The woman who helped me was quite helpful. She didnt have a ton of knowledge of the item I was there to purchase but she answered the few questions I had to the best of her knowledge. She was quite polite and the store was very very clean. If I need this particular set again, Ill be going back.

Harbor Freight is a great place to find inexpensive tools to get the job done. Not only do they have less expensive beginner level tools, but they have begun carrying heavier duty tools for those who use them more frequently. I have purchased many tools from Harbor Freight and have been very pleased with their quality.

Stopped in the vienna wv.Harbor freight tools store for 1st.time..was impressed with the quantity and cleanliness of store..bought an air hose and bungee cords at a really cheap price...very happy

Great place I havent been to a bad one. Ive been to several stores and havent had any bad experiences. There always customer friendly. Love this place from north Carolina to west Virginia.

So enjoy shopping at harbor freight. This was the firsttime ive actually been in the store. Ive always dont online shopping. The store was smaller than I imagined it was. I like it. Its played back an easy to find anything an everything you need for DIY projects an what nots.

I always have a good time looking around here. And spending more than I should.

Membership has never saved me any cash.Quality of tools are okay if you want to throw them away when done a project... thats my opinion

Harbor Freight is always clean, organized, and well staffed. Lately thats been rare here. Manager Kasandra is fanatic and it shows in her attention to what her store looks like and how it operates.

Always good deals on tools here. You wont find the most common name brand power tools, but theyve done well for me.

This Harbor Freight is noteworthy for its friendly, outgoing, and knowledgeable staff. Its a big store but still well organized, with a lot of material packed into the space available. We bought a Predator 9000 generator for the farm and ran into the slightly strange situation of them having none of the large wheel kits for this unit, while the Zanesville store had large wheel kits and no Predator 9000 generators. Go figure.

Found what i wanted.

They had what I needed at a reasonable price.Fast check out.

Love the store! The guys that work there are very helpful ...but the female manager came across very shady and not forth coming about sale items! Perhaps she gets some kind of comission on the stores total sales for the day? I showed her the coupon for an item on my phone and she said she saw it but failed to apply it to my purchase..needless to say I ALWAYS check my receipt and its a good thing I did before I made the hour drive home and then found out she over charged me $16.00 because she didnt use my phone coupon I showed her! My advice would be for the customers who shop there..check your receipt before you leave when using coupons .

Its a good place to find any tool you need cheap as well. The employees are always helpful, and its a cool place to just go window shopping. Good place to stop in and find a tool, and not have to pay $30 for one.

Ive always been like a kid in a candy store with a million dollars when Im surrounded by tools and ideas that surround me when inside of a Harbor Freight. I love the selection, the prices. As long as they keep such a humongous selection and at the rates they charge, I will continue to keep looking for more Harbor Freight Tools to shop at.

They ran up 2 items by scanning the barcode twice on the top item! The top item was $6.79 and the bottom item was $4 and change. Didnt notice until I got to my truck, due to not being able to see register with the Covid boxes blocking getting close to the counter.

For the most part...they had everything I needed for some projects around the house. Clean eye-pleasing shelves and displays neatly arranged. Greeted by three different workers throughout the store. Very friendly and attentive.

Always nice people, not the best tools but cheap and sometimes things last, depends on what u buy! But cashiers and the guys that stalk are always asking if I need help. More places should have people that are willing to help like they do, and they always have smiles and kind words!

Handymans Paradise. I took my husband in to look for a few items, and it was like letting a toddler loose in a candy store. I was afraid Id have to fashion the $10 pack of ratchet straps into a harness and leash, just to keep track of him. Its like an adults McDonalds play place, but without all the germs.

Its the type of store you pick and choose the products for your needs. We always use coupons and get great prices. Most coupons are stackable and there are always free with purchase coupon items too. Warrantys are easy to claim as well when needed.

It is Harbor Freight. The cashiers always point out the available discounts when I am paying which is a nice bonus.Pros: I have gotten some great tools here for a low price. Their off brands can be better than expected.Con: I have also gotten some things that I am glad were so lowly priced that they were disposable because they didnt hold up well. But the good generally outweighs the bad

I love Harbor Freight. They have good quality tools at a fraction of the cost that you pay at other places. I bought a five pack of masonary drill bits for about half the price I paid for one at Lowes recently.I have never had anything break because of poor quality or workmanship. I cant reccomend this store enough.

Always a quick in and out. I love it. I wont give 5 stars, because they dont have automatic doors, its tricky getting in/out the front doors with a cart.
