Terrible customer service. Dirty, unorganized, no system at all. Drove 10 miles to get pre ordered meat and found out no one bothered to take note of the order, no shame felt either! Further more, this was my first time and most likely last time. The level of mess and lack of cleaning speaks for itself. These guys being islamic don’t value the teachings of Islam on cleaning. It’s a shame!

Very bad customer service. Prices are not the same for all customers. They charge you based on your looks and who you are. They will scan one extra item which is always kept by the register when you check out. When you correct this, they will make an excuse that it was charged by mistake. Please do check your receipts to make sure you only pay for what you buy. Be aware!!!

Very convenient for me and others in the area to shop for desi grocery and halal meat. Good location. I hope they expand their store. It can gets crowded and tight sometimes.

Its okay but if you have craving for fresh meat near Oak Brook then its the place to go.
