Just to note, I am currently writing this review on my new PC from Simon Computers & Electronics! I had been wanting to get myself a really good gaming PC for a long time. When I finally had the money, I wanted to go to a business I could trust. I looked all over online and happened to see a lot of great reviews about Simon Computers. I decided to give them a call and Dan answered. He is very friendly! As soon as I could, I visited their location and they answered all my questions and showed me some of their work. The stores pretty cool! I got the best PC for my budget. Throughout the build, I was kept up to date. I came in on a Friday and I ended up with a new PC by Tuesday! Faster than the expected date. I really recommend Simon Computers. Thank you for my first PC!

I traveled a hr from Williamsburg VA to this place based on just the A++++ customer service over the phone w/ Dan in which we spoke for over about 40 mins of all the issues that I was having with “my first build” gaming PC and he assured me that he could assist. I had cable management issues, COD Warzone would crash, graphic and software issues etc etc.Dan trouble shoot and found/ fixed all of my issues plus updated my horrible cable management. Kept me updated with the status of my PC I never had to call. I can’t say enough. Amazing people. Amazing work! Thanks a lot Dan and Simon computers!

I was in the process of completing my first PC build when I went to power it on for the first time to no avail. I had already confirmed my PSU worked, so I figured I had a problem with the motherboard. I first called them up and they confirmed that the motherboard was likely the issue. Since I knew I wouldnt be able to fix any issues with it myself, and I was in a pinch for time, my wife offered to drop it off at the shop. Not only did they fix my problem in less than 8 business hours for a reasonable price, they were helpful and kind to my wife. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

I was in search of a 1151 mounting hardware for my new motherboards CPU cooler and this guy delivered. Generous person with a awesome attitude towards his customers. 6/5 stars!!!!!

I went with a lease-to-own custom desktop. The contract is very agreeable and transparent; no hidden fees! In addition to that they are very flexible.The turnaround on my PC was very quick, and everything seems to be in order!Cant thank these guys enough, Dan and Will went above and beyond to take care of me and and answer all of my questions. If youre looking to get into the PC gaming world, then I cant recommend Simon Computers and Electronics enough.Bonus for Dan engaging me in conversation, we talked about a lot and built a great rapport! I made the switch from console gaming to pc gaming and I’m never going back. The rig they made for me is exceptional! Games play beautifully at max settings with no FPS drops or issues. I 100% recommend Simon computer & electronics!

THANK YOU! They built me a custom gaming PC with all the specs that i wanted. They used high quality parts from well respected manufacturers, unlike some of the prebuilt pcs Ive seen at best buys. They even added some nice lighting on some parts of the PC . Looks super sweet and 10X better than the Alienware Aurora I had my eye on. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Greatest part is that they offered easy financing which was great considering I have recovering credit. Ill add pictures to show later today :D

Great company, products and service! Ive been a customer since they opened about 3 years ago. Everything is easily done online and I usually get my orders within 2 days. Sometimes I pick up at their office since I am local. If you can buy electronics outright this is not a place for you but if you are looking to finance, they offer affordable payment options which is better than going to lease to own companies like Aarons and others.

My family and I have purchased our computers and other tech devices from Simon Electronics since 2014. Dan Simon and his associates are very friendly and courteous. We have been extremely pleased with the personal service he provides as well as the customer support after the purchase is made! Dan Simon is also knowledgeable. I respect and value his recommendations. I also appreciate how he stands behind the products he sells and should a problem arise. He will act quickly to resolve it with my satisfaction in mind.

Highly recommend. Went to them for a slow degraded MacBook Pro, and with their knowledge knew what upgrades to do to get it working properly and in a timely manner.
