I came into your store today around 4pm and the staff was very helpful, but I do not think I will ever shop here again. The noise from whatever business is upstairs is absolutely atrocious. You can hear the rafters and windows shaking around with all the stomping. It doesnt sound like a safe environment to shopping and I personally feel horrible for the staff that has to work through that.

Terrible customer service. Workers here could hardly lift the box of parts. Out of shape and bad hygiene. Very dirty store.

Stop at this store not to long ago. I was helped by a sales rep named Jon Roberts. This guy was class act! Great customer service, very knowledgeable about parts and was very helpful. Would differently go back again and highly recommend going to this store if you need anything for your vehicle!

Just be careful of their drivers on the road. They like to text and drive in swerve all over North Avenue. At 8:10 this morning their driver nearly sideswipes me while he was using two hands to send phone messages. Highly unprofessional

Needed a serpentine belt for non automotive application and was able to get it matched up by counterman without grief. Sometimes hard to do elsewhere.
