This has been my cold pressed juice spot since they were a little kiosk inside of The Daily Grind. I always enjoy their inventive menu and fresh/healthy options. While you wont find any run of the mill menu options, you will surely find something for everyone in your party. Dont be afraid to give something youve never seen before a try. My favorites are the Juice Lee, Ginger Shots, Pistachio Mylk and their Green Goddess Smoothie Bowl.

First of all everyone who works here and was customers here, were very attractive. I was the ugly duckling here. I am not a huge fan of coffee so my Star rating is not something that you should put a bunch of weight behind. The vibe of the shop was cool, they had some seating outside also that would be cool to hang. Again lots of attractive people probably go. I got the freshest regular coffee they had. With tip I paid over 5 bucks but I tipped 2 so it was around 3. I would not go bi think if I was ack. Cool place though.

Better alternative to Starbucks! I love coming here for coffee, and the added inspirational note on the coffee lid is a nice touch. They also have some unique food options for everyone’s food palate. Since I am vegetarian, I recommend the All Vegan sandwich. It takes some time to make, but it tasted fresh like it was prepared with care vice being a pre-made sandwich re-heated in a microwave. My only complaint is parking can be challenging, so factor in parking when planning your visit.

The food here is AMAZING! So so fresh so delicious!! BIG amounts!! The staff is beyond nice! We ordered a sandwich and ended up realizing it had pork in it, so I went to order another one and they didn’t charge me anything!!! The manager is so so sweet he said this “when you spend your money here we make sure you like what you are eating”Best of the best.

Waiting over 30 minutes for food, when I asked the counter about our order I was advised that there are still two orders in front of us.Interesting as the two people who were in front of us in line received their food awhile ago.I can only assume they are online orders like door dash and Uber? But if that’s the case they should have a line dedicated for outbound orders. It’s ridiculous to be standing idly by while multiple orders are getting fulfilled... especially for a bagel...😒

Horrible experience first of all the girl didnt have the best customer service I told her from the beginning that I wanted my bagel with the everything bagel and no salsa and dairy-free cheese and they made it however they wanted to make it and then I had to get my sandwich re-met to something else that I wanted and I had to wait another 30 minutes I will not be coming back here again overly priced and then I can make it at home

4.50 for a small black drip coffee is beyond what Im willing to consistently pay regardless of whether the company is locally owned and operated.

Town Center Cold Press is one of my go-to spot for healthy delicious food and drinks including good lattes. During this visit I placed an order for pick-up via DoorDash which is super convenient. However when I arrived I noticed they forgot a sandwich in my order which then took 10 minutes to make. This was on a Saturday at lunch time and they were super slammed.On this visit I ordered the Avolox sandwich which is one of my favorites and reminds me of NYC for some reason. Also, I ordered The Perfect Kiss smoothie or Smuice which was so delicious.As I observed, they did quite well with staffing and quickly making drinks. However, their customer service could really use improvement. All the employees there are young and dressed pretty hip. The clientele range from young Gen Z to Boomers. So its a wide range of customers coming through for their delicious food and drinks.A lot of people came in for pick-up and there did not seem to be clear signage for them to know where to pick-up so they end up interrupting the employees making drinks to see if their order was ready. I get the vibe that the employees are unhappy to be there or agitated by customers. I get this vibe every single timeI come here. I just keep coming back for the food and drinks. My recommendations for improvement: 1) clear signage on where to pick-up mobile orders; and 2) improved customer service.Overall, I love the atmosphere. Its a great place to grab lunch and coffee with friends. I love their food and drinks. I do miss their warm bowls which was discontinued when they revamped their menu in 2020. Customer service could be better.

Perhaps this was a small reminder that VB isnt an overly caffeinated city. To my surprise, the menu for coffee, smoothies and food were quite extensive but what came out from the coffee bar wasnt so great. A few drinks un-traditionally required nitro cold brew (instead of a pour over) but unfortunately they were out of it mid-morning and couldnt substitute. Otherwise, I frequently have a cortado when visiting a coffee shop and today I had an odd experience where the drink was simultaneously overly foamy, burnt, watery and large in typical volume.

So much love for this place. The Don’t Worry Be Happy oatmeal bowl tastes like a morning in Hawaii. I cant get enough. The smoothie bowls are all fabulous. I’m working my way through the menu. Yes, it’s a pricier fare, but consider the location. Download their app and get $5!Their cappuccino has the best, fluffiest foam of any place I have found in Virginia Beach.I have been several times and always find it to be clean and well kept. They offer a variety of seating for solo work, casual or business conversation.If you get a chance, meet Paul, your cook. He has a heart as big as Texas. What a guy!

Hands down - one of my favorite local coffee spots! There are so many options (not just coffee), but I always seem to go back to what I know. My usual order is an iced coffee with vanilla and lavender syrup and a splash of milk. It sounds off putting because of the lavender, but trust me, it is delish!

So sad... I had been so excited after my first order and then disappointed ever since. Went from a perfect actually toasted bagel... To warmed bagels ..and uneven, inconsistency with toppings. Juice lee went from great and balanced when you buy it as a single item.... But order with a combo and your going to receive a watered down version... Literally tasted like water with squeeze of lemon. Brought issues of under toasting to restaurant attention ... And still no change.. I was excited to see their menu update and my first visit back was what I was looking for... Sadly get same quality is a no go .I can understand training difficulties, quality checking is a must. But I will give yall another try, bc I love the menu and would hate to not be able to enjoy it!

Register lady greeted me as soon as I walked in which was nice. I ordered the “don’t worry be happy oatmeal bowl” and it was so delicious the fruit combo was on point. I feel like I was in the Bahamas with the mango,strawberry,pineapple coconut that were on the oatmeal. So good. So healthy. Clean eating at its best.Will be back for sure.

This location is the worst. They never have enough workers and they always mess things up. And they only have one register!!!!! I went in there today, Sunday and I already placed my order by phone. The girl told me I had to stand in line of 30 people for my pickup order. I told her no way!! Thats the whole point of placing orders by phone. She looked irritated and another nice employee rang me up. Most of these workers at this location arent fit to be in Town Center!

After my first visit o was disappointed . Tried again and today and eh. I ordered a combo but was rang up for each separate…. Like she didn’t know what she was doing, customer service trash like she was irritated. Ugh. Never again. The “veggie bagel” was uneven AH. Barely any egg. Not Proportioned right. It’s not meant to be!

Poor customer service and inaccurate drink descriptions. In this case, they consider iced lattes to be cold brew (no milk) and still manage to charge $6 for it.Cant comment on food.

Great place. They have a barista there named Zoe. Zoe is fantastic and quite honestly the only reason I ever go there.

Not really impressed to be honest. Bathroom upkeep was not great (no napkins to dry my hands after washing them), the place has an ok menu and selection, but the cleanliness and atmosphere seemed a bit lacking. I dont dislike it, but I wasnt impressed at all.

The coffee was great and the food was even better. Excellent service as well. Definitely coming back!

They say 3rd times the charm but I guess I can say will be spending anymore money here. Super pricy for oatmeal and bagels. Ordered on the app to make sure my food was ready before I arrived. Ordered at 7:53a and was still for my food at 8:31a. No reason honestly to keep coming back, service is poor. The male barista acts as if you are aggrevating him if you ask a question. And that has been the experience each time I have come. Whats the point of picking times for food and ordering in advance if you still have to wait for your food to be prepared. Just decided to cancel. Once I went to cancel they pulled my food out the back, saying it should still be warm. My food should be hot because I asked about it twice and was on time to pick it up.Waiting for almost an hour for oatmeal and bagels. Highly disappointed. Would rate no stars if possible.

At first glance, this coffee shop feels pretentious. You walk in and the menu is overwhelming. And the person at the register expects you to already know what you want. My friend ordered an ice coffee and was directed to get a canned one from the fridge...Once you sit down (and look past the wobbly tables) with youre drink and youre food, it is a great experience. They offer an array of things that I wouldnt be able to find anywhere in Virginia Beach.I have been here on two occasions. I recommend the bagels and the matcha waffles. If you are lactose intolerant, I suggest you try their pistachio milk in your drink.The prices are a little high for my liking so I go here when I want to treat myself.I give 5 stars to the food and beverages and 3 stars to the service and the fact that I had to fight not to spill my drink because my table was unstable. So I gave it a total of 4 stars.

So first let me say I dont like doing reviews but thus one was needed so I wasnt feeling well and I remember that my Family put me on cold press I went back on my own and they didnt have what I wanted so it was a nice girl who tried to help me and that went wrong I didnt like and they forgot my chaser so I was so upset but than this guy Paul come from the back and recommended to give them another try he made the most amazing smoke chicken on multiple grain thanks Paul for saving the day

Yum... I tried the sweet potato iced latte with almond milk and no shot of espresso. I also tried the matcha honey sesame iced latte with almond milk and no shot of espresso. They were absolutely delicious. Will absolutely be back.

Lately this place is always packed and the wait times for food and drinks is long, it really doesnt look like they are staffed properly. That being said everyone who works here is super nice and friendly and most importantly the food is great. My favorite is the loxzilla bagel, they have every milk/alternative milk for your coffee. There is alot unique coffee free lattes, and of course cold press juices.

Ordered online and when I got to the store after an hour to pick up my order, my juices weren’t ready. I was told my order was already picked up by someone and I said “ uh, no that’s why I’m here” so I had to wait another 20 mins or so just to wait for my item to be prepped. Staff wasn’t friendly.

Very bad customer service, there’s a new girl just started working there always mess my order up and the coffee taste nasty when she make it I don’t think she know what she’s doing.

Today I ordered the Fungus Amongus coffee combo and a Frenchie coffee combo and asked for Vietnamese coffee for both. They said they were out of it as regular coffee but said I could have it as an iced latte so I agreed. Normally I check my bag because people make mistakes and that is a part of life, but today I was in a rush so I grabbed my food and left. I get home and I find that they only gave me one sandwich. So I called the store and ask if they have an extra sandwich there (thinking that maybe they left it out of the bag by mistake). I spoke to the manager and found out they only rung me up for the 2 coffees and one sandwich to which I got no apology for the mistake on their part. I normally don’t write these but I made an exception today for how curt the manager was with me over the phone. To top it off the the food wasn’t even that great. If I could I’d give them zero stars.

I had a bad experience coming here awhile ago due to customer service and speed issues, so I figured I would give them another shot. I was extremely disappointed. There wasnt anyone else in line or ordering and it still took 20 minutes to get my coffee order. The worst part is that the coffee tasted burnt and watered down. The music was so loud I had to speak-up to the cashier a few different times and the employees just seem out of it, like they really dont want to be there. Overall, not a very good experience and I probably wont be back.

Good food but it’s awkwardly quiet in the café. They really need to play some music. The Pacific Rim bowl (beef, kimchi, white rice, etc) is surprisingly good for a hipster joint.Recommend the Pistachio Latte, Sweet Potato Latte, Pacific Rim Bowl, and all of the waffles. 1/2 off waffles special on Sat.

My first time eating a multigrain croissant sandwich and it was delicious. The juices and smoothies are healthy and good (my favorite Exotic Apple pie). Keep up the excellent customer service !👍🏾

Just a quick morning cappuccino. Have been here a few times before and the ambiance is always pleasant and warm. I have ordered the Avolox bagel once before and it was delicious. Today’s capp was a bit off, coffee a bit bitter, but not horrible. I order the same coffee and this being the nth time, being a bit off, is not a horrible thing, but I would prefer consistency. Well see next time how the coffee comes out.

Excellent coffee and friendly service. The young man who serve me was very helpful when I told him it was my first time there. He explained the whole menu and flavoring options for me without having to read it.I picked up an amaretto latte with their self prepared pistachio milk, a vegan option. While not personally a vegan, I love pistachios and the mixture was fantastic.

Great smoothies! My fiance and I really enjoy this one in town center and the other in ghent! Great service at both locations!

Amazing place for healthy breakfast. Great selection ... very difficult to choose from. Smoothies are great. Only minor issue would be that the oatmeal bowl was a bit too sweet for my taste.

I always get the green goddess smoothie bowl and the juice lee. My daughter loves it just as much as me! Shes one and gets her own.

Great coffee shop! Hubby got a Vietnamese coffee, I had a latte, my young child had a smoothie. I was happy got the gluten free bagel... so good.

I absolutely love this place! Its become one of my spots. The sweet potatoe latte with unsweetened almond milk blended is my go to. Can get really busy at times because Im guessing its because of the quality of the food and drinks are just that good.

Leaving this to make up for the fact that I left a bad review on grubhub just because the driver was terrible and there was no way to review them separately. But the restaurant itself is GREAT! Food is awesome, love the juices and the fact that you can get single shots. The lox is on point! Staff is always professional and courteous. Every time I order from here someone always calls if there is an issue or if they run out of something and that is awesome! No complaints at all and would highly recommend! 👍👍👍

One visit and Im in love. A good selection of healthy food and drink options plus a coffee bar. Seating is like a small cafe or coffee shop. For food, they offer bowls, salads, bagel sandwiches and more. I had the Thai Street Food bowl with chicken and Jasmine rice - it was a flavor explosion!!!! I also ordered a latte which was great. Just needs some work on the latte art.

What a chill spot to grab a coffee or a smoothie bowl. Everything I have had here so far is delicious. Will be back for sure.

Environmentally aware and super modern. Their juices are so good and smooth, and you can taste every flavor they describe. We got to sample a new pistachio creamer and Im still thinking about how good it was. They have a quick grab and go area if you are in a rush, and they also have loads of seating and a bar if youre wanting to sit and stay for a while. The employees were so kind and really took the time to help us understand the menu.

Its a nice coffee/juice shop with a good ambiance and decent service. My drink was a little too sweet and syrupy for my liking, but other than it was good.

Teenagers running a coffee shop is not a good duo. this place does not have good smoothies and their drinks are never good. i noticed how unclean and unsanitary the place is too. no thanks. don’t go there.

Cute little coffee shop with some great food and drink choices! Seats can fill up pretty quickly here so be wary if you plan to come around lunch time. You order at the counter and if youre eating there they will give you a number to place on your table. I wouldnt go with a group more than 3 unless its after the busy lunch period. They only have the menu on big, hanging boards behind the bar (no printed out versions) so it can be hard to read since its dim inside. I recommend looking up the menu on your phone beforehand or while in line. I ordered the chocolate pitaya smoothie bowl and I substituted strawberry for banana. It was great and a I had leftovers to take home. I liked the granola they used but found myself wanting more of it. Overall this is a nice place to stop in for a coffee or refreshing smoothie bowl in Virginia Beach Town Center!

The staff here are really nice and work hard to get your order out. The prices are a little high and the smoothie bowls are pretty typical. I will have to return and tryout the other menu items....stay tuned.

Staff is not always friendly. Also, they have continuous problem with freshness of juices. Some day it’s perfect and some day I get sour spoiled taste in what supposed to be fresh squeezed juice. And for $8 plus tips it’s not acceptable. I poured juice out twice in last week. So I’ll stop order there

The customer service was excellent. We were greeted when we walked in by the friendly staff. The cashier offered suggestions on drinks since we were not sure what we were in the mood for. She made a good suggestion, we will be coming back again. Ive been telling everyone about Cold Press.

This place has great, super fresh food and they have really stepped up their coffee game lately. Stop here for a bite and a cup of coffee on Sunday morning. You wont regret it.
