Very happy with our purchase of the South Seas 748L hot tub. Charlie was very helpful in explaining our options and costs. Yes, it took several months to get it delivered, but we ordered in the middle of the pandemic. There are only a few actual manufacturers of hot tubs, and they were all affected. The price you pay includes an insulated cover, steps,starter chemicals, and delivery. Delivery is crucial- who wants to move an 800 lb. b tub themselves? They also have service crew. Our lights stopped working after a couple weeks.. they came out in couple of days and fixed what was a loose connection made at the factory.. The tubs you buy from Costco may seem like a good deal, but they do not include locating the tub, accessories, local service, and advice.. Vienna Hot Tubs have electricians they work with for hook up. We used White tail electric, which was about $1100 . Took about 2.5 hours. Did a great job. Highly recommend Vienna Hot Tubs.

Our first hot tub and what a great experience! Charlie and his team at Vienna Hot Tubs are easy to work with, communicate very effectively, and provide outstanding customer service. My spa was delivered perfectly with extreme care and zero damage to my yard or deck. I had to temporarily remove my backyard gate transom to allow the unit to clear, and Greg and the delivery team helped me to reinstall the transom once my hot tub was installed on the deck. Lastly, Charlies free training course made me feel really confident about managing the water quality of my tub - especially as a first timer. I couldnt be happier - THANK YOU!

Once these folks get your money they dismiss any request for support. The sales folks are snakes and do not respond to questions. The service department is nice, but they are overwhelmed and under staffed.My experience with this business has been awful. My hot tub arrived damaged 5 months ago and I was told to contact Wellis spa myself because they couldnt get in touch with Wellis spa. How in the heck do you sell a 30k swim spa and cant get in touch with the manufacturer!!!!!! Now my audio system on this 30k swim spa has stopped working and of course I received NO RESPONSE from the snake that sold me this piece of junk! Im filing a formal complaint with the BBB.

Spoke to Hot Tub Charlie today about maintenance on a hot tub. Was courteous and informative and gave me some great info on how to get my hot tub back in business. Out of 8 or so calls, was the most helpful and willing to accomodate.

I will post my whole experience after I get my hot tub (if I ever do). But one thing I can definitely say is that they have the worst possible customer experience. And they are pretty aggressive. Have emails to confirm that .

The buying experience was spot on. I never felt pressured and they genuinely provided honest input that helped us make an informed decision for our scenario. They hooked us up with a great electrician and had us up and running within a week of buying. Service after was also fantastic - Saturday class with customized advice for our tub and usage. I can call them anytime for tips and help. 100% recommend!

If you are even thinking of a hot tub, just call these guys and ask for Bruce. When I did, he talked to me to understand my needs and price range. Even inquired about the height of my family members (and their ages) so he could get a sense of what kind of tub would best fit (Im a lot taller than my wife, so seating height was important - who knew?)Best part - he stuck with us over seven months of me deliberating and trying to find out what tub would fit our gazebo (no easy task). He must have visited three or four times to take different measurements - one time even bringing out a hot tub box to simulate delivery). He even found a contractor to help us dispose of our old tub (broken) and take care of some minor carpentry to get ANY new tub in place.All without any sense that I was actually going to buy anything...When I finally decided to buy something - seven months later! - he honored the floor show price he quoted me way back when. To boot, he came out personally to ensure the install/delivery was completed properly and did the final electrical install himself.Who does this anymore? Bruce does.Amazing service, and AMAZING TUB. I basically live in my tub these days. Unreal.

Charlie, or hot tub Charlie as he is also known was so helpful to my family while we were searching for the perfect spa. We visited several times to his showroom with and without our kids to test different models. Charlie took loads of time with us to educate us about the different models and manufacturers. He was patient while our kids wanted to try every spa that had water in it. It was a fun learning experience. The best part of all was the honest advice we received from Charlie. He was more interested in making sure we chose the right spa for our needs than in making a quick sale or up-selling us something we didnt need. I would highly recommend Charlie as the best source in the DMV area for your spa purchase.

We ordered a Sundance Spa (Marin) from Vienna Hot Tubs and it was delivered in October. Bruce and Charlie were very professional and helpful in the selection process. The delivery out to Warrenton was very smooth and professional, and Charlie walked us through maintenance over the phone. These guys are wonderful! I have never owned a hot tub before in my life, they took the time to explain all options with me and provide advice that was relevant to my family. After the hot tub was installed they were very attentive and responsive to every question and need. They even provide onsite training for new users that is excellent. It’s so nice to work with such an excellent local team!!

Great experience! We walked in and were immediately shown around the store. All questions were answered quickly and in-depth, and advice was given based on our specific requirements. The store has lots of models to there, and it was really helpful to be able to actually see the model we wanted to get.Also, they make sure you know how to take care of the hot tub, and even have a class on Saturdays for customers to go through hot tub maintenance, which was awesome. We had a tiny issue getting the hot tub to start up when the electric was connected, and they were easily reachable by phone and told us how to resolve it. Its amazing to be able to call and actually get help right away from people who know what theyre talking about.We have hot tub stores that are much closer to us, but we chose this one because we felt like they personally care and are there to help us, whether its with choosing a hot tub, getting it installed correctly, or maintenance down the line.

The sales staff (most days its Bruce) is knowledgeable and friendly. Prices seem very competitive. Had some issues with the delivery crew which have been resolved. Most important, when we had some issues with the hot tub (not related to the store) they followed up in spades. Overall highly recommended.

These guys were super helpful. I purchased a used hot tub from an owner directly. I searched the manufacture for a local service provider. I found Vienna Hot Tubs. I went in and spoke with Charlie. He was quite approachable very informative. He suggested that I attend their free Saturday morning chemical class to learn more about the care and maintenance of my tub. My wife and I did attend and both of us left feeling very comfortable with chemicals usage. I also had a service tech come out preform a comprehensive check of my installation. I felt the price was competitive and affordable.

Bought two hot tubs here over the years and both were excellent purchases and VHT supported these purchases even long after warranties ended. This is my go to shop. Charlie gives honest and on target answers to questions and will give you the right solution (even over the phone) rather than the most profitable answer. He knows his stuff!

Had a great experience with our hot tub delivery. Our delivery team was committed to getting our hot tub delivered as promised even though they were faced with delays with the previous delivery, driving rain and traffic. It was raining and dark when they got here but they took time to ensure a perfect delivery even being careful to maneuver through a tight space and around shrubbery and landscape features. They were friendly and professional.

We shopped around, but ended up buying our hot tub here for a number of reasons. Not only were the prices very competitive, the owner/manager Charlie spent more than an hour showing us around, patiently answering questions, listening to what we wanted, and steering us to the right product. It was the opposite of high pressure. When we said we need to think about it over lunch, he advised us of nearby places to eat. I would shop here again in a heartbeat.

Had a great experience testing and buying my first hot tub here two years ago. The feature Sundance spas that have more bells and whistles but were very amenable when I asked for something less expensive. I ended up with a Tropic Seasons. The install went well and they have been very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions. The remain a great resource for filters, chemicals, and other accessories.

We bought the Niagara hot tub from them about 13 years ago and use it maybe 8-10 times a year. The problem I have is the whole base is rotted. Why would they use wood, much less untreated wood as a base? The hot tub cost over $9,000 13 years ago and was told it would last longer than I’d live in my house. My hot tub was elevated to help keep dry. I called to have it fixed and they said they were having a sale and would be better off buying a new hot tub. But, if I wanted to have a repairman look at it would cost $145. Really! $145 just to look at it. My father-in-law had a hot tub for over 20 years and gave it away in good working order.Vary disappointed in their customer service and not a chance I would ever buy from them again.

Called for a repair and was told someone would call me that afternoon. Called again 3 days later and asked again. Finally got a call a day or two later. Guy came out and said I needed a new pump and he had one in his truck he put it in and said it was a bad pump and he would have to order one. Service call $150, for which I had a bad pump and my spa in pieces.Four weeks later and several more phone calls, one which was not returned, they came back and installed the pump. Another $150 for the service call and $300 for the pump which I found on eBay for $180.I get the markup. Fine. But why do I have to pay for another service call because you have a bad pump in your truck?Will not use again, and do NOT recommend.

Vienna Hot Tubs is a great local resource to hot tubs owners in the DC Metro area. Both the team at the shop and the service are always responsive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend as they keep my 15 year old spa running smooth.

These guys are always ready to offer advice on Sundance products. They have parts and happy to share their expertise on repairing the tubs (even if you bought your tub elsewhere like me). Today they diagnosed and then explained what I needed to do to repair the tub myself.

Overall 3.8!We had a wet test and we chose Sundance Optima.Charlie was excellent in describing and Pro’s & Con’s of each tub and price comparison.He listened to what wants were and that’s were we headed toward.There was a misconnect after purchasing the tub. We had wanted features with the tub but didn’t receive- and that kind of burned me.Very high prices to purchase chemicals and filters.

Best customer service both in store and for service. Tim diagnosed a problem for me two others could not fix and was so knowledgeable going above and beyond to follow up for me. My GO TO for all things for my spa!
