This is a great store with great customer service!

The young lady at this particular business was exceptional. Took my daughters violin in to be tuned and she taught us alot. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and beyond beautiful and kind.

This place is fabulous they had listed several different places but this place answered all my questions to the fullest they were professional courteous and very helpful over the phone I spoke to Natasha and I spoke to Karlin and both of them were very very helpful. When I finally went to the store to retrieve the instrument they were both there and they were both very helpful and very professional. Best place to get instruments from.

The entire staff was so helpful and nice. They solved my issues like professionals. Thanks to manager Carlyn and her associate, didnt get her name. They deserve all 5 stars!

I’ve taken lessons here for years and the staff has always been really friendly and helpful. I’ve had several teachers and have loved all of them. I used to go to ego music first but felt like I wasn’t progressing. I ended up leaving to go there and I’m much happier!!! Thanks music and arts

Best place to shop for instruments, sheet music, and lessons! Great staff and always super knowledgeable. Their string repair shop is also superb!

My granddaughter has taken trumpet lessons for the past few years. LOVES Larry and has learned a lot! Does not want to give it up....

DO NOT SHOP HERE! The customer service is awful, they were rude and snotty. They even cursed in front of younger children. I walked in with a couple of my buddies just to play the guitar for a few to kill some time and one of the guys that works here implied that we didnt belong there. Awful service. Awful store. I will never go back.

They dont know anything about instruments, and the people who were in there didnt seem like they wanted to help me with anything. :(
