Not a good experience. Went in on a Sunday and was there for 30 minutes while 2 employees were doing something with 2 customers already there. Even though I sat near registers I was never acknowledged and left after waiting @ 30 minutes with no end in sight. Went back next day (sadly, because what other Cricket stores are in this area) and again waited another 30 minutes but caught a break when another customer who was already there said her visit would be lengthy and allowed me to go. Well my touchscreen crapped out on me and they had no knowledge about fixing that. I ended up getting a new phone and instead of using my old sim card from my current phone (also Cricket) they put in a new sim card. By doing that I now had no access to my contacts and other sim info. They didnt even offer to put in my former memory card. I went home and found out online how to access my sim/memory card area on new phone and put in my old sim to get my contacts back. Worst part is I was charged a $25 activation fee when I ended up doing most of the transfer stuff myself! What a joke. My advice? Just get new phone online from website. They had same phones at same price and that way you wont have to deal with the aggravation of trying to support a local business.

Friendly staff. They didnt even have register tape for their own register. Lol. Have been there several times they are always friendly and always low on inventory.
Ive went to this location twice. The first time, I waited 45 minutes for help, then when I was finally waited on, I was told there were no phones under $500 in stock. After I waited all of that time. So of course I just left. My phone finally broke so I had to go back. The servie was very friendly and prompt this time. I even made sure to let Rubi know her service was good. However, she also added a screen protector, case, and monthly insurance, that she told me came with the phone purchase. Well, I go to pay my bill the next day and see its $11 more than usual. I call Cricket, they tell me its for the insurance. I tell them I was told the insurance comes with the phone. They say no. I have them take it off. I go grab my receipt and notice that the screen protector and case she told me came with the phone were also charged to me. I didnt ask for this stuff! She said it comes with the phone. She also refuses to give me a refund. She offered me to return the phone (which I obviously need, that is what I went in for, not the other stuff) for a refund but the accessories were non refundable. Why would I return the phone I need but keep the accessories you charged me for but told me they came with the phone? By the way, she says she is the manager. So, elderly people, single parents, and anybody on a budget should stay away from this location. She should not be lying to people by telling them that things come with a phone purchase, the charge you for them. It is not a mis understanding. She is blatantly lying when she says it comes with the phone. None of that stuff, including insurance, is required, or comes with the phone. It is all at an extra charge. You should not be mis led by employees that things come with a purchase when they do not.

Worst service ever I came in to re activate a phone & they told me after I paid that I needed the previous information for the phone & I did but they basically couldn’t help me further they gave me an issue an excuses multiple times & I walked out of the store with a non working phone after I just paid money for it to be activated it please don’t waste your time to come here they have people working here try to sale you a brand new phone even if you can’t afford it they aren’t even knowledgeable about anything that has to do with phones
Good people that will answer your questions but they never answer the phone. Seriously they never do. I don’t know why
