I have previously referred her and A&G to my family and friends, which some have also purchased a car from her, and they they have not been disappointed. I will continue to buy my cars from this establishment.

We went on vacation to va beach from West Virginia & stopped in because we seen a car we liked on the lot. We weren’t planning on buying a car on vacation but it was the rite place at the rite time. I was very happy with my Mercedes-Benz that I drove away with once everything was said & done. They made sure our vacation wasn’t ruined. We Will definitely recommended them. We love the car so much we are thinking about going to get another Mercedes from them. I am on my fourth purchase with these guys. I read previous reviews but people gotta understand. You are buying a used car. It will have problems. Also you are buying a luxury used car so it will be expensive to repair. I feel like some previous customers are being unfair with their reviews. I have been dealing with the finance company for the last 10years and they worked with me through my tough times all my cars still work. it takes .communicationo. i will continue to make purchase for myself and my family and will definitely recommend them to my family and friends who already made purchases. Fyi if you cant afford car repairs you shouldnt shop for a used luxury car.

Angela, provided me with excellent service and I will always return to A & G . I paid one car off and have now purchased another which is even better than my first purchase. BAD FOR BUSINESS!!!!!! I have had my car for less than 2 months and have MAJOR PROBLEMS WRONG with it when I first test drove the car something was wrong with my brakes so they took the car and said that they were going to get it fixed they never flushed the brakes then they sent me to a shop through them that don’t have proper tools for foreign cars and the mechanic is never there so after that situation that never got fixed my car start too leaking coolant as I’m driving down the street so I hurried home and noticed that my radiator was leaking coolant so I call them about it so they tell me to call their shop so I call them and the mechanic isn’t there so i call the office back and they tell me that that isn’t a problem of there’s and I would have to get it fixed on my own so i went to the next step and Ordered my own radiator and it came and it was the wrong part for my car so I then called Mercedes Benz Dealership and they told me that they no longer carry that part that it is out of stock so I call and explained my situation to a lady named Brenda so she tells me that she is going to have my car towed so somebody can look at it so I asked her so what happens after that she tells my husband that we will just have to find away to get around And that wether I have the car or not that I am still responsible for paying it I have never seen such rude business people in my life but how are you going to get a radiator for a car that doesn’t get manufactured anymore they give me the run around about everything I ask them they knew the problem that was wrong with the car but they rig up everything through a shop that they are partners with i wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to go to them but I will be contacting my lawyer about this cause they will not be taking my hard earned worked money I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO A&G Auto !!! I wouldn’t even give them 1star but I have to in order to post my review

This place is a disaster. Spend your money elsewhere. The cars they sell are junk. I bought a car from them and not even a month i had problems. They expect you to pay for towing to their designated garage.( joke ) 3 weeks later fly wheel gone. I get stuck paying for half. Not even a month after purchasing vehicle. Then they act like they are heros because they covered half. Not mentioning other issues are wrong with vehicle. My advice dont ever go there. After the sale you are nothing but an after thought. Seriously looking to file class action law suit because of the lemons they are trying to sell

Financed a vehicle with this dealership in November 2014 and the car broke down by March 2015.After making all my payments and my down payment on this vehicle i found out it had a bad engine.So you would think seeing as how they sold me a lemon that broke down on me in less than a year, that they would replace the engine or give another car. No instead they are saying i have to pay to get the car fixed $3,000 or pay to trade in the vehicle. Just to remind you i have great payment history and have not had the car for a year. On top of that i was told by the sales person in a very rude manner that i have no rights. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. They will take your money with a smile on their face, and give you a crappy overpriced vehicle. Not to mention after they have your money their customer service turns rude and nasty. Use caution when car shopping.

I probably wouldnt recommend this dealership to many people. I personally probably would have avoided it, however they had a specific car that I had been looking for for a while. The staff was generally friendly, and were willing to allow me to take the car around town on my own for a test drive. When I went back at a later date to actually purchase the car, the check engine light was on and the battery had completely drained. I was told I could buy the car at a cheaper price and work on it myself, or they could have it fixed and I would have to pay sticker price (which was a little high to be honest). Lucky for me I have experience working on similar cars, and was certain I could do it myself. I would probably watch out for this place or at least bring someone mechanically inclined with you if you arent mechanically inclined yourself.Overall, not the worst experience Ive ever had, but man were they adamant about that sticker price, and with some mechanical issues that went unchecked leaves me less than comfortable with sending friends or family here.An aside, I used my bank to finance, so I cant speak of the financing side of the house.

Do not buy here they will screw you. We bought a car from them and after 30 days the fly wheel was tore up. Come to find out their back yard mechanic didnt tighten down one of the bolts on starter. Of course I had to pay for tow and half of repairs. You buy a car not to have to fix in less than a month. They could care less about you. Just the sale. Never again!!!!!!!!

I have bought 4 cars from A and G auto. they bend over backwards to help. I once had an accident that I was shying from because I did not have the money for the co pay with my insurance. they seen the damage while I was making my payment. not only did they help me set up the repairs, they financed the repairs for only $25 a month until I paid it in full and they even gave me a loner car while it was being worked on. I worked with Anglela and she was straight with me and worked with the down payments. They were awesome. time and again.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Worst place to purchase a car from. My mother just purchased a car from this dealer and the sales person who helped was Angie. Very poor service. The car fell apart in less than a month. Check engine light on and transmission problems. They only want a sale. No warranties so my mom had to make payments on the car and get it fixed all by herself. She has recently paid the car off and tried to trade it in and they would only give her $500 for the car when she originally paid $7000 for it. Ripoff!

Bought 3 cars from A&G in the matter of 2 months. Lexus RX 350. Lexus LX470 & Audi TT. Honestly at the end the day these are used cars period. You will always have some type of maintence to preform brakes, tires etc. Angie is fantastic !!! Alot of other people that im missing that helped. Cypress have always been respectful and helpful when ever I needed to speak with them. I live by you get what you give. I will continue to do buisness with them . would recommend honestly . if you dont know much about cars take a mechanic with you to make wise decision on the car you are selecting. Read the car fax as well and see what maintence has been done. Like that you know what to expect and bugdet yourself for what will come at some point. All 3 cars have been mechanically sound.

Would not recommend! Purchased a Yukon from them and the brakes went out trying to avoid an accident (brake system failed), we had no choice but to leave it in a parking lot and catch a ride home. When my husband called the owner to let him know that the brakes went out, the owner asked my husband if he still wanted the car. My husband said yes and the owner said that he would pick it up and fix it. The next month he checked his credit and it was up there as a REPO without any correspondence from the owner, we were under the impression that the truck was still being repaired. He lied and did not keep his word. Never again!

They sold my girlfriend a 2007 dodge nitro that has been nothing but a money pit. The reason they have descent prices is because they are selling you vehicles that are going to break down very soon. The air compressor had to be replaced within 48 hours of having the car and they tried to avoid paying for it. The water pump needed replaced shortly after that and after that the thermostat needed replaced. Her friend has also purchased a vehicle from them that has also constantly needed fixing. The only reason they are recieving 1 star from us is because 0 stars isnt an option.

Do more then test drive they cars, or else youre SCREWED. EVEN AFTER 2 DAYS ITS YOUR PROBLEM. I would suggest you to stay away from A&G, and go to the real dealership. Its real risky dealing with these ppl.

I wish I could give this place a 0. STAY AWAY FROM THIS “DEALERSHIP”!!!!! I purchased a car from them and not even 7 days later the air compressor went out and they tried to not do anything about it. This happened in less than a week of owning it!! I ended up taking it to MY mechanic to repair since I didn’t trust them and they then at least paid for the part (I had to pick it up from their office) but I still had to pay for labor. I had non stop issues with this money pit of a car and finally it completely stopped working, needed over 1 thousand dollars worth of repairs within not even 8 months of owning it so I just had it voluntarily repo’ed. Now...I am getting the run around between A & G and their Cyprus Finance company about where when and how much this POS car was auctioned off. I just want to be done with this sketchy scam of a dealership and finance company!! I can’t say this enough...STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!

Go ahead and be three days late and you will receive harassing phone call after harassing phone call. If they tell you something dont TRUST it, especially Costas or Brenda. Brenda is one shifty character. You can tell she is lying when she starts shuffling her voice!!!!!!! When you finally pay off your over priced car with an inflated interest rate, you will wish you never did business with this company. Ask around, your friends or people who have lived here for a really long time. Ask them what they think of this business. I really hope someone reads this and takes it to heart.
