Such a fan of Krispy Kreme doughnuts. They never let me down. Their doughnuts are always fresh. This time I enjoyed a couple the were just made. I had the lemon filled, raspberry filled, kreme filled and glazed doughnuts. Yummy! Downside, the staff is not friendly. I went on two occasions and each time it was the same. I tried being extra friendly and even made a joke to get a couple of the workers to laugh. Maybe brighten their day a bit. They didn’t even crack a smile. I hope the best for them. Hard times right now. Side note: Just be prepared to get your doughnuts and run.

The donuts was hot fresh so fresh it almost melt in your mouth delicious and I love the strawberry filled one

Donuts were delicious, staff not so much.I felt like a huge inconvenience for them. Staff kept telling me my total when I wasn’t done ordering. So I had to continue saying I had more items to order. I was fairly polite and the “Thank you” and “Have a nice day” weren’t reciprocated. Very aggressive and impolite. The order was wrong as well.Again, donuts were delicious.

You all should be ashamed of yourselves! How could you serve these to someone?!?!?! Custard filled donuts have chocolate icing covering the top of them, these barely have any & 1 looks like someone ran their finger through the middle. Krispy Kreme is way to expensive for a customer to have to even see these!

I usually go to Dunkin Donuts, but went to Krispy Kreme because my friend suggested it. Bought a cinnamon apple filled doughnut. When I bit into it, was disappointed that I didnt taste the apples. So I opened it to see how far down the filling was placed. Thank goodness I did because not only was there a very minimal amount of filling, there was a black bug crawling in it! Yikes!!! Yuck!!! Im outraged and disgusted.

They are very friendly, but the hot and fresh sign doesnt mean the same thing as most Krispy Kremes. The hot and fresh orginals are what I imagine the store brought one are like when they are just coming out. The icing is hot; the doughnut is not and its hard like Dunkin Donuts.

We stopped to get two glazed donuts. The cashier said thats $20.50! We both said what? thinking we miss heard her. She repeated (mumbling) several times. We said no, that cant right. Finally someone with half a brain came over and fixed the cash register and said thats $3. Still very expensive but the warm donut was delicious!

Hot, delicious puffs of pure heaven in your mouth. Nothing is better than a hot, original glazed. We make it a point to stop by when we are in the area. Staff has always been friendly and quick. Cant beat it!

This is always a favorite of mine when the hot light goes off so do I LOL this place was not a disappointment the staff is friendly to drive through weight was nothing at all I recommend going here meeting the great staff and enjoying some of the best donuts Ive eaten if you see the duck donuts picture as well its because I went around the corner and got six more from duck donuts give them a try you wont be disappointed.... I decided to do a taste comparison but I wont give my results unless someone asks LOL..

The Krispy Kream donuts were pretty good got 2 original glazed, cant go wrong with that. But i was looking online for what types of Donuts are available for this time of year and found a few of them that I wanted to try... I went to the store around 8pm and in drive thru there was 7 cars before the speaker, so I decided to go inside.The reason why I gave the reduction of stars is because they had the Donuts I was looking for and received Whatcha see is whatcha get. In a sarcastic manner (Pointing to the nearly empty display case) Working as a manager in the Donut business for ~8 years I realized that sometimes there are racks of Donuts that dont make it out due to how busy it gets.Not looking for special treatment just looking for people to relax.

Theres a rule in our house, no matter what if the HOT sign is on we HAVE to stop! The best Krispy creme is the kind that you can literally just slurp up like melted cheese! Love some hot Krispy Kremes! Their filled and topped selections are also good but again my favorite are the fresh hot plain old glazed!

This was going to be a 3 star rating but by the time I left the drive thru, it needed to be lowered. I understand its not easy to work in the food business, but that doesnt excuse poor service. I ordered 2 boxes of donuts, theyre a day old and rock hard, and ordered a coffee that they forgot they charged me for, (she handed me the donuts and then took off behind a closing window, I sat for a few minutes 🤣). But the coffee was cold and probably days old as well

The line was long but thats expected during morning rush. Today they had their special Chocolate Glaze Friday. I think this was was best doughnut Ive ever gotten from KK. There were noticeably new employees learning but it was still a great way to start the day!.

Krispy Kreme donut quality, I feel, has always been higher than other more common brand names, but this particular location has a few minuses: coffee is never hot, at best lukewarm. Valentine Donuts are so beautiful, but they never have French crawlers. So pluses and minuses but still worth a Krispy!

For some reason, this location doesnt have the same quality taste donuts as the Virginia Beach Blvd location.🤔

I normally go around 7 am. They are always fast and its always delicious. Friendly people and If you sign up for the email/rewards you get coupons. Worth it

Im giving them 2 stars because their menu items are still good as normal... however... the staff is lazy. Mobile orders are never ready, they dont even start preparing them until you come into the restaurant. I stood inside for 5 minutes once before being acknowledged, despite multiple employees standing around playing on their phones, goofing off, and chatting with each other. There was only 2 employees trying to work it looked like. Management needs to step up more. Youre wasting labor having people standing and doing nothing. If theyre not working, send them home. Or have them work when there is a line of people waiting for online donut orders that literally just needed to be put in boxes and sealed up. Youre not really making the donuts fresh. So there is no reason that anyone should need to wait more than a few minutes for their donuts.

This location nasty. I went during hot now either the oven broke or those donuts was sitting outside heat. STILL VA BEACH BLVD LOCATION IS THE BEST IN THE 7CITIES BELIEVE IT CAUSE ITS FACTS.

Placed a very large order. 11 dozen doughnuts and 4 gallons of coffee. Everything was prepared, packed up and ready to go when I arrived at the pickup time.

Very nice lady who works here recognized me which I said was embarrassing but she said not to be. Thank you whoever you are for making my multiple donut purchases a day feel acceptable.

4 cars in line and I waited 40 minutes for 2 dozen. While at window to check there is no urgency. Sat for ten minutes saw no one moving to fill orders. Watched people pull out of line that was to street and leave. Ridiculous.

The store wasnt busy...I asked for 2 dozen assorted......I received 1 dozen assorted and the 2nd box had 2 of the same, so I received 6 assorted. The coffee was out. The person I assume was a manager was doing nothing but walking around w balloons.

The hot sign was on but I recieved hard donuts... how does that happen? Im sick of the trickery. The reason people come for the hot sign is to have hot donuts. Next time Ill just stick with Ducks Donuts. Smh

I had the pleasure of stopping by today and was greeted by a wonderful young man who was very welcoming and friendly.

Ordered two doughnuts and a Latte - told Latte machine is down, changed to a reg coffee. I got to the window and was greeted by a lady that said what was your order then disappeared. Another lady came and said I had to wait for two min coffee was being brewed. I told her I couldnt wait to take it off. She handed me my card and receipt and I said did you take it off she said no. I can substitute something...what doughnut shop does not have coffee ready at 7 am?

Love the donuts, but their drive through intercom box makes it very hard to hear whoever is on the other side. Also their website is pretty broken so ordering online isnt even worth it.

Hot doughnuts at KK are great in the morning. Ten minutes in the drive-thru with only one car in front of you is unacceptable. I cannot afford that much time on my way to do anything.

Messed up my order!

This place doesnt even deserve one star. My seventeen-year-old daughter informed me on July 2nd that she was given a $10 tip. Being the honest person she is, she ask the manager if she was allowed to keep the tip. The manager told her no and took the money. Im sure the customer appreciated the service that she received from my daughter enough to give her the tip. If tips are not allowed, the employees should be told that when they are hired. I have contacted the corporate phone number three times since the incident and still have yet to get a phone call back. Obviously all they want is their money and dont care about their employees. In this time of the worlds crisis I believe everyone deserves to keep any money they earn.
