Vehicle was picked up and towed to their location March 5, 2021. They allowed me to retrieve some items that same day. Called many times to check on status of vehicle and verify amount needed to retrieve vehicle. Picked up vehicle March 9, no damage to vehicle, nothing missing from the interior. Not happy with the circumstances surrounding the tow (my fault) but very happy with the service and professionalism of Midway Wrecker.

Horrible!!!! This place deserves negative star ratings. A true reflection of the Good Ole Boy System. The people working here showed them as unprofessional and lacking compassion.Full story: Instead of allowing my insurance company to send a truck, Douglas county called them after we were hit by another vehicle. Upon leaving the hospital we attempted to reach them. There was no answer and the voicemail was extremely unprofessional. The line seems to belong to a personal cell phone.When we did finally reach someone and told them we were on the way (about a 45 minute drive), the man instructed us to call when we were 30 minutes out. I followed his instructions and called back. Then a woman answers and says itll be an hour were eating lunch (note its after 1pm and we spoke about 20 minutes prior). When I advised the woman of the previous representatives instructions she states your just going to have to wait and the phone disconnected abruptly.I called back, this time she passes it to a man. Kids are screaming in the background. I asked why he didnt tell us not to come if they were unavailable, and advised them I had to get a ride. He states youll be alright.Update: its been an hour ... No ones here. The lot is very poorly secured and behind a run down shack.

Backroad hicks that know nothing of customer service. Had to call two different ppl to even talk to someone about my car. One person had 5 kids screaming in the background plus they dont even answer the phone to identify if youre calling their business. Country ass place wouldnt even let my sister pay for my car over the phone with a cc.
