Very clean, staff friendly and helpful as always. They even gave me the sale price for Hempz lotion that was not due to start until the May 1st.That is true customer service.Kudos 👍

Was not acknowledged when I came in. I was not in there long but would be nice to welcome everyone who walks into the store. There was only one other customer in there before me so the girl was not too busy to say “hello” or “I’ll be with you” (that would take 2 seconds away from what she was busy doing). The 1st employee who was working today as I walked in 07/31/19 was a blonde(didn’t catch her name). Luckily after waiting a while by the register (still no acknowledgement from the 1st employee) I was helped by another employee she was a brunette)who came back from her lunch because even by me standing next to the register didn’t catch the 1st employees attention. Maybe she just isn’t trained well enough in customer service yet? I’ll give the store credit because they had what I came for. I do prefer the store in Bakersfield. All the stars earned are thanks to the 2nd employee who helped me, she was great!
