On 10/22, I had a great experience with the service department. I brought my car in due to safety recall. I also requested some minor bumper work (removing 1 piece and securing another). Joey and Tony did an excellent job by providing extra attention to my concerns. The work was completed within the estimated time frame and the bumper work was done at no charge. Joey was patient and thorough in reviewing and discussing the extra work. Tony managed the work flow efficiently. Thanks to their intervention, I was very happy with the service I received.
Tony was very helpful and knowledgeable on what was wrong with my car. Did a step by step explanation of what was being performed to my car. Explained the monthly payment criteria as well which was very helpful as I got on the monthly payment plan. To cover all the costs that my car needed. I moved to the area three years ago and wasnt in the market for a new car, but their service department has treated me as if I was a car-buying customer. Tony F. provides exceptional customer service, which is why I have gone back for all my scheduled maintenance and repairs. While dealerships are notorious for overpriced repairs, I feel they have been very reasonable. They have also gone out of their way to accommodate my schedule, which is priceless to me. When I get ready to buy again, they will be my first stop, but in the meantime, they are my mechanic of choice.
Recently moved in the neighborhood and brought my car in for service. All I have to say is Tony in service was simply amazing! Javier was straight to the point, friendly and transparent. He literally went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. So, as promised.... heres an update:They are working with us on a refund. I really would rather keep the car and the issue fixed, but at least we are getting helped. Things happen and Im understanding, as long as it gets resolved. Final update will come when everything is done.Hopeful - ToddUnfortunately, I feel the need to edit this review as we have found a major issue with the torque converter that is a $3000 repair and we are not getting assistance in resolving the issue. They can only offer another vehicle, and we traded in our old car. So, until this is resolved, I have to give a negative review. I will leave my original post, and change my review if this gets resolved. Im disappointed that they dont feel the need to fix a major issue on a car they sold us.Regretfully, ToddJacob Gonzalez and the team at Castle Chevrolet got us into a newer RAV4 that my wife loves!! I went to Castle just to look for a new car and I love the color red. It was my lucky day. There was the perfect red SUV. Made oil change appt for 8am. Arrived at dealer at 7am to make sure I would be 1st since I start work at 10am. 1 hour and 45 mins for oil change and tire rotation! I was 1st so couldnt be they were running behind. Service hours are terrible for working people. Last new vehicle Ive had were Dodge. Service hours until 9pm on weekdays. They run 2 shifts.

This place is horrible they had me book an appointment at 7 am. They did not fix my car at all. I called them at 10am and they stated there was 10 cars ahead of my car. Then at 4pm they called me to let me know no one has touch my car due to an injury on the job which was a lie because they first stated it was 19 cars ahead of mines. This should have been stated upon booking my appointment and also at the time I gave my car to samatha. She had a horrible attitude upon taking my car. She did not even want to open the gate for me to come in and give them my car. This is the most unprofessional place ever.I do not recommend.they deserve no stars

Last week we purchased a 2018 Traverse from Castle. We were looking for a new car, but we test drove a great used model. We ended up getting everything we were looking for at a fair price. Shaun G was very helpful and easy to talk to. Sean O was very thorough in the financing process. They both stayed late in order to get us in our vehicle that night. We decided that we wanted to get some custom work done (black ribbons and wheels). Shaun and Sean have been very accommodating in that process.
My over all experience was good but when I arrived for my Oil changed the young lady told me that it was not free the Chevy Equinox 2020 we just purchased in May of 2021 with 4,400 miles on it already she showed me that there should have been an oil change on the car in June of 2021 but it had expired so the oil change would not have been free, when the car was purchased we were told that at least the 1st oil change would be free my problem is that the car had not had a oil change since September of 2020 and upon selling us the car maybe that should have been checked before we drove the car off the lot, she did go and speak to her supervisor and we did get it free but I have never purchased a car and had to get an oil change a month in a half after the purchase I was disappointed with that but that just gives me something else to look for when purchasing a car that was pre-driven by people at the dealership or used to test drive, otherwise everything else when well and overall its a very nice dealership to do business with I would definitely go back and purchase again thanks :)

This was my first visit to Castle because of my regular dealer, Sunset, could not accomodate me due to a strike by service techs. Castle got me in to get the needed airbag replaced. Waiting room and Lav clean and neat. All people I deallt with were professional and courteous. TV a plus when having to wait 2 hours for repairs each of 2 days. Everyone was very pleasant and did their best to fix the problem as quickly as possible.

The shop repaired what I came in for but wanted a arm and a leg to check my rear camera. All I asked was see if it’s loose because it shakes when I reverse. Then I was in for that I could schedule a checkup for $170.00 just to see if it’s loose. They are the worst place to take a car too. I don’t think I will ever even look at them to purchase a vehicle. If I could give them negative stars I would without thinking twice.

My sales person was cool everything else sucked. I bought an 07 cr-v for 7k with 138k miles. It had bad brakes on all 4 corners, no oil change, bad passenger side ball joint, ac compressor had a whole in it, wipers where worn all filters where dirty, Ive gotten 6-8 letters from lenders telling me they shopped me around for their best rate not mine. I decided on the vehicle within 20 minutes and yet we where still in there fit 2-3 hours. The finance guy smelled of cigarettes. It amazes me they would send a car out with so many issues for full retail value. Beware.

The service department saved me! My car overheated and was out of coolant when I was an hour from home. I had it towed to them at 3:30 on a Saturday and they had fixed everything that was wrong and threw in an oil change. It was all done at 5pm! Forever grateful that they took the time to help me when I was stranded.

*Sept 10th to bring my truck in to be serviced because the Engine light came on. Tony showed the list of DTC Readings and he asked me to bring it back if it comes back on again.*Sept 14th I called Tony(Service Lane Mgr) and I brought my truck in to have a DTC Read done again with the Engine light still on by Tony (Service Lane Mgr). I was provided a paper with a list of issues. He was only concerned of the 2 issues. Scheduled appt to come back by Tony (Service Lane Mgr).*Sept 20th for service appt on my truck. I have a 4yr Service Contract on it with $100 Deductible. They replaced fuel pump, pipe, & gasket but didnt tell me I had to pay for fuel service system too. Totaling $402 which should have been included with the contract. I asked Tony did the repair clear all codes that were listed and he said YES.*Oct 8th while driving the Engine Light came back on and it was the same DTC Readings (codes) I called & left messages for Tony (Service Lane Mgr) to call me & didnt.*Oct 9th I called & left messages about the Engine Light on & no response.*Oct 11th I had to drive to the dealer service area just to see Tony (Service Lane Mgr) to let him know the Engine Light came back on. He the DTC reading again & the same codes showed again. I though u told me that it should clear the code. Had to schedule another service appt.*Oct 14th to have the truck service again with the same existing issues. I specially as Tony(Service Lane Mgr) Will there be any charges? He answer was NO. I was only concerned with the issue under the warranty. Several days later received a phone call saying the truck was ready and I had to pay another $100 deductible with a $67 air filter WITHOUT my consent again. I only asked about the warranty issue ended but up paying more money. I want my money back or credit me the money that I should not been charged without my consent.
I purchased a vehicle 3 weeks ago and it needs $3500 worth of repairs. After trying to contact Castle, nothing has been resolved and nobody is returning my calls. I HIGHLY recommend you find another dealership to buy a car from.

I have been purchasing vehicles from Castle Chevrolet for well over 25 years and have always been extremely satisfied with the service by their sales representatives. My last sales rep Katie Jasionowski was very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful in my recent purchase.
Patryk in the parts department went above and beyond to help me out. I ordered a rooftop cargo box online and received an email that it was on backorder from the manufacturer. After a couple weeks I reached out to Chevrolet of Villa Park to check the status of the order. I let Patrick know that I needed the cargo box for an upcoming vacation and was nervous that it wouldnt get in in time. He found the same box at a location in California and had it shipped in for me. When I came to pick it up we realized that while packaged it wouldnt fit inside of my car to take home so Patrick offered to deliver it to my home free of charge! Great customer service!

The absolute and to the point service I’ve had at a dealership, She is 100% honest and to the point with what is wrong with your car and what needs to be done . Mediocre at best. Zero follow through once the sale is done, they must not care about repeat business. Waiting on our second key for at least two months and all we ever get is endless runaround. There are much better places to purchase a vehicle. Only shop here if you are content with mediocre service and an indifferent attitude.
Service advisor department employee, Samantha, was very helpful and kind! Ask for her for any questions ! I was a bit confused on some stuff and she helped clarifying those things.
I went to castle Chevrolet to get my routine oil change not expecting to get a brand new car. The salesman who took care of me is Alex he is very manner able. He ask me what kind of car I wanted and I told him not expecting him to come back with the exact car I wanted. We took it for a test drive and we had a great conversation. He wasn’t worried about just getting a sale he put his foot down to care. He didn’t hold anything back on what I should expect on financing and if I should put any money down. He came back to me with keys in hand and said congratulations on your new car. Not in a million years would I thought I would be an owner of another new car. If you want nice service friendly faces and people who care about you and your wants go to castle Chevrolet in Villa Park ask for Alex. Tell him I sent you. They are really there to help you for you. UPDATE: 8/26/2021 Decided to fix the car and forget about Castle Chevrolet for the rest of my life. Overall - buying experience itself was fine, but if you have any issues, dont expect the same red carpet as you did during purchasing. Also, when the salesperson says theyre going to pull it to the back of the lot to reserve it for you, thats a total lie/sales line.UPDATE: 8/20/2021 Less than 48 hours after purchase, check engine light :( The dreaded Evap System Leak Detected by diagnostics. Working with Gabriel, I have very limited options - including swapping the car for a different one on their lot, however they have nothing equivalent to offer. There is a car at their partner dealer (Castle Chev North) that I would trade for but they cant give me that option for whatever reason. I will update if/when this is resolved.8/14/2021 Through an online search, I found a used Kia Forte at Castle Chevrolet. I was working with Gabriel Sanchez long distance and I traveled to Villa Park from out-of-state to buy the car. Gabriel was in contact with me via text message, updating me on everything, replying immediately no matter the time of day. He texted me close-up photos of some of the minor scratches in order to be fully transparent about the condition of the car. He arranged everything prior to me coming and from my time of arrival to the dealership to leaving with my new car was less than one hour. Very satisfied with the car so far and with my experience at Castle.
