Staff there are real helpful. Store is big and refreshing, & when you walk in your noticed & greeted. And i also love their policys.

Dont expect to get any help when shopping the Parkersburg location. The employees are to busy making small talk to one another. Pretty sad I have to ask for help every single time I shop here! They also must have a high turn over rate. Never see the same employees working this store. Definitely will be taking my money elsewhere.

It is a very nice,clean and organized place with very polite and helpful employees.

As soon as I walked in, personnel were ready to help me find what I needed. Meghan listened to my questions and gave me information on the products I was looking for. She took time to get me exactly what I needed! I am very happy with my products. The store displays are attractive, the atmosphere is exciting, and the staff are hospitable.

The ladies in there are wonderful! Shopping online or in store is always a great experience!!

I always love Ulta. This one had a friendly approachable staff. Unlike most Ulta stores where I feel like they either dont have time for me or dont want to talk to someone over 50.

I had my hair cut colored 4 weeks ago getting ready for my daughters weddin. Shelly did a fantastic job I was so happy with all she did. So as you can imagine I was really looking forward to getting my hair done on my daughters day I was very sad that Shelly was not able to do my hair on the day. And it is the flat misshappen hair do that gets Ultra Beauty a big fat 1 star! I was embarrassed! And a HUGE waste of money! 2 hours in a hair chair and I looked like a shagg carpet!!!

I like Ulta but the last 3 times Ive been in, my ulta card is declined. I call customer service and there is no issues but the employees offer no help and just assume that the issue HAS to be with the customer. I never have any issues at the Morgantown WV store, only Parkersburg and the associates just make rude assumptions.

I dont know anything about makeup. The staff was very courteous and helped me find the perfect items for my girlfriend.

I went in on 3/25/19 to pick up some foundation but couldnt figure out my shade. Thats when Andrew came to the rescue. He helped me find my shade in the Lancome Tient idole and also did my brows. He is amazing. Im not too skilled in makeup but he showed me what I needed to get started. I ended up purchasing foundation, eyebrow gel, face scrub and hand wash. I will be back again this week to get some lipstick and I hope Andrew is there to help me pick a good color!
