They did an excellent job on my roof and tailgate! Dan helped me work within my budget. Im not embarrassed of my cars appearance any more!

All I can say is WOW! This shop is amazing! The hinges on my car door got bent out of place so I need to have them replaced, and when I asked my friend for a recommendation, he told me to call Dan with H&T. I met with Dan to get the car inspected and he confirmed I needed to get the hinges replaced. Within the next week, parts were ordered for the job, I was scheduled & dropped off the car. I just picked it up and the entire process from the inspection and scheduling, as well as the repair, was SO SMOOTH & I felt like a valued customer the whole time - not just a transaction!! Their team is outstanding. Per been to a garage or autobody shop, or even go to a place to get my car oil changed where I have been treated with this much respect and courtesy. They even WASHED and vacuumed my car out before I picked up!!!! Amazing!! I will absolutely recommend them to anybody who needs work done on their vehicle, and I’m so thankful for this experience being smooth!! Thanks Dan & team!!!

I was recommended H&T collisions from my insurance after my parked car was hit. They did a great job repairing it and it was returned in a timely manner. When I got the car back there was a minor issue with the lock and I tried to send them a message regarding it but accidentally posted a review on a different website. Once they found out about the issue they called me back immediately to resolve it and was able to get it fixed the next day. Great service all around and I would definitely recommend.

10/10 first experience with getting my truck worked on. Customer service was great and accurate on the turnaround time which tends to be rare in the industry. Would highly recommend.

People are friendly and easy to talk with. The assessors made sure that all information were passed down to customers. Free cold water is available also. There is a Keurig coffee maker but I did not ask about having coffee - I think it is also free.

Ive been using H&T for 8 years or so. They always have super service, courteous, answer all my questions, and do quality work. They work great with my insurance company. Ive never been disappointed. Ive taken 3 different late model VWs there and when I get them back, they look great.

I work on all of my own vehicles. Body work however, not my thing. These guys are one of the few I will hand my keys and not once have to worry or think about the quality of the work. They are by far the best body shop in the area and have very reasonable prices if paying out of pocket.

I have been here previously for body work post accident and my experience was great. Which led me to believe a second visit with another car, also post accident would go just as smooth. Wrong. If I could give H&T its own stars, and Justin his own stars for the lack of professionalism he obtains; it would be ideal. However, thats just not possible. 7 months of trying to get my vehicle back to normal, 4 trips bringing my vehicle back. Thats time off work over and over to bring back a mistake; Exhausting. Im sure that I am the odd ball out here with these reviews but I am probably one of the few honest ones.  Just be careful with Justin, because I dont think H&T was the issue here.

While shopping my Jeep was backed into and our insurance company recommended H & T collision center. After reading previous reviews on carwise, Yelp and Facebook I could see why they came highly recommended. Above and Beyond.Quick turn around with a fender bender, and a very thorough inspection noticing damage where nobody else did. Excellent work and even went above and beyond to plug a hole in my tire! I wouldnt go anywhere else to have work done!

My truck was totaled but they took great care preserving it before the decision. When I came to pull out equipment they offed to help if I needed it. They were very friendly and will use them in the future if needed.

Impressive group of techs and management folks. Dropped my 2016 Fort F-150 Platinum off after receiving 8k worth of body damage, and the truck looks new. They washed and buffed it out also, really professional work. Was contacted at regular intervals and kept up to date with their progress. These new all aluminum trucks are notoriously hard to work on, and they demonstrated why they are the best in the Tidewater area. I highly recommend.

I brought my 20 year old mustang here after my neighbor backed into me. My whole drivers side fender was toast and the door wouldn’t open as well. H & T replaced and repainted the fender and also fixed the door to perfection. The paint matched perfectly which was my biggest concern on such an old car and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Justin was very helpful and even contacted me twice a week to update me on my car and what was going on. Couldn’t be happier with the result and a big thanks to Justin and everyone else at H & T!

A wonderful experience with a group of professionals. I had a minor front end collision on a Thursday morning at 7 am. I arrived at H&T and left my car with them. They price matched for me, getting the overall costs down and had my car back to me on Monday. The car looked great and had even been details. I braced myself for a complicated time, but the entire process was surprisingly smooth. They told me exactly what to expect & ended up finishing the job earlier than I had anticipated. I had my doubts when they said they were just gonna repair & repaint the existing bumper, but they did such a fantastic job, it looks like nothing ever happened to it! Ive had three vehicles repaired by H&T (one of them twice!) Each time they have done a great job of paint/body repair. They are also friendly and professional. They are a little slower than some places but thats because they take the time to do it right. Highly recommended.

My second time with H&T. A different vehicle, with hit and run rear quarter panel damage while parked innocently on the street. First of all, H&T is a State Farm preferred shop. They responded quickly once my claim was placed, they evaluated the damage, and got me scheduled for the repairs.They kept me informed along the way, including regarding a delay because the replacement panel was delivered with more dents than the one being repaired. That only held up the job a couple of days. When the vehicle was delivered, it had been cleaned inside and out, and the repaired areas looked better than new. This is the type of business you dont want to have to visit too often, but they do a great job when the need arises.

They worked on my car after an accident I had a couple of years ago and I forgot to write a review until now. I feel H&T went above and beyond with the repairs on my car, it looked way better than before I was in my accident! Service was thorough, prompt, and they were very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

Seriously, the best all around, hands down. H and T collision, specifically Dan at the collision center, went above and beyond to help me and my family. I stupidly ran into a pole and acquired about 2000 worth of damage. Unfortunately, this happened around Christmas time, and they were thus swamped at their shop. After taking the time to estimate the damage and despite their overall busyness/ lack of appointment times available, Dan insisted I bring my car in right away as to him it was not safe to be driving around with my 2 year old son in my vechile. They were super accomadating, professional, and timely. I did enjoy my rental car, it certainly was an upgrade, but when i got my car back, it looked brand new. They even popped out a previously damaged panel from a completely unrelated accident, just to be nice. They also washed my car and did not dirty up the inside whatsoever. I would highly recommend their business.

I have taken my vehicle there twice. I was rear ended by a texter and another time was when someone driving a SUV with a Uhaul trailer miss judge the distance and took out my rear bumper. They have done a wonderful job with my vehicle. Will not take my SUV to any other body shop. Everyone there is friendly.

I would highly recomend these guys! I had a complicated case with a stollen recovery. The entire process was no fun but these guys were awesome.
