Had a problem trying to get someone to answer the phones when we called but our issue was resolved immediately, thanks to the regional manager. He was polite and professional and made sure he followed through with our refund. Thanks again!
I went to the auto zone in vineland on Landis Ave Miguel helped me he was polite and understanding. He even went and got my oil and wind washer shield fluid for me. Im very thankful! I was having one of them days. Happy his customer service was great he made my day thanks again Miguel!😁😁😁

Went to autozone in Vineland and heard an employee ask for help saying please and the other employee said shut up I dont have to listen to you. Thats ridiculous. They need better training.
I dont know if the guy is having a bad day of what but seems like he doesnt even feel like working, i never had a bad or rude experience at any autozone, i ask him a couple of things and his response was just an IDK, i ask him for something and i get an “we dont have it”, like normally people tell you we dont have it but let me check if someone else have it in stock or we can order it. Well finally i pay him, gave money on his hand and then he throws my change at me.
I have been in the store waiting for 30 minutes and there is atleast 4 other employees in the store and only one person on register and the phone keeps ringing off the hook. It’s ashame how bad there customer urgency is.

We traveled to Vineland from North Wildwood last night. After leaving a store, our car would not start. Called AAA, they came out, and stated our battery cables were corroded. The technician cleaned them, and the car started...however, we had very dim headlights, no horn, no gauges. Pep Boys and Mavis were both closed. We called the Autozone on Landis Ave, Des answered my call. I quickly explained to him what had transpired...he thought we may have blown a fuse, and told us to bring the car over and he would check it out. We drove less than a mile down the road to the store, and went in. Des eagerly came outside to help, checking fuses under the hood and in the car. He then thought to check the battery, and saw the battery was only charging at 8 volts and was over 5 years old. He suggested replacing the battery, which he did. This was by no means an easy task as there was a tremendous amount of corrsion...Des remained calm and determined to help, trying everything he knew. In and out of the store several times with several different tools, his perseverance was unwavering and he was still super pleasant and helpful. He replaced the battery, and the car returned to normal. Never, ever, in a million years, have I ever encountered an associate like Des. I was with my two daughters and two granddaughters in a town we have never been in. If we had to Uber back to Wildwood it was over $80...and to go back to Philly was even more than that. I called the store and spoke to the manager to let him know how exceptional his employee was. Des, thank you doesnt even begin to cover it. You will never know just how much we appreciate your help...while keeping us calm and laughing. You truly were a God send last night! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

We always went to AutoZone, the last time we went, we were in line, 4 employees behind the counter, and they furnished with the guy in front of us and another guy walked up and they helped him. He was not even in line. The one guy finally helped us and seemed very annoyed that he had to ring us up. If you dont want to deal with the public, dont work retail!!!!

I bought a battery from Advanced Auto in Vineland but they said they couldn’t install it. I called Autozone and Denise said she would help me out and install it for free even though I didn’t buy it from Autozone! Such fantastic customer service! And it was a windy, cold day but she installed my battery with a smile! Thanks Denise you’re the best! Autozone has all my business going forward and I’m spreading the word!!!

I stopped by to get a coffee, but all they sell is auto parts. I needed a bolt to fix my tire from losing air and they talked me into a set of windshield wipers. It didnt work out so well for the leaking tire. I got a flat but I coated it with flex seal and used the extra on the windshield

I had an issue with my battery and Matt was there to help! He greeted me as soon as I walked through the door, and immediately grabbed his tools to test my battery. Unfortunately, I needed a new battery, but Matt helped me choose the best one for my vehicle and the installation was quick.

Checked my light and gave me some papers explaining what I needed for my car. I went here because of some repair shop nearby lied that I only have a bad Catalytic converter reading on the check engine light and did not mention the Misfire is what caused it to go bad. Helpful people here

I have been shopping here for a few years. I was never a big fan of the service in the store until now. It wasnt a very welcoming friendly atmosphere. The new manager Heather is awesome! This will now be my autozone!!!

AutoZone is the BEST auto place to shop at!! This store is so well lined, you can find anything/everything that you can possibly need, without having to ask. But if you do, every employee is fantastic too.

I just want to let everyone know my experience last Wednesday the15th at the Vineland store went beyond my expectations! I went there to get my battery checked. Miguel G attended me and he was very knowledgeable. He also checked my car because my check engine light was on. He was very informative with the do’s and don’ts on how to go about fixing the problem! You can tell that he knew what he was talking about. His energy and vibe in wanting to help customers was outstanding!!!! Good vibes!!
AutoZone is usually where I go for anything automotive related. Most of the time I find what I need.But today I went to get a CEL diagnosed, as they claim to offer this as a free service. At first, they could not find the reader. Then they finally located it and told me it was down, and that they were still waiting for the new one to arrive.

Walked in to get engine light checked.waited for service only one in line mind you. As i waited a lined formed over the 15 minutes it took for a avalible associate. When i got to the counter i was told that i had to wait b4 he could come outside untill the line that did not exist when i got there to be gone. This is just unacceptable and i will never go to another AutoZone and i will actively seek out to make sure that all of my friends and family never do as well.to be a customer and basically told to screw off its not the way to run a business.and the worst thing is the manager was standing right next to him and said nothing.

This place as eveything you need and is by far the best Auto Parts Dhop in the entire nation. Its so good and reliable and they know just what you need. They give you different options and different prices so that you are the one to choose what option will be best for your wallet and your car. The workers are so AMAZING and I definitely will be coming here more often.

Used to be a good store. Last few times Ive bought parts from here things didnt go very smooth. Ordered parts through the store and when I went in to pick them up they couldnt find them and no one knew anything about the order. Every time I try to call the store Im put on hold and I ultimately just give up. If youre in the store and hear them answer the phone youll notice its the same story can you hold and no one goes back to the phone call. They either need more help or they need to find new management that understands customer service. Probably wont use this location in the future.
My check engine light came on so I decided to stop at AutoZone. There were two cashiers who were with customers at the register so I waited in line. After waiting 15-20 minutes for a cashier to be available, I went up and told him what I needed. I was then told very unapologetically that I had to wait until all customers (who were not there when I started waiting) were helped and they had the time to do it. Except I was a customer too. One that had just patiently waited my turn only to be told that I was unimportant. I will not be going back to this store... ever, and if youre reading this, I suggest you do the same. I can only guess they are understaffed, but you dont take that out on the customer if you want to stay in business.

The place is loud and slow, the woman is fast and efficient tho. She even helps 2 people at a time to keep it moving so the 2 stars are actually for her but the guys talk way to much and the decibel level of their conversations can be overwhelming.
Outstanding customer service. I am beyond gratefu and impressed with the professional ethics that Mr. Kevin (manager) and his awesome team (Jessy, Justin, George, Edgar, and Leornardo) uphold. Every time I go to Autozone they make time to come outside (without charging me a penny) to help me with my cars issues. I am very satisfied with their service and willingness to help, and would recommend visiting them 110%.
Chain auto parts store. The parts are of good quality, the store manager is really great: helpful and capable, he gets things done. The rest of the staff is a mixed bag, mostly retail workers who often have no experience in auto repair. Services include free trouble code scans, free tool rental, and free installation of wiper blades and batteries. Selection and prices are good. Lots of Spanish speaking associates, if that matters to you. But the store is often busy, and since there are no dedicated cashiers, you may find yourself waiting around for a long time at the cash register while the associates deal with parts counter customers.
