Wow - Josh at McCormick Paint in Vienna made a difficult job quick and easy - actually enjoyable! Spoke to him on the phone and when I got to the store, I found he had done additional work to try to match what we had discussed. Forget the big box stores - this is my new paint store! Solid paint store with helpful staff. Extended hours (along the lines of those at Sherwin Williams stores) would be more convenient for DIYers.

I have been using McCormick for a little while now and the Tyson store is one of the main stores I go to. I love the product and the staff there is always helpful and makes sure you get what you need. Always a good vibe in the store. I’m not one to write reviews but lately I’ve been in that store a few times and there’s definitely been a change in staff. The manager in the store is very slow and always seems to be asking the assistant manager questions. I’ve seen the assistant run that store by himself plenty times before and he never has a problem or at least handles things accordingly. The pass few times I’ve been there I dealt with the new manager and he always seems to need the help of his assistant. I probably won’t be going back to this store as often but if you plan to buy from this store just talk to the assistant. Your experience will go a lot smoother.

Good staff, took time to help

Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. My wife and I spoke with Brandon. It was my first time painting and so we had a lot of questions. He was very patient and helped us the whole way. I will definitely come back to this store if I ever need paint for my home again.
