Switched from Verizon to Metro and was my best decision yet !! The customer service and deals offered from this company is phenomenal . I was treated with care and respect at this location .

Recently upgraded my phone and got the best help from this store here . The representative took her time with me and made sure I got a phone I was looking for that would not break my pocket . She even helped me transfer all my stuff to the new device . Will be doing business with this store from now on 😁

The store was bright and clean, but not too many places to sit. Jonathon was excellent! He had us up and ready to go in no time. He took the time to answer all of our questions and also converted the info from our old phones to our new ones.

Went in last Saturday to switch to metro pcs. Online and in front of store advertisement is switch to metro get Samsung a20 for free with 40 dollar plan. Why is it they said it was only valid for 60 dollar plan?!? Then on top of that Im thinking Id have to pay 80 dollars top this is for one line only I ended up dishing out $130 dollars for one line and sd suppose to be a free phone. Later the next day I get a message saying 87 dollars and some odd cents was paid for my bill so where did the other 42 dollars and some odd cents go? On top of that I received no receipt! So I have no ideal where the money went! Crazy

My mother bought a new phone last Friday. Already it was having issues. We were told to come in and the phone would be replaced. Instead she was told she would have to wait two weeks for a new phone. In two weeks the warranty will be up and then she cant get a new phone.
