My 2004 Honda did not pass inspection at the dealership due to a faulty left front wheel bearing. They suggested repairing it there immediately for $660. Not wanting to pay for their expensive repair work, I called LBMC. Robert did a test drive right away but wanted to check further by appointment. I received a call early that day and picked it up that evening. The cost was $354, $300 less. I will NEVER go anywhere else for car repair. The people there are knowledgeable, thorough, profesional, friendly, and fair. It is also a Christian business, important to me.

My vehicle was repaired at the body shop here. While it took a lot longer than what I was told, the work done to my car was good. Chris, one of the technicians, did an excellent repair job and made my car look the way it did before the accident it was in. Only issue I had with my car was that the door was making a rubbing sound when opened. I took it back to the shop and Charlie and Chris quickly came out to the parking lot and fixed it for me. Overall I am pleased with the repair done, however I just wish that the repair was completed on time without all the delays.

We’ve had our vehicles at London Bridge a couple of times for repairs to bodywork over the years. They always do such a spectacular job.Recently I brought in my new car for a dent... (so sad) Not only did they restore the car so that no one can tell it was actually dented, but they also fixed an area around the door handle that was discolored when I bought it. It wasn’t until the day after I brought it home that I noticed the change.My point is they do exceptional work and go above and beyond every time.

Harry does most of my inspections and he ensures that my vehicles are safe and reliable. Any repairs are fairly done and priced. London Bridge Auto was a lifesaver for me today. After a tropical storm came through the area, something had damaged my right passenger quarter 1997 Subaru Outback window. I work near London Bridge Auto and stopped in to see what they could do for my situation. Michelle, at the front desk, was such a delight with great customer service skills. The owner was super informative and made sure to call his glass service guy immediately. I was informed that they did not have my glass in stock at the moment so they offered to put crash tape on the window to ensure the glass would stay in place instead of shatter in my car. Amber and Ashby were eager to assist and make sure that I was good to go. They explained how the crash tape worked and also offered to clean up any residual stickiness after the repair was complete. London Bridge will make you a priority, even if they cant completely fix the issue. Friendly and knowledge staff under great leadership.

Had my truck in there to get the bumper and the tailgate fixed and it is not correct the tailgate actually falls off the hinge is not centered right and it looks like they may have cut it to slide it onto the hinge.I did talk just some guy by the name of Charlie and he tried telling me this is the way Silverados are supposed to be. From TN; in VB for vacation. My Jeep Renegade broke down on Thursday, the day before we were supposed to drive back to TN. Local Jeep dealer couldnt even look at it until 1:00 on Sat. We were advised to take it to LBMC. Had it towed there Thursday night. Stopped by at 8:00am on Friday, and briefly explained my situation to Robert. He said theyd do everything they could to get me back on the road, but they were down a technician that morning and had a number of other repairs/inspections. He called me about 2:15 to let me know my Jeep was ready to go! Diagnosed the problem, replaced the radiator fan unit, and had me on the road in hours. Didnt have a single issue on the 10 hour drive back -- or any day since. Prices were also very reasonable! I wish I had a garage as good as LBMC here! Anyone looking for a garage definitely wont go wrong with LBMC!!!
