I went into the store today because I needed a new screen protector for my phone, I had a note 9, when I told Audi that I knew it would break again and I would be back Audi and the other woman working (I didnt catch her name) informed me of an awesome promotion that was currently going on for the newest Samsung phone out! I had no idea such a promotion going on but she answered every single question I had about upgrading my phone, how my monthly bill would change, any need to know info. on the new device, and she helped me switch it all over. I had my youngest with me and when she was getting a little restless Audi did everything she could to make the process go faster with transferring information from my old phone to my new one. I used to consistently go to another location in a different town but now without a doubt this will be the store I go to with any of my phone needs. Audi was great, I even had questions about my new device the next day and she again answered all of them over the phone and informed me if I needed more help she would be at the store the following day. Very awesome experience!

I wouldn’t go to another store every time I come in I see Natasha and she is always great with answering all my questions and making sure I know what I am getting with my service an making sure I get everything for awesome prices. Went to this T-Mobile (sprint) store for new phone and smart watch. I could not be happier with the customer service. The staff was very kind and very knowledgeable in everything we talked about, from product pricing to getting me a new phone plan. This is my first Apple Watch and they also went over how to use it and all the different features and functions. Honestly, the best phone provider store I’ve been to.If you need to go to a T-Mobile store, this is the one to go to.

I called T moble customer service sales department to get my questions answered about how I go about a Samsung smartwatch and to see who much of a down-payment (if any) they require of me. Sales rep looked into my account and saw it is in good standing and was able to see my account was 2.5 years old (at the time) and all of my bills are paid on time since my very 1st bill. Sales agent said to me taxes are the only thing you have to pay up front. I asked the agent if she would write notes in my account. She wrote the notes and read her written notes and said to me the offer is the same for in store online or phone sales. I go into this t-mobile store to pick up the watch and the manager rang up my watch and she said I needed to pay full price upfront. I told her no! I just talked to the sales department and I just pay taxes. Store manager said I see the notes in your account but, it the computer says you have to pay for the whole watch before you can take it with you. I said no! That is not the deal.store manager told me that is why she tells her customers to call the store for anything like this because the phone sales will give you the ok but the store is a whole complete ballgame. I said look, I t-mobile is t-mobile, does not matter if I call t-mobile or I go to the store. I left the store and I sent an email to corporate. I got a phone call a few days later and the guy from corporate was not at all happy about how I was mistreated at the store. He gave me some great deals that I could not refuse.
