Very friendly and helpful staff. The environment is clean and welcoming with a variety of beverage and food items. I always enjoy my iced peach green tea and warm coffee cake.

The staff is nice and the building is very clean but there is no consistency with the drinks. One day the drink will be perfect the next time it’ll be bitter, no flavor at all, completely wrong, missing ingredients and everything else you can think of. It’s unfortunate but it seems that the tiny location inside of target can perform 10x better.

Some of the service people behind the counter are confused as to why they are there working. Nor do they know their coffee bean inventory? How can that be? Its the only thing that is the main feature at Starbucks. Coffee. Oh and wishful thinking, decent service.

I love this Starbucks because of how clean and great their food and drinks taste. But let me tell you the wait is RIDICULOUS. I am assuming some people are new, but it just sucks if you’re in a rush

Once again this particular store has failed🙄They are consistently out of stuff and yesterday they apparently closed at 430. If this location can’t get it together then maybe they should close down. I mean there is one right inside of Target too. It’s a shame that such a new store is having so many issues all the time. Not sure if it’s management, supply shortage, not enough employees, or what, but dang.

If I could give them more stars I would. Since they opened, I’ve visited a dozen time and they have been fast and efficient and so friendly. What prompted a review this time was I visited today around 8am and ordered an iced coffee and proceeded to spill the entire thing at Trader Joe’s after having one sip. I went back to Starbucks because I needed caffeine and as I was sliding my card I was telling the barista the story. “My fault, I spilled, felt like a moron making a mess...”! She immediately canceled my cc transaction and even sized up my iced coffee. So nice! Thank you! I wasn’t even expecting that!

Called every department trying to get SOMEONE ANYONE on the phone and after lord knows how long I finally gave up. Either no one was where they were supposed to be or everyone just felt like not doing their job.

All of the sandwiches were sold out and they forgot to give me my card back when I was at the window. There seemed to be way too many people working in the small space behind the counter. They kept bumping into each other and the one that took my card had no idea when I was given my drink and kept fumbling around like she was lost.

The two girls working this afternoon were absolutely fantastic! All smiles, explaining everything and double checking, they definitely deserve a shout out! Great Job Ladies!!!

I ordered a regular coffee the first time since I was new to the area and it was cold and gross and old and the second time I went the girl was restocking the cops and I told her I would wait until she was finished and she said it was fine she could work and talk to me at the same time. I ordered my expensive chai latte and it was not good and I wont be back

Waiting 10 min in front of the line and nobody got serve. She making stuff but I never seen who she was making it for, I was to the cash register, it wasn’t my stuff. She never took my order or said anything. (11/23 morning) This can’t be Starbucks smh

This is one of my favorite Starbucks located in the Target on First Colonial Rd in Va Beach.

I think he was the manager training another employee but he was the most energetic guy Ive ever seen working at a Starbucks. He was really nice and the frappacino I had was A+ 🙂

Im not a coffee drinker but I go to Starbucks often (my wife is 😃) Service is always fast and friendly and rarely have they messed up an order. My wife is a fan for life!

Stopped in with my daughter again, and this place never disappoints. This location does seem to have its fair share of equipment breakdowns, but the baristas are always happy to make an alternate coffee suggestion. Today the woman at the counter was very friendly, and when my daughter apologetically mentioned she had forgotten to ask for a dairy substitute but that she would drink her frappucino with milk since the barista had already started making it, the woman immediately discarded and proceeded to make it from scratch with soy milk, saying she would not give my daughter coffee that would cause her discomfort. I have and would continue to come back to this location.

I have never ever had a watery java chip. I always loved chewed g on tiny ice. This place is a screw up
