From the initial visit with the specialist to the office communication to the actual install, things were great from start to finish. Very informative and thorough estimate with Mike. He even pointed out some possibilities where there could be potential issues to overcome during the installation process. The installer, Tommy, knew exactly what he was doing, took great care of our home, took his time and made these beautiful. We highly recommend Beach Windows!

Given the high star rating for this company, I feel obligated to share my months of frustration that led to this one-star review.My wife and I bought our house in February. One of the selling points was that the windows were brand new and had a lifetime warranty, courtesy of Beach Windows and Siding. Shortly after moving in, and after a couple of storms had come and gone, my wife and I noticed some water damage to the interior paint around our windows. The paint was flaking or crumbling in spots, and was noticeably darker around some corners, usually the bottom right.After contacting BW&S, a tech came out to look at the problem. Per the tech, one of the windows had been improperly installed as the J-channel was not overlapped, and therefore water was able to intrude. Several of the other windows had been improperly sealed, or not sealed at all. The solution was to install a thin piece of sheet metal over the windows. While this does solve the water issue, it also means that two of my windows look different from the rest of the house. Given the lifetime warranty and the admission of improper installation, I asked BW&S to come out and remove/reinstall the windows at issue.At this point, BW&S became slow to respond or unresponsive. I was constantly waiting on phone calls and having to follow-up to check in. Eventually, BW&S scheduled a team to come look at the windows at issue, and repair or reinstall them.When that time showed up, it consisted of one person who had been told my windows were leaking. Despite numerous phone calls and emails with BW&S, the tech had no clue why he was at my house or what I was expecting. When I told him what he was scheduled for, he informed me he was not equipped to repair or reinstall any windows and to call BW&S to sort it out.I did not follow-up with BW&S immediately; however, over the next several weeks more issues manifested with the windows, including increased water damage. After noticing and photographing this new damage, I again contacted BW&S, and was informed that the woman I had been working with was no longer with the company. After forwarding the prior emails and informing the new person about the issues we were having, he agreed to send a team out to remove and reinstall the problematic windows, and to investigate the new issues to determine a cause and proper solution.Again, a single individual showed up, ill equipped to remove or reinstall a window. His solution was to caulk around the edges of the problem windows. This was not done neatly, and has left areas of exposed caulking showing outside the boundaries of the windows. In the weeks since his visit, the damage has continued to manifest and grow.I am now posting this review in the hopes of 1) sharing my story so that people have an honest assessment of BW&S, as I wish I had when my wife and I looked into them when we heard they installed the windows in our new house, and 2) to get BW&S attention to rectify the issues we are having with, at this point, a majority of the windows in our house.

Poor communication with window shipment and arrival delays, and also not transparent about product we were recieving. Install looks good but not correct product, and management was not helpful with finding a solution.

I just recently had insulated siding and trim done on my home. I cannot be more pleased with the entire process and looks of my home after the job was completed. From the very start of the process, the company has been very transparent and fair with their pricing. The companies sales rep Mike is top notch as he did not pressure me into purchasing anything at any time throughout the process. During my installation we ran into a small problem, and the company worked with me quickly and stayed in contact with me to resolve the matter in a timely manner. At the end of the day, the siding and trim look fantastic. Kudos to Beach Windows.

Installation is poor. Paid top dollar for windows but cannot close them they are all misaligned, sagging, etc. Decided to go with Mr. Rogers windows, they did much better job!

We had all 27 windows replaced in our 25 year old home in February. I am pleased with my new windows. Noise level is definitely lower. The windows are fine, so far. The salesman, Joe Miller, was wonderful and it was he who helped me eventually get the work done properly. The original installers, father and daughter, not only were loudly arguing and smoking, but they demanded that i sign job completed, when they had done a sloppy caulking job and left the carpet pulled up all along the wall where the 2 doors were installed. I would not sign. She said, You should read your contract. She was implying they were allowed to leave the job like that which was untrue. The salesman backed me up but he was told by the owner to call me back to say the company was not doing any carpet work. I spoke with the office manager and made my case to her in no uncertain terms. I had cancelled the financing co. so basically I had their windows and they had no money. The owner called me and said of course theyd fix it all. He tried to place blame on the salesman. Finally, Moises came out and saw the terrible situation. They had not put down weatherproofing flash pan or sealed things. After a few days, Moises and Joe came out to remove and properly reinstall the doors. Trim had not been cut correctly, some was missing, and several other issues had to be dealt with.Moisess professionalism, work ethic, and clear understanding of what needed to be done was refreshing and made the finished product exactly what it should have been all along.

If youre looking for new quality windows and or patio doors these guys are the answer! They sell a great product at a reasonable price. The crew was on time, efficient and very professional. We couldnt be happier. Support our local businesses!

I waited a few months into having these windows before writing this review to ensure all is well and no problems have occurred. So far, so great! I called several companies and it was clear to me that BWS was a no brainer. They were slightly more than other companies but also much cheaper than many. The windows were way better quality. Most importantly, Tom was NOT pushy!! I had spent hours with some companies and they seemed angry when I wouldnt sign immediately. Tom just gave me his business card with his personal cell (I believe he is an owner?) And headed out.Now....BWS told me 8ish weeks for the install. It did take almost 12 weeks. HOWEVER....it was COVID and like anything, things got delayed. Then we had 3 weeks of constant rain so they were behind on others. Vanessa in the office called to update me often and never got annoyed when I called her. She is such a pleasant voice.I called Tom at one point and explained that I wanted added insulation around the windows. No questions asked, he got in the car and dropped off insulation to his crew. No argument, no questions asked, no hassle.The crew estimated 3 to 4 days, he took 5 days. This was for a whopping 31windows. Guess what? They worked diligently and took longer because they wanted perfection! Moises walked around with that calking gun to make sure it looked nice and was sealed MULTIPLE times. He checked and rechecked the next day. The crew found a knick in the vinyl at the top of one of the windows. Some would have waited for the homeowner to notice and hoped they didnt. My crew pointed it out to ME and told me it would be replaced in a month. They honored their word with no hassle. Our half round windows gave Moises a challenge with the outside trim. He did it once and knew it didnt look good. Without me saying (although I agreed) it all came down and he started again. He would reach perfection if it killed him.The crew became family for 5 days. Always carrying on conversations, loved on the new puppy when they came in, texted every day to let me know they were on their way, and more. They made us feel safe.I would absolutely recommend BWS to EVERYONE!

Edit: the owner of the company reached out and attempted to make things right. Unfortunately I was really between a rock and a hard place, with a surgery coming up and I was unable to get anyone out before my surgery. I tried stopping by the office at 4:30 one afternoon to pick up any sales material to look over, but the office was already closed. I filled out an inquiry online and was reached out to promptly to schedule an appointment for the next week. Fifteen minutes before my appointment a representative called me to explain they were running late, and they would be to my home as soon as possible. An hour after my appointment I tried calling and had no response. Another hour after that I attempted another call and again had no response. I found this to be incredibly unprofessional.The next morning I called the office and the rep who answered the phone attempted to call the rep from the previous day and could not get a hold of him.I told my friend who had a good experience and he was shocked and said he would no longer recommend this company.I giving two stars because my phone calls to the office were prompt and professional.

I chose Beach windows after interviewing many other companies. Matt was my contact/salesman and he actually sent me a list of pertinent questions to ask other companies when they gave estimates. He was generous in educating me prior to our appointment so I could make the best decision for me with whatever company I went with. Wouldnt touch these people with ten foot pole. Quoted for 34 windows for a build 4 years ago 21,000. Way to much for these windows as research was done. Decided to give owner another try recently and it took several attempts to get quote for 22 windows this time 20,000 this time same window 12 windows less than first overpriced quote 4 years ago. Reached out to dealer in different district and windows were quoted at 7,400. Cash price no installation but thats fine framer will handle it. This guys only okna dealer in area so jacking price up seams his motto because getting comparisons are not possible. Rip off waiting to happen. Dont go there.

WOW!! Awesome experience from start to finish. We replaced 5 huge sliding windows in our home. The sliders leaked and were not efficient. Our 5 star experience started with Mike coming into our home with his presentation. He was very friendly and did a great job with providing a lot of information and education for my wife and I to review. We used his education when we were doing some comparison shopping with big box stores and a few local companies. Some places were slightly cheaper, but you get what you pay for. Beach Windows Okna Window product were far superior than the others in Hampton Roads. The installers did a great job. They were considerate with our property, and cleaned up the work area as if they were never there. After the installation I had a few questions that were answered by the VP Thomas. He addressed my questions and wrapped up our great experience with Beach Windows.I highly recommend Beach Windows and will definitely be back in the future when were ready to replace more windows in our home.

We had 22 windows installed by Beach Windows on September the 10th. So far we are very happy with the quality of the product, and the install job. They replaced some rotting wood that had just been covered up by a previous company. I like that it is a smaller company which allows for more direct access to people who are familiar with the specifics of your project.Update: I have been looking at my power bills. I have been saving around $28.00 a month since my install.

We had the original (25+yr old) single-pane windows in our living room and kitchen and were losing a lot of energy in the hot summers and cold winters. Also, the old full-length screens made for a skewed view out into our back yard.After a particularly hot day, we figured wed called Beach Windows and see how much it would cost to upgrade. Matt, our sales guy, met with us that day, and was extremely helpful by suggesting cottage-style windows.The bottom third of each window can be opened to expose a screened outside and the top two-thirds is a picture-style window (no screen). This allows us to open the windows if the weathers nice, but still keep the clear view of our back yard all the time.The installation process was great, too. Ray and his crew were all very professional, worked quickly, and had great attitudes, even though the mosquitoes were really awful that day.Overall, we couldnt be happier with our new windows, and our entire experience with Beach Windows. Id recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade to new, great looking windows.

A window replacement company whose salespeople dont return calls or seem remotely interested in giving an estimate.I received a call from one of the owners. He said the estimator no longer works there and he would like to come out and give me an estimate and hope I will change my review.Based on his responsiveness, I will change my rating. But, the one salesperson/estumator isnt the only issue. Ive called and left messages for others that werent returned. Its a lot of work to get good contractors!Beach windows installed windows in a house I own about 10 years ago. They did an excellent job then. I didnt know that I was buying the cheapo replacement window because it wasnt sold to me as such. I havent encountered anything but minor adjustment issues with them.

The windows are very high quality, provide needed security and so easy to clean. Here is what you need to know:1) They offer great products. The siding is by Mastic and they were the only one of the three companies we got bids from that offered Versetta Stone. (SO much nicer than vinyl “stone” veneer!). The colors and warranties are great! We went with a sage green siding, white trim and Mission Point stone and receive a ton of compliments on our house’s fresh new look. The stone chimney is by far the most talked about feature of our exterior update.2) They use their own crews. Our work crew consisted of Rob, Jason and Kevin mostly, with Rob being the crew lead, and they were all wonderful. Rob has a really great sense of pride in his work and an eye for detail. Beach Windows will sub-contract out for gutters, but Forrest is wonderful to work with as well.3) They strive to deliver excellent customer service. Sure, everything in life – including major projects – is going to have bumps and surprises. As long as you don’t act like a punk of a customer, they will do everything in their power to work with you. ;) Phone calls or emails were answered within 24 hours, everything was covered in detail for us, and they even sent a congratulations card after the birth of our baby. Something they didn’t have to do, but it was a nice example of ways that they’ve gone above and beyond.

I shopped for windows replacement for our 22 years old house quite a while as the budget dont fit the project. Several companies were screened until a friend referred this company who politely setup an appointment for quotes and honest opinion about the project. From interview / quotes, measurements and installation, I cant complain the way they communicate from measurements, setting up and installation based on your availability. They also responded timely on my questions and the installer will not leave until I am fully satisfied. I rarely write review but this one is worth sharing.

I am highly disappointed with Beach Windows. After waiting 4 months for the windows to be fabricated and installed, the owner was not forthright in telling us what to expect when a door was measured incorrectly and a window was ordered wrong. Instead of telling us the truth about expected delivery date, we were told a made up time frame which was at least 4 weeks earlier than what we were told by others in the company. The company does not return phone calls in a timely manner. For example, we have been waiting for a call back from a week ago and have called twice in that time frame. This has been ongoing since they installed the windows over 3 weeks ago. We have issues with the installed windows and it needs to be addressed. I would highly recommend going with someone else for windows and doors.

I just had all the windows in my house replaced.All the windows were original single pane windows from the 1960s construction of the house. The 7 front windows were wooden and drafty. The other 10 were aluminum windows with black mold growing on them from the leaks and condensation. I could clearly hear conversations a few houses down through my windows and could feel the cold draft coming in in the winter.After researching about 15 different window companies and listening to the in home sales pitches of 5 salesmen, and reading countless user reviews on multiple consumer reporting sites, I decided to go with Beach Windows. I got some Okna 600 (Eco Pro) vinyl windows. The total cost was slightly higher than Window World but the window quality was also better. Installation took 2 days with less than 5 hours of work each day. Installers showed up on time, were easy to work with, and left the place clean. No complaints on the installation and the windows look great.

As part of our home purchase the owner paid to replace our windows. We interviewed and recieved several estimates from other companies and Beach Windows was the one chosen. The owner took time out and came to my home to write up the contract. The work was done professionally and the contractor was pleasant and left no debris after completion of job. I had my first floor windows redone and was extremely happy with the service provided from Beach Windows. You will pay a little more, but the quality of the product is well above other estimates I had received. They sent a two man team out and had the job done in two days, interior and exterior. Will be returning for the second floor windows next year.

Had all windows in our home installed with new construction windows. Sales, Office and Installation staff were a pleasure to work with, and know their products well. We definitely would use BW&S again

My husband researched every window known to God & man before he decided on what Windows we wanted in our home. Our house is 32 years old and Ive lived in it 31 of those years and we had done nothing to our windows or siding in that time. Consequently, you had approximately 6 of sunlight coming through -- the rest was condensation. Our great room was unbearably hot in the summer and just as cold in the winter.We had several people come out to quote us on Windows and then Tom came out (the cute kid in the commercials). He was extremely knowledgeable. He offered us no b.s. No calling the office for a better price. Just the truth. It wasnt cheap! We didnt want the least expensive window and he didnt try talking us into the most expensive window either!They showed up the same week as expected (that alone shocked us -- if youve ever done home improvements you know how rare that is!). His crew was fabulous. Ron was the big guy on campus and really knew his stuff and we had a difficult issue with two of the Windows. In his fabulous take no prisoners way, we came to a meeting of the minds that made both of us happy! (Hell, I was thrilled when I heard the vacuum cleaner on!). He wouldnt leave until I was 100% question free and just as happy. Their attitudes alone kept a very crummy process pain free and he didnt know that I was nursing a migraine the whole time... Although he did throw me out of the living room cause it was going to get noisy and he thought I didnt look quite well! That thick Brooklyn accent was very reassuring. I just felt like it was okay to lay Dow. He had everything covered.Well, its been a few weeks now and Im still looking at my new Windows in awe. They are absolutely wonderful! For the first time in my life, Im actually opening them to the lock, comfortable in the knowledge that Im still safe in my house and the breeze is happiness!Anyone who knows me knows that Im a bit of a perfectionist. The minute I order eggs Benedict at a restaurant, they all look down, cause they know if that sauce breaks its going back, as often as it needs too! So imagine how Id be, and am, about something as important as my Windows!! Id recommend Beach Windows to anybody and everybody thats looking for a good deal at a good price with good people behind it! Now were looking into siding... Then Ill have to find a new house to have another reason to get them out here! I really love this company, even their office personnel treat you with respect, humor and move quickly. I better stop.... Im known for writing books! Just know Id recommend them to my child as well as my father and thats really saying something!

We had 22 windows replaced and from beginning (in the showroom) to the end, the experience was 5 star excellent. Every person we have worked with or talked to has been super friendly and professional and we are extremely happy with our end product. Tom and his crew did an amazing job getting all HUGE windows in place in just 1 & 1/2 days. Only found one flaw and one wrong size and they were re-ordered immediately and replaced within two weeks time. We can already feel the difference. Thank you all for your excellence. I had several quotes from different window companies and decided to go with Beach Windows & Siding. They were very courteous and efficient and made the whole process very easy. We are very satisfied with our windows and the workmanship. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Terrible experience. Caused expensive damage to my house in more than one place while replacing the siding. For instance, one area of damage was a cut coolant line to my air conditioner. The coolant had recently been topped off, so when the big cut was done a large amount of coolant would have rushed out under pressure. Unmistakable damage. Rather than stopping and fixing the problem, the high pressure line was patched with duct tape then covered with plywood and siding. I discovered months later that the AC didnt work. It took two days to fix it. One day to have the AC people tell me the problem was with the coolant line. A second day to have the siding people pull the siding off so the AC people could repair the leak. Beach Siding did pay the cost of the AC repair but not my two days of wasted time. No apology, no call from the company, no explanation.

They were awesome from start to finish on selecting our windows through installation. The product is wonderful and the staff is so friendly. Id highly recommend them!

From the initial in home estimate to the installation, the experience was professional and very genuine. The installers in home were courteous, cleaned up after the work was done and called to make sure we were satisfied. Fair prices and a superior product.

Worse experience I ever had with so called professional roofers, Beach Windows and Siding. I will never referral them nor will I do business with them as long as I own my house. I signed a contract with them the first week of June and paid them in full to have my roof done in four weeks, boy was that a big mistake on my part. I had them come out and give me a quote to replace my whole roof and the price wasn’t the cheapest or highest. I decided to go with them after doing some research and plus they did some work for me in the previous years on a couple of my windows. I had not heard from them until I reached out and called them in the beginning of August. They were running behind schedule and did not know how to tell me since I had already paid them in full. I was told that they were scared I would have canceled my contract with them. That is the excuse they gave me. They finally gave me the first date that the roofers will be able to start, only after I went to their office and spoke to the manager on duty. The first date of the install they gave me, no one showed or called, the second date it rained and no one showed up. I decided to go to the office only to find out they were not coming. I was told that I needed to reschedule and talk to the manager on duty, the third date they showed up three hours late. On this day I was told the shingles I ordered were not the color they were going to installed and a manger will be here later on to explain why. As the roofers wrapped up, I pointed out sever problems to the manager and he could not explain to me why they were only doing the primary house when the materials to do the whole house was order. Having only half my roof was done. At this time I went to their office and talked to the owner, sales rep, and nothing came out of that but an investigation. After they did their so call investigation and noticed the problem to be on their side, I received no apology, explanation and had to take another day off so they could finish something they could have done weeks ago. To make matters worse the sales rep and manger tried to make me pay an additional $1,500.00 for their mistake. Luckily I kept a copy of the contract which they claim to have lost and emails which they say they forgot about it. Here we are at the end of August and I just got my whole roof done with the wrong color, four days out of work, and an additional $ 200.00 for unseen problems that I had to pay. All in all I have a bad taste in my mouth for Beach Windows and Siding as professional roofers, and I just pray I don’t have any leaks and they have to come validate their lifetime warranty program.

We had Beach Windows replace 16 old wood windows and storm windows with Okna Insultec windows. Theyre great. The installation of the windows themselves was faster than we thought and not disruptive to the interior of the house at all. Overall, the work was done fairly quickly, but it took parts of 4 days instead of 2 full days. We were not inconvenienced, and the work looks great. Beach helped us with an idea for some old wood trim below our windows with siding that came out looking really good to match to the trim around the new windows. They were thorough and cooperative and helpful in every way. I highly recommend Beach Windows.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. We had some siding blown off in a storm last year and had beach windows and siding redo the siding on one side of our house and paid them I think $3000-4000. Fast forward a month or 2 after install and we notice mold on one of our inside floor boards. Not knowing what the cause was, we contacted our insurance, beach windows and siding, and a mold remediation company. The owner (Thomas?) came out at the same time as the mold guy and they decided together that it was like water seeping in through our foundation, and we needed a French drain, which if that was the case, wouldnt be covered by insurance (mind you, they are not landscaping or foundation experts). We had 2 foundation companies come out and say that our foundation was fine, but a French drain would be good to stop the water coming in. Our insurance adjuster still wasnt convinced but let us know if that indeed was the issue, insurance couldnt cover it. After a day or 2 of the wall being open, we realized the water was leaking from higher up, so it definitely wasnt groundwater, and determined that it leaked more when our master bath sink was running for a while. Working with insurance, we called American leak detection and they put a camera into the pipe to find the leak and found a nail coming in straight from the outside. We contacted the owner of beach windows again and let him know when our plumber was coming. After all that talk about how he wanted us to keep him updated and let him know what he could do, he ghosted us. We werent going to delay the plumber, so the plumber came fit a new drain. We let the owner again know what was going on with no response. We continued working with our insurance, and had to get a huge chunk of the wall and ceiling cut out, new trim pieces, new base board, new paint, ceiling had to be redone twice because of the design that was originally there. Luckily our insurance covered this with about $1000 out of pocket from us. They told us they would file a subrogation with beach windows and we would be able to get our deductible and plumbing cost back. Fast forward to now (almost a year later) and they had to send a head hunter just to get beach windows to contact them back. Apparently in the contract we signed, they said if they damage our house in the process of installing siding, they are not liable for damages, even though they have a double lifetime warranty which was half the reason we chose them. Dont waste your money with them, because if they mess up your house, youll be out even more money than you had planned. Shady, shady ownership and I will make sure I let EVERYONE I know not to use beach windows and siding. I am completely blown away by this. Not to mention they destroyed our yard during installation because they did it after rain, didnt lay anything down to walk on and had the entire crew walking the same path for the entire install--its STILL a trough to this day and we are considering installing a French drain just to fix that. Incredibly AWFUL. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THEM AS YOU CAN.Edit: their response below is more proof that they are shady. That was not even the name of our insurance adjuster. Even the company our insurance company used for the subrogation said that the reason it took so long was because beach windows was not returning their correspondence and they had to send a head hunter out to even get the information about the contract. He was NOT in contact with them the whole time. He claims they did not ghost us, but when they say to keep them updated and he wanted to come out and see the nail in the pipe, and claimed he wanted to do what he could to help, then just stops responding altogether, thats ghosting. Beware of this company, because his response to my review is that its ok his company did $5000 in damages to my house because the contract cleared him of it.

1.0 star rating 6/3/2019 Updated reviewThis is an update from my prior review, so my husband went to pick up the window replacement in Norfolk from Alside and brought it home to install it, its not the right window, so my husband called and spoke to Vanessa today again and she was supposed to call back and never did as usual so its now Monday night, and we have to call again, like I said this has been going on for 6 months just to get a window replacement for my living room that I cant clearly see out of, we are beyond anger and hope to get this resolved soon or we will have to find legal advice, this is just unbelievable, we have worked with many companies but none as negligent as this one, we will be calling the head manager the CEO or anybody at the top who will listen, we just want our window replaced, my good friend had her windows replaced the same time as I did with another company and every time she has called they have it installed within two weeks with no problem, I am so disappointed in this company to say the least, how do you send your employee to measure a window once and get the wrong size, but twice and get the wrong window again? My wife and I are refurbishing a 100 year old home and decided to add replacement windows. Our experience with Beach Window and Siding was excellant and we are 100% satisfied with our windows. There was a problem with a couple of the windows not fitting on the first delivery and these folks went to bat, obtained the correct windows for us, and had them installed at no additional cost to us. You may be able to find a cheaper replacement window but it will not be of this quality. For those of you refurbishing an older home we have found that by saving all of the original trim, adding replacement windows does not diminish the historic appearance of our home. I have no trouble recommending this company to anyone looking for a quality replacement window at a competative cost.

My husband has been traveling with his work for a majority of the past year. Our rental property really needed new columns, the old wooded ones were rotted at the top and bottom. I wanted to hire a reliable company that did not rely on high pressure sales since I was the one handling the project myself. Of all of the companies I spoke to, Beach Windows and Siding was the only company that I trusted. They ended up replacing the 4 front porch columns but when the installing team was at the house, they had mentioned that my gutters we falling in a few places (we have heavy pines trees surrounding our home). I told them I had not budgeted for the gutters and that would be another project for another time. The lead installer said dont you worry about a thing and tacked up the gutters in the few places and cleaned out the debris!!! I didnt not expect the extra help although it was much appreciated! I will be hiring Beach Windows and Siding again for my next project!

I contacted Beach Windows for an estimate in Jan 2015. I was searching for replacement windows and Beach was 1 of 4 contractors I selected. Beach Windows was not the cheapest but when investing in replacement windows, you dont want to go cheap. The brand window Okna had good stats. Beach Windows also had a show room which we visited. I chose Beach Windows because of the quality of the window offered, the price was reasonable, and no sub contractors. I was replacing 20+ windows on a 25 year old brick ranch. Beach Windows scheduled a time to come out and measure the windows. The person arrived on time. Beach Windows kept me informed by email on an estimated arrival date for the windows. When the windows arrived, a date and time was set up for the install. The weather cooperated, and Beach Windows crew arrived within the window for the appointment. The 3 man crews introduced themselves to me, were very polite and worked without a break to install the windows. The crew removed the old windows, all debris from the old and new was removed, and even cleaned the new windows. It was all done in one day. A week latter there was a minor issue with a window in the master bath. I called Beach Windows who tried to talk me thru the adjustment process. I didnt have the arm strength. Beach Windows sent a person to my house the next day. The adjustment took 5 minutes. I really appreciated the fast service. I have had these replacement windows since April 2015 and couldnt be happier. The windows have improved the appearance of my house, function as promised, and are so easy to clean. Beach Window is a first rate company.

Then in the evening before the day of the install, they called to cancel and re-schedule AGAIN! They called me after hours when their office closes at 5 and no one will answer the office phone. Perfect weather, no rain.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, and INCONSIDERATE. If its this bad just getting them to show up, I can only imagine how bad it will be if I have to call for warranty repairs?!We have taken the day off of work to be home for them.Weve made arrangements to have the children away to be safe.Moved furniture and covered the floors for protection...BUT THEY WILL NOT BE HERE IN THE MORNING!!!??NO one will even call back or answer the phone?!Take your time and shop around, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH BEACH

Dont know how to install windows the right way. You dont put scews in the header of the windows. They have been leaking and causing water damage

Window was wrong size and color, and was put in croocked.Tankfully i only had 2 windows put in and not my whole house as i originally planed.
