This is my local Ford dealership and they were great with their appointment only set up. I needed service for my plug in EV Cmax and they accommodated me on getting an appointment 2 days later since my Ford Pass app was acting up to set an appointment. They got me in and took care of what I needed at a reasonable amount of time. Thank you Beach Ford

I went for an oil change appointment at 7:00 a.m., apparently my service advisor was late coming in as well, they didnt take the vehicle till 7:20, the fact that took much longer than it should have. I tried to make an appointment with my current dealer Priority theyre like a month and a half out and you guys took me within a week. The only reason you need to get five stars is took an hour and a half for an oil change.

This is where you need to take your Ford if you want it done right. The attention to detail, questions answered and transparency + knowledge throughout the process was amazing. Ask for Shaun (my service tech), he knows his stuff and can give you insight on how to prolong and care for your vehicle and draw on real world experience. This is the only place I’m ever taking my car. The service, experience, price and transparency were A1.

Very good service but has tendency to forget to complete work requested

Took my 2004 Expedition in for 2 issues. Idle issue and an AC issue. We were told both issues were fixed. Wrong, both issues were not fixed and if anything the AC issue was worse. Returned the vehicle a second time and after 3 days we were told that both issues were fixed. The idle issue was fixed but nothing was done for the AC. Returned the next day to be fixed - it was there for 5 days waiting for a part. Over $1300 later all issues seem to be resolved. Communication with the services department was good at first but then dwindled after each issue. Not a happy experience.

Nice environment, clean and up to date buuuuuut…. Be willing to wait for anything simple and if you make the mistake I made by leaving your vehicle overnight, they’ll push you down the line (48 hrs)…. No call, no update, no info! Called 4 times, no reply. Finally on the 5th call, said it would be, didn’t even get to talk to my advisor… probably rushed it at the last minute, all for a NPF (‘no problem found’). What do I have to do to get an honest auto shop?!!

I wouldnt give them a dime of my money. They fixed something on the truck that wasnt the problem, that was very expensive, and as soon as the truck was driven off the lot it broke down. Not great!!

Staff was super nice and helpful when I needed a new rim. They were able to find it for cheaper than the initial quote and even carried it out the door for me. Thank you so much!

Awesome place to get your vehicle serviced

Please...spare yourself and wallet the heartache. Every time I visit I have to hold my breath because there is always something that needs to be done to my car. 2016 Ford Escape and Ive spent thousands on this car within the last 3 years of having it. The cherry on top is the bonding I have with Uber drivers who also drive Ford cars constantly having problems with their cars as well.The latest is not having my undercarriage taken care of since my last service a week ago. Received a message it was ready. Wouldve loved if it included the time they actually close since Saturday hours are different from their regular hours. Also super annoying that theyre closed on Sunday. Unless youre Chick-Fil-A or a small owned business, being closed on the weekend is quite distasteful.

This is the only place I trust with my car. These guys are honest and always there for you. They will always tell you what you should take care of immediately and what you can hold off on until your next visit. I just love them!

BUYER BEWARE!! Beach ford is not using geniune ford parts in their repairs. They are using subpar parts and passing it off as geniune Ford parts and quality service. Their managers exact words were junk parts when refering to the repair they just did 2 days ago!
