Much like many of these comments, the staff is TERRIBLE. They are SO rude. I will be moving my family’s pharmacy elsewhere. I would rather drive much farther then to get our prescriptions here. First I called in after my HUSBAND has ORAL SURGARY and was unable to speak to see if his medication was ready. We do not currently have insurance so I asked the name so I could use good rx. The woman on the phone told me it was ready and I could come pick it up but she couldn’t tell me the name of it. I only wanted the name so I didn’t have to hold everyone up while doing the goodrx. She told me she couldn’t. Like what? He’s my husband, I have his info, EVERYTHING she needed and more to verify. But for some reason I could come in and pick it up not problem. I spend about 30 min at the pharmacy to pick it up and do everything I was going to do had I had the name. All for her to give me his meds WITHOUT asking me his date of birth or ANYTHING but our address. So apparently if you know a persons address that’s all you need to get meds from the pharmacy. The whole time she was short and had a attitude. She let my papers blow out of the box (it was a drive through) and I had to get out to get them out from under the car and not once did she say anything. I had to ask her to close the box so I could get out of the car even. I will not be returning here. Walgreens, do better.
I haven’t been here in a while. I stopped going here because the staff was very rude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. It was my first time using Tricare so I was a little unsure of how it worked. But apparently that was frustrating to them. Picking up medications should not be stressful. Im not sure if the same staff is still there, but I hope they aren’t.
As a practicing physician I must say this is one of the most inept pharmacies I have ever run across. Such a joke. Prescriptions are always late, never on time. How do you run out of ear drops? Does a bank run out of money? Supposed to be a pharmacy yeah they got flexseal and toilet brushes but medicine? Nah, never heard of it. Dont be in a hurry. Because they could care less about your pain and suffering. And to top it all off, they didnt have generic so they charged my wife 250$ for ear drops.
Overall garbage especially pharmacy
Very overpriced I had to pay $36 for a small bottle of cool water cologne. Marshals is closed so I can’t get twice the size bottle for $16 very overpriced very disappointed this is a rip off! Thieves
Walgreens pharmacy staff is extremely rude. It seems as if they view their job as a favor to us and that we should be grateful for less than desirable service. The one star is for the one male pharmacy staff member that has actually provided friendly service. The pharmacy should take lessons from the wonderful store staff who is always friendly and helpful, shocking disparity between the two. Wish CVS still took my insurance, they were top notch and actually happy to work.
The pharmacy staff is very unprofessional. They talk down to customers and treat them like the customer is interrupting and being a bother. I have not one time had a good experience at this location. This is the closest and most convenient pharmacy to my house but sometimes convenience isnt a good thing. I will definitely be moving my families prescriptions from this location and possibly to a whole new chain.
3 times Ive been here. Not ONE worker Ever helps me find something or know what is in this store.
I cant speak of the pharmacy but the store is a great place to pick up some last minute/ forgotten items. Parking is easy and staff is always very friendly. This location even has a Redbox at it for convenience.
Store Manager very Nice and helpful pharmacy Dept not very knowledgeable when asking for consultation they dont explain themselves very well rude so if you need a good Consultation when asking about what Medicine to mix and not too go down the street to Rite aid on independence Blvd ask for Randy in pharmacy he the pharmacy very nice and knowledgeable older Guy he was very helpful.
Much help needed at drive through line. one person does counter and drive though which backs up the line. Last week I spent 23 minutes in line just to get to the window and then the pharmacy tech left the window to help the counter person.
Every time I have a prescription filled/refilled there is an issue. Every Time. The pharmacy staff doesnt seem to care about customer service, they act like we are all just transactions to them. On one occasion, I waited almost 30 minutes in the drive through line only to have the pharmacy rep tell me to pull back around and wait in line again when it was established THEY had messed up my order. Upon trying to tell her I was not going to be able to wait that long again and is there anything they can do to fill it faster, her response was thats what we can do.
Pharmacist called to check on me after starting a medicine. My doctor never called, but Walgreens pharmacy did!
Staff is not friendly and doesnt care about their customers. Dont bother asking for the manager, she doesnt listen either.
I have had had two very bad experiences with the pharmacy staff here. They are extremly rude, and unprofessional. They will tell you 20 minutes for a prescription, and it wont even be started 30 minutes later. They lack any semblance of customer service, including patience, and politeness.They also seem incapable of answering simple questions regarding the medications they are dealing with. The lack of professionalism when dealing with peoples medication is unbelivable. I would say the pharmacist is fairly polite, but he shuffles around like his job does not require a sense of urgency. I have had a better experience at Walmarts Pharmacy which should be more embarrissing to Walgreens than anything else Ive written here.

The Pharmacy staff are extremely rude! You get a text that your prescription is ready then you pick up no its not reasy you have to wait you have a coupon for your prescription which is told each time will be in the system for next. You go to pick up next months do you think its in there NOPE. Everytime! Im switching my pharmacy now!

Today is the second time in a week I have gotten text messages saying that my prescriptions were ready at Walgreens and I get there and they say they dont have any prescriptions for me and theyre waiting for the doctor. I have showed them the messages and the first time I was told that that happen sometimes and they apologized I asked if I should call before I came next time and she said no it should be fine its just a fluke. Came back today and the lady helping me told me that theres nothing they can do about it. Dismissive and Im tired of wasting my time.
Horrible experience tried to make me pay for whats covered, rude no compassion lack knowledgeable script coverage had my script transferred and CVS covered asap i couldnt breath came from ER walgreens you guys give horrible service yall should have to anwser to these reviews they dont lie .And yall should do better! Shame on you all!
Dropped off my prescription that I crucially need ASAP, was very clear in making sure that I would recieve a call when my prescription was ready for pick-up. 2 hours later, no call, drive up to the store, pharmacy is closed. My medicine is inside, and theres nothing anyone can do. Like the pharmacist who walked out the door 25 minutes ago doesnt have a means to be contacted in an emergency, especially one which the negligience of your staff created.I am sick and in pain, and wont be able to make it to my job in the morning.Thanks so much for the job well done.

I needed meds picked up and the prescription was faxed over at 10:49 a.m. and they told me that they could not fill the prescriptions until after 4:30pm that day. That is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for medication. I told them that I was waiting for them and they said that it would still take the same amount of time.

Wait for pain meds 25 minutes said okay after 35 minutes had to leave for appointment.Return next day after lunch, they cannot find my prescription,, finally after 15 minutes it was found, wait another 20 for it to be filled.Unbelievable!!!Unfriendly counter help first trip Snotty and very unprofessional.Second trip lady was so apologetic
Very nice and professional staff, I didnt have to wait long for my flu shot. They even have a little private room for the flu shots which is nice.
