If I could have given more stars on this review I would have. The selection of gifts here, the customer service, the personal touch, and the balloons are unmatched in this area and maybe anywhere. I have shopped here many times in the past, but this time I came in with a birthday emergency for a 3-year-old and they came through with flying collors (literally)! Victoria and her staff are clearly proud of their work and it shows. I will shop here and only here for all of my gift and balloon needs.

They always do a great job and go above and beyond! Ive ordered balloons from them a few times and they have always been very friendly and helpful figuring out what would go best for what I am doing. This weekend in particular the made up some balloons for me last minute and they were beautiful! Ive gone to box stores in town and their customer service is always awful. Its nice to have a local place that cares about their customers! Thank you!

Wonderful service and products!! So happy how my daughters balloons turned out. They had alot of creative ideas. The balloons lasted so much longer than others. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. They will always be my go to for balloons and creative gifts!

This is the best place to shop in the MOV for ANY gift you may need for any occasion. They have a variety of things for any age and any gender. The staff is friendly and the owner is fantastic. Oh and did I mention BALLOONS 🎈!!!!!!!!!!!! They have everything you need for any birthday, wedding, and any other party you are celebrating. So creative with their balloon structures. I purchased ballons from here and the woman was so busy telling me what I needed and preaching to me about a hot car, she didnt listen and screwed my orxer up..then needed another 30 minutes to fix the balloons..very poor customer service, willnever set footin hete agai
