I too have been going to Donna for at least 3 years. I met her at the Tattoo Convention and have gone to her each time for touch-ups. As an African American, our tattoos have to be touched up every so often because of our pigmentation. I hate not having the fresh, clean look she develops for me. She takes her time and sizes your eyes; looks at your skin pigmentation for color; and discusses every process with her clients to put you at ease. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
