I dont think Ive ever been disappointed here. Everyones so kind and helpful with my shopping experience. If they ever run our of a fragrance then Ill just look for it online but other than than the customer service and amount of work that they put into my shopping experience is more than enough to keep me happy.

So disappointed. I get coupons, and the one for a free product only covers up to $15. Most of the full size stuff starts at $15.50. No, you cant pay the rest. Also, brand new scent advertised everywhere, but none in stock. The 3 stars are for the employees...they were really nice, and apologetic about lack of stock

It was great they have really good candles and soaps! I shopped for a hour it was awesome. I got a dino hand sanitizer that makes noise.

I dont go here often because its in Fresno and I live in Reedley...but I am always IN HEAVEN when I come to Bath & Body Works. The staff is always nice and helpful, theres many workers on each shift, so theres always someone to help you if needed. I love the candles, and their new aromatherapy lotions, soaps, scrubs, etc are AMAZING!!! Ive always loved the more natural scents (ie- lavender, eucalyptus, patchouli, rose, and etc) so I was VERY HAPPY to have those scents in their high quality lotions.There was also a few deals, buy 3 (of selected items) and get 2 free OR buy 2 (of selected items) and get 1 free. Lets just say I walked out with a few bags full of goodies 👍😍I HIGHLY SUGGEST ANY WOMAN TO GET HER LOTIONS, CANDLES, AND PERFUME HERE!! AND I HIGHLY SUGGEST ANY MAN TO GET THEIR WOMAN SOME SUPPLIES FROM BATH & BODY WORKS!!I WOULD GIVE MORE STARS IF I WAS ABLE TO...

There is no direct instruction as to a line. I was half way through the store before an attendant told me there was a line. No one stopped me from entering. And store was practically empty, line exceedingly long.

Not even worth ONE star. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever! I think the girls name is “Deedee” or something like that but I had a package delivered there and she sent it back because apparently they don’t pick up “customer orders”. If that wasn’t even an option why is it even am option to the website. On top of that, my order was supposed to be curbside pick up and they made it shipped to the store and they still charge me for the shipping and handling. Luckily I got my money back for that. when I called back to ask them where my order was, the staff was very rude and didn’t care. It’s been three weeks now and I still haven’t received my package it’s nowhere to be found. I will never ever order online from them again that was just terrible!!!

Rudest staff Ive run across. We walked passed a few staff just talking amongst themselves and did not get the usual greeting. Yes, I opened drawers that I probably shouldnt have but I was looking for a specific hand sanitizer and I didnt touch anything when I opened them. I finally gave up and TRIED to ask if they had the scent... as I was walking up, I heard one worker tell another that I had opened the drawers, not sure why she didnt say something to me if it was a crime! I tried to ask if they had a certain scent, I was cut off before I could finish my sentence and told, anything we have is on display, not in the drawers and the BOTH staff walked away as I was trying to explain myself... obviously no time for THIS customer! I am very disappointed!

Candle craze is today and I was curious how this works. I went to the mall before 7am because it says BBW opens at 7 (the mall itself opens 9am) and lo and behold, the line was already long. Everyone was civilized (no trampling or angry people fighting over candles lol) I got in and out in 20 mins tops. The line to pay will be long so grab what you want and go in line to pay. Cashiers were very efficient, helpful and courteous. Love this store! Will definitely plan out for next years candle craze.

The products are great but I had a bad experience with an associate. I was followed around the whole store being pressured to observing the items she felt I would be interested. A greeting is fine, leave it at that.

Saw an advertisement on Facebook one day sale $2.95 all hand soaps. Went in and apparently they only honor it to customers who received the email with the barcode. First of all the advertisement never mentioned that a barcode is required!!! And when I mentioned another sale post for the next day for $2.95 all lotions. Sale clerk didnt know what was going on. Didnt bother to sign up my email with my purchase. Bad customer service. False advertising.

My wife loves the body spray.

Its the semi annual sale, but even with the busyness that brings, everyone who works there was anxious to help and was very cheerful. Great selection, too.
