This was probably one of the worst customer service experiences Ive had in a long time. I walked into the store there were two associates standing at a desk talking. They looked up at me and did nothing other than continue to talk about what they were talking before I interrupted them by walking into the store. There was not a hello not how are you can I help you nothing. Wow like thats your job. Im sorry to have bothered you from talking about your party plans for the evening, I came in looking for information about Verizon phones and service. I walked around the store looked at stuff some phones walked past the desk again where the two associates were standing still looked up at me again did nothing. I did another walk around the store walk past the desk I didnt even get a look this time and I left completely disgusted. Ive worked in retail before and when customers come in you have to greet them or acknowledge their existence in some way shape or form other than a look of disdain like these men gave me. If I were the manager, I would fire them not only are they losing business for the store but theyre also just worthless in that field of sales.
Not going to lie, I went there with absolutely 0% hope that they were able to help me with my issues. All I have to say is they helped me through everything step by step since Ive been having issues for over a week long. Highly recommend going here 100%

They helped me with returning an item I was sent in the mail and at first I was upset because the representative on the phone said I could bring it to this location but when I got there they said they don’t do that kind of return I would have to drive another 15 min to the Bridgeton location. Then it was sorted out and they ended up being able to do it! They settled the issue, cancelled the line and did the return and I was out of there within 15-20 min! Nice staff and the place was really clean and streamline!
I actually enjoyed the experience. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable about the products they are selling. Answered any questions I had and sent me on my way satisfied.
There wasnt enough help there and they didnt seem like they were trying to hard to help answer my questions. There was 2 girls working there, one of which was helping me and two other guys and another who was walking around talking on the phone. Overall it was a bad experience!
I have a paper weight for a phone. I spoke to the manager and he refused to help me because I had a picture of my id it’s been almost impossible to get anything done. I’ve been with Verizon for many years. I see policy means more than customer service. I barely get service where I work but I stood by this company. At this point I don’t why… overpriced, overrated, and undervalued consumers.
I returned after a recent exact quote for adding a new service plus the tax by a rep in this same store, to get the exact service discussed without any changes. They now quoted me 30$/month higher, (no change in a special promotion or anything, just no accountability). When I said that was not what their rep quoted me, the response was well did you get it in writing? I told them I didnt think I was dealing with a used car lot and didnt think I would have to do that in the same store. They told me I was welcome to take my business elsewhere if I didnt like their new quote (Ive been a loyal Verizon customer using it for my home, business, and mobile services for over 20 years!). All three free phones they had offered for adding a new line were not available, and when told I had to go to another store to pick up this phone, (that I had already paid the tax for), they said I had to get it within 3 days. When I said I would try but that I was using my day off that day, could I call that store and get a days delay if I couldnt get there in time, the manager rudely and nastily said No, they will just cancel the entire order. I reminded him that there were very few of these offered phones around, if I called then to ensure I was coming... He said loudly and nastily, You know what, Im done with you, and turned around and walked away. As I was upset and leaving the store I overheard another customer begging again not to be charged a restock fee for a broken device that Verizon had sent her. When I tried to call Verizon to register a complaint about what had happened, I was repeatedly directed to speak to an automated service, not a voicemail, or offered a recall the next day, I couldnt even reach a person. I dont know what is happening to Verizon Id always stuck with them because even though they were more expensive there was real customer service. Apparently that customer service is non-existent anymore, it was a horrible experience and Im actively looking at switching service for my entire family and my business to another phone company.
Came in on Tuesday at 430pm and Stephanie was helping a customer but when she was done checked in every person in but us and checked in people that came in after us we had bin standing there for a hour already.
Do you have negative stars, because it was a waste of time. Big store with no inventory and no customer service. Was told to order a phone online. Can not believe the lack of service. Had to go next door to best buy to get help.
My son went into the Vineland Verizon store and found a rep that was awesome (first in 4 years) they setup my son’s phone. He said we could never have done it ourselves. So grateful for the person who was kind enough to help
Out of stock of almost everything, for months. Smart qualified help, with their hands tied.
Was able to get the service I needed. The rep was able to understand that I had to close my late mothers phone service. I didnt have to say much, once he saw the paperwork he went into action and made it simple. I appreciated that and will always use this stores services when needed.

I walked into this store 5 months ago and was really impressed and happy with the sales person. I walked into this store today with my and girlfriend and the sales person acted like she was doing us a favor by talking to us. She was indifferent and demonstrated very little knowledge about the various phones we were looking at. This location just lost an easy sale!
I went in during a busy time of the holiday season & needed a new SIM card for a new phone. I received help immediately & staff was awesome to deal with during my visit. Thanks for your assistance that day!
S21 Ultra first out this store this past Friday was mine.
This new location (outside and in front of the Cumberland Mall on a pad) is much better than its corner kiosk inside the mall. The seating is comfortable. Excellent service and committed representatives. It is right next to Best Buy. Im glad someone finally got this location back on Google Maps. Ill resubmit my pictures.

I have been to this location twice in the past several years since its been open. My first time in I had a great experience, recently however I had a terrible experience. I was greeted at the door by a sales associate, she showed me to the area of phones I was interested in purchasing, and that is quite literally all that she did. She did not explain or answer any questions that I asked her, several times her manager stepped in to explain what she hadnt. I will never go back to this location again. . . You are better off purchasing online, or trying the location across the street or in the mall. Do not go here if you want ANY type of customer service.

Would leave 0 stars if that was an option. No one greets you walking in and staff just stands around without asking if you need help or acknowledging you– which is completely unprofessional. They gloss over questions and dont thoroughly explain anything. Then when I asked a clarifying question, the salesperson gave me an attitude saying we went over this. Unreal. The salesperson added a line without even telling me the number. Apparently they just want to get you in and out so they can make their commission without much effort. Never going back there.
The staff are pleasant and helpful. The downside is nobody does repairs. Its all send it back for a refurbished replacement. As much as these things cost, youd think someone would fix them.

Verizon needs to teach their workers respect and common curtisy for peoples driveways when they are doing work!! This morning a guy ( Verizon worker) in Millville, nj with tag number XBAZ60 blocks my driveway with cones when he has plenty of room ahead of him and when I asked him not to block my driveway because I have to go to work he says why are you even talking I have a job to do.. With a whole attitude smh

0 stars. Verizon is only interested in taking your money. Our internet stopped working. We had to wait 5 days for a repairman. He never showed up.I took a day off to be home for this no show. He called to say he was somewhere in Millville hitting a switch and seeing that our internet wasnt working. He said there was nothing he could do.After spending over an hour on the phone with Verizon I was told I had to wait another week for a different repairman. So much for being a valued customer!

No help. Attempted to upgrade phone for Mom (gave her my old phone), was handed a paper w/ instructions to do it all ourselves. Went to Cherry Hill Verizon, in/out 5 min, she was upgraded, all info on her phone taken care of
In store staff were great.
Have an on going issue with them . Got a new phone was told no cost for a hum product still trying to get it removed. Manager told me he fixed it still on my bill and you can call or visit and they keep passing you around . Try talking you into stuff you dont want or need I Know its there job but please just stop.

Very poor customer service, worse experience ever, my husband and I went to the store to buy a new iPhone, when we approached the sales person, my husband extended his hand.... this employee refused to shake my husband’s hand saying “ I don’t shake hands, you have germs.... you are sick, people are dying from the flu”. I do agree we all carry germs, but that is not the way to say it, someone should explain to this young man that flu is an airborne disease, and you don’t need to have any contact with someone infected to contract the virus.When we told him he was being rude and ask for someone else to take care of us he brought up a worse attitude so.... we left the store and we will never come back.

Verizon wireless is Forcing Customers that have smart phones that are not 4G capable to buy New 4G phones or they will not activate 3G phones. I am a 20 year customer.
