I had gone to this dealership yesterday when I got off of work to look at a few cars. But I was able to walk around and look at all the SUVs on one side and look inside of them, then walk to the other side and look at all of the trucks and nobody ever came out to help me.

Had to return this beautiful car because I couldnt afford that balloon payment once youve made two payments.

First, anxiety is something that I’ve always struggled with and you can imagine the stress that comes with getting your first car. Mental health has been front and center since the start of high school and a big decision like your first car was full of stress for me. Going to a big dealership was just out of the question so when I came across Comfort Cars via Google I decided to give it a chance, maybe they would live up to their name. They were amazing! Everything about my experience was comforting and I’m very grateful for the staff there!

Comfort Cars LLC is where you should come to first if you are looking for a car to pull off the lot on the same day! The owner is very laid back and cool. Billy, the car salesman, is understanding, he listens to you and knows how to sell a car! But most of all he knows what he is doing and is fast at what he does (Even with 10 people on the lot looking at cars at the same time) he was patient and great with details and making sure you understand the documents and information given. I was able to purchase a 2007 Toyota Camry for a very reasonable price. And I mean REASONABLE. With payments every 2 weeks, then gradually I’ll be paying monthly which is awesome! I wish I would of came here first ☺️ Overall, I am happy to say that I am satisfied to be driving again.

Ford trucks run in the family but going to get one down from the dealership was just out of my budget. It was great to find a Ford truck that I could afford in a time where are the cost of living is going up but salaries aren’t changing. Happy to keep the family tradition running

Ive purchased 2 cars from this place and one ended up catching on fire and the other one was involved in an accident throughout the time period of purchasing 2 vehicles we come to find out that the owner wasnt as nice as he lead out to be. He was often very rude and disrespectful and threatening to me because of an email my husband sent him in which he wasnt being disrespectful at all Im guessing he just misunderstood what my husband was saying and says it was inappropriate and unprofessional the rest of the staff are messy and unprofessional also

When you go to a Car dealership you always feel that you have to fight and haggle for a great deal but this was very different, straightforward, just like the name says it was actually comforting.

I was able to find a great deal for myself and not only that but many good options for my daughter who is eager to get her license soon!

Sold me a truck with a bonded title, took the truck back and they wouldn’t work with me on getting another truck. Only thing he could do was an additional $1,300 down in 3 weeks after I paid $1,000 originally . Definitely wouldn’t waste my time at this car lot and they don’t have car fax!

Worst place to go to buy a car. They are quite shady and definitely not someone you want to give your money to. They clear codes before you test drive a car so you really get no idea what the car is really like. Once the codes come back after you sign paperwork, they put it off on you and refuse to fix their mistakes. If you want to get screwed out of money then go here, if you want a good car FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The owner is the biggest conman I have ever met. We bought a 2003 hummer 3.the car was a flood car we paid $2000 down. And then he added the tax in on the deal and then he made us pay $950 more calling it a pick up payment ...(used to pay taxes) but it never was deductid from any bill. )we paid 7 payments on the junk car and got a letter from our insurance company telling us that they are dropping our insurance because the car is a flood car and a total loss. We took the car back to the lot. Only to receive more of the same treatment. He put us in another junk car and demanded that we pay another $950 for the taxes even after charging for the taxes in the deal. The car he put my family in had more problems then a 1935 Ford pinto at this point Iowas like whatever. After buying the flood car and this clown steeling over 3 K from my family we have had more then enough. We called the crook and had him to come pick up the car never to do business with him again... If I were you I would stay far far away. You would be better off if you were to borrow my mothers broom to ride around.

Never been to the lot but I was looking for a truck, so i gave them a call lady answer the phone very polite,I told her what Im looking for she told me to hold and she was going to put a salesman on the phone then all hell broke loose I can hear both on the phone arguing and cussing,I hung up about 5minutes she call me back and apologize for the salesman he didnt want to talk to me so he threw the phone at the wall.... she was very apologetic...I will never recomend them to anyone after that experience

Best car lot i see in my life

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Vehicles here are absolute JUNK! Even trying to sell a minivan with a bad transmission that they obviously dragged out of the woods. Didnt even vacuum all the leaves out of it. And to top it off, theyre rude. Take your hard - earned money somewhere else.

Got a SUV from there two months ago. I have had so many problems. The brakes actually fell off my trailblazer leaving school. My children could have been injured or worse.They are all friendly and helpful till you drive one of their cars off the lot then its pure hell. Im dont understand how this car is still open.They take no responsibility for their junk.

Awful experience. Financed the 06 mustang that is there now. Two days later, after a heavy rain, the entire floorboard was soaked with water. It was a drain plug issue, no biggie. Fast forward to a month and a half later, the alternator goes out. Went to the parts store and order an alternator for an 06 Mustang....get home and it doesnt fit the car!? Then I take the one I pulled from the car to the parts store and a part number search showed the engine in the car is for some van. Get the alternator changed, leave and go to Wal mart, leave wal mart and go to Quiktrip and the clutch breaks when I try to leave there!!! I left it at Quiktrip and told them to come get the car....I should have read the reviews before I went there 🤦‍♀️

Terrible people. Absolutely terrible. They call multiple times a day before your note is even due threatening to repo your car unless u come in that day and make a payment. Owner is going broke because the lady in the front office steals money. Dont buy a car from this place its a total headaxhe

Got a car 3 weeks ago, already had to fix fuel pump,brake caliper and brakes, after mike said they would fix brake caliper for free. Im going to continue paying for the car just because of my credit. But DO NOT reccomend this car lot to anyone

Unprofessional all they are about is making some money. These people had me bring my vehicle in and kept it. Made me and my son walk home and didnt even care. I got the vehicle two weeks ago and on my pay stub it clearly shows I get paid simi-monthly, so made my payment due on the 17th when I dont get my next paycheck until the 24th they didnt care, didnt try to work with us until Friday because of their mess up. They dont care the kind of vehicle they sell you. They will sell you a lemon so be very cautious. All they asked me to do was bring it in so they could put a tracking device on it, witch they should have done before I even left the lot with it two weeks ago and KEPT MY CAR. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT. I am not coming back I will take my business elsewhere cause there are car lots out here that are loyal and will work with you. Please Shop Around. Stay far away from this car lot. I do not recommend AT ALL.

Sold a family member a car that had problems within 24 hrs of purchase. They took the car to the shop and it needed 4000.00 of work. They would not do anything to help them out. So now they are without a car and the down payment.
