my device dollars credit, which I now dont know if they will be on the plan next month. If they are not this store has not heard the end of me!

What a GREAT experience I had tonight at this Verizon location! I came into the store after a long day at the office with a significant problem and left very pleased with the resolution. I had a critical need to have a used iPhone (which I brought with me) activated as a replacement to an older model Android which was suddenly and quite unexpectedly no longer working due to damage. William Lawn was stellar in resolving my problem (to include a large data transfer) with efficiency and understanding! He truly was exceptional and turned what could have been a tedious and time-consuming activity into a smooth and entertaining event. In resolving my issue, William demonstrated a valued depth of knowledge, patience, professionalism, kindness, humor, and ease. He also reviewed my very dated contract and offered welcomed suggestions on how to streamline my plan which reduced my bill by over $50 per month while providing improved functionality. I am so appreciative for his help and so grateful to be reconnected with the new phone. Im a fan of Verizon AND this very helpful, convenient store! Bravo!!

I can highly recommend the Vienna Verizon store. Sara, manager, and Athif went far beyond the call of duty to solve my phone problem with both time and effort. They turned my problem into a pleasant experience. I used to say that my goal should be to treat my patients in such a manner that they would wish to stay longer rather than going back into the tough world out there. Sara and Athif did that.

I went in to get my Android phone fixed due to evident water damage. Verizon rep Sara Smyles examined the phone, helped me file an insurance claim, and also reviewed my Fios contract, suggesting ways to improve service while reducing my monthly charges. She was friendly, patient and professional - a pathfinder through the bewildering jungle that is cellphone sales and service.

Needed quick one hour decision to buy new i phone. Karim Kerr was very helpful and stayed late to send us out with 3 new i11 phones. Highly recommend him.

I unintentionally put pressure to myself and I was not friendly rushing to respond to Mr. Williams question.Amazingly Mr Williams continues respecting and providing me with excellent service. He assisted me effectively and efficiently in getting number port over to Verizon. He was so kind and considerate to made port complete, hence, my son can use it right away.I am impressed by Mr Williams professional knowledge and team work with his peer to get this transaction completed with 20 minutes and made change screen protector.Mr Williams is a great valuable asset of your organization. I sincerely thank Mr Williams for his extraordinary service and value me as very important customer.Again, I want express my regrets and apology to him and for unintentional rushing and unfriendly manner in the beginning.

I came to this Verizon store today to see if I could get a better plan as I always seem to get close to my data limit. Daniel, the associate who helped me, was awesome. He found me a plan that was cheaper than what Im currently paying, and also upgraded me from 3 GB to 4 GB. No need to sign any contract, and no pressure to buy extra products/services. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Im super thankful to Daniel for his help and would gladly recommend this store to anyone needing assistance from Verizon.

Karim has been absolutely wonderful. He had fully explained to me all of the options I have available to me on my Verizon account. I did not know that they were a private franchise for Verizon known as Cellular Sales. They happen to be their number one partner and it shows with their quality of work. Karim helped me transfer my data from one phone to another even though I did not purchase the new phone there, so nice! If you have the chance to visit this store I highly reccomend seeing Karim. I went to Verizon at Tysons to purchase an iPhone for my son for Christmas. Karim was the sales person who helped me out and he did an excellent job of showing me the different options I could pick from for a 14 year old. He answered all my questions, got the phone ready and in tip-top shape, and told me we could go back to see him if we had any issues with the phone. It was a great customer service experience!

We went in this past Sunday to convert from AT&T. Erick Castro took care of us and was fantastic. Only issue was they didnt stock any iPhones over 64g so they had to order one, so Erick took care of that but my 16 year old now doesnt want space grey so hes taking care of that by ordering a silver one. He was awesome and transferred all info over to include my Samsung...actually an update, Verizon cant get any color except space grey unless it is a 64 gig phone, YOU CAN ONLY GET THE LARGER MEMORY FROM APPLE, SO SPACE GRAY OR NOTHING FROM VERIZON .

Karim, who works in the Tyson Corner Verizon store, did an excellent job assisting me converting from a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 to the Apple 10.He explained the process clearly and quickly, and with considerable patience. An older person like me, appreciated that kind of service.

I had the most positive experience at Celluar Sales in Tyson’s. I went in to replace my phone as I had a cracked screen and was operating at less than full capacity. From my first interaction with William, he was friendly and helpful in making sure that I got what I needed. He explained all options to me for upgrades, but only focused on products and services that I needed and could use. He also helped me from start to finish with white glove service, talking me through what was going on, explaining the steps in detail, and got me in and out with a new phone and mapped exactly as the broken one was in under an hour. He also did the screen protector perfectly and got me set up ready for use with no questions. I highly recommend this store and William was an incredible resource to help you with all of your cellular needs!

The staff at this location is great. Everyone is very attentive. I recently purchased a new phone and Verizon Customer Service had to talk to me before any changes were made to my account. In typical VZW phone support, they kept the store rep and I know hold for over 30 minutes. At no point in time did the rep lose patience and even the store management got involved to ensure the transaction was completed.

Terrible. Go to a real Verizon store. They try to hide that they are a retail store and talked ne oft off going to the mall to get the phone which would have took 10 minutes and Id have a new phone. Now its been days. My phone hadnt arrived. Verizon says the order failed and I cant even get it from the Verizon store because of the changes these guys made to my account. Worse experience ever.
