Put in a request on Saturday for an repair estimate to be done on my car. Got an email back immediately saying it had to be approved by mrs pappas and I would get an email back from them to approve my time request. I put in for the next Thursday. Never heard from them at all. Guess they dont need my business. Would not recommend.

I had mostly cosmetic damage with some damage that made my vehicle unsafe to travel. Since I was just visiting didnt have the extra money to fix the cosmetics Lee Pappas repaired what was needed to get me back on the road asap. These people are the best! They are honest beyond expectations and are extraordinarily helpful. It was 5;00 p.m. on the Friday before Labor Day. Hurricane Hermine was coming to Virginia Beach in a few hours. The door to my gas tank was not opening and the gas tank was close to empty. Pep Boys and my AAA service would not touch that job. My Honda dealership could see me on Tuesday. I was feeling very uneasy about being unable to leave the house for four days. On Saturday morning, Don, who was at Lee Pappas but was planning to do paper work, fixed the door so that it could open. He charged me $20.00. Honda would have charged me $200.00 and would not have told me the cheap way to fix it. When I returned home, my electricity was off and stayed off until early morning of the next day. I was able to take my frozen food to a friends house. Thank you Lee Pappas!Two weeks prior, I went there to find out if I needed to deal with my cars rust acquire from having lived in Maine. They said that it was fine and that next year it would still be fine. Had they said that it needed fixing, I would not have known the difference.Lee Pappas is the only body shop that I will use.

Their estimate - $5200 My Insurance paid - $3000 I ordered some of my own parts to easily replace myself to save money (i.e. tail-lights) and asked them to just complete the things I couldnt do. After having my vehicle for over a week I got an email saying they respectfully declined to do any work and for me to pick it up asap... And my truck smells like stale cigarette smoke.... Back to square one.

I wanted to respond to a review about our prices being double the cost of other shops. The reason the prices were higher is because when we do an estimate wegive the customer a complete estimate which shows all of the necesssary repairs needed. Some shops are currently giving customers low prices to get them in the door and once work has started, they discover additional damage. We try to give ourcustomers the worse case scenario so they will know what they are facing especiallyif they are paying out of pocket.

They gave me a wonderful estimate and my car looks better than it did before the accident I couldnt be happier!!!!
