I dropped my car off for an airbag recall. They replaced both driver and passenger side airbags. When I got my car back the dashboard was cracked in 3 places. I brought it to the service manager Alex Caicedo and was told that his service technician wouldnt have done it and refused any further help. I was stuck with a broken dash. Also I was provided a multi point inspection report that stated that my tires had abnormal ware patterns and could be corrected for 99.95. must note.... My tires were brand new with about 10 miles on them. I would never have anything done at this location ever again. They are dishonest and in ethical.

I have always been satisfied with the customer service and service repair technicians and their attention to the needs of my vehicle. This past experience involved more than what I had expected, however, the work was needed due to the age and mileage on my vehicle. I respect the honesty and concerns Nissan provides and I trust their knowledge and expertise. Overall, I was very happy that Nissan offered two types of financing, which financially, helped out tremendously with payment to the work on my car. Purchasing a vehicle here was great, what ruined it was letting them service my vehicle. If Gracie is in charge of your work order, good luck! She never calls you back! I received emails regarding a special order I knew nothing about, called and was told about a recall and that Gracie would call me back regarding the part, never got that call, I called 2 weeks later to no answers 🤷🏻‍♀️ Will get my breaks and other work done else where.

I was notified that it was time to service my Nissan Leaf, but when I brought it in, there wasn’t a Leaf technician to do a proper diagnostic. The 12 volt battery was dead when I tried to go to work last Friday. A tech wasn’t available till Tuesday. I believe that the Gropetti dealerships do not take electric cars seriously. I’m looking at getting a Tesla early next year.

Mr. Amado was very professional. It felt like once we bought the car they stopped caring. We had some issues with the new vehicle and we never got any follow-up calls. Amado offered some services he never provided. Its sad that it feels like they wash their hands of you once you buy the car.

Ive bought 5 vehicles in the last 10 years from this dealership.Was a happy and loyal customer for over a decade till today.I could reflect on a list of horrible experiences but the last-straw experience is what influences my opinion and this review the most.I was insulted and called a liar by a manager!Only for asking how much more of my time they needed from me. I didnt agree to being stranded there all day.If I can help it, I will never do business with any of these people again.EVER!

Very bad experience! I would not be doing any business with them again! They said that they had a car and schedule an appointment. We drove for an hour and find out they didnt have it. We stressed that we lived far away and didnt want a certain color. From there was little information. They gave us the paper work for a loan with a VIN number. At the bank we are informed that the vehicle we want is not the one in the paper. I had to call them to fix it. Next day, i see paper work with different VIN numbers. Called them to find the correct VIN. We drive again there so we are sure we dont get the wrong vehicle. And that they fix it with the bank. When we thought we were done, the bank tells us that they used a different MSRP, so we have to pay the difference. We get information from the bank not them. If you are going to buy anything from them, leave the moment they say: we are very sorry for the mistake. We would had preferred honesty not finding out things little by little.

Front collision light and traction control light turned on while driving. No car in front of me. Car braked on its own and would not move. Almost hot hit by a car with my children inside. Made an appointment for a Thursday morning drop off. Car had to stay over weekend because they were busy. Didnt even get to look at my car until the following Monday. I never would get updated, I would have to call to get status update for them just to tell me its still waiting to be looked at

Brought my car in for a safety airbag recall. Nissan headquarters shouldve paid for a rental for its customers for people who live at least 30 min away! I had a hard time finding a ride to drop off/pick up my car. They did offer to get it towed to and from the dealership but could result not having my car for 2 days which wouldnt work for me because I work! Makes me think twice about buying another Nissan as it seems they dont really take care of their customers.The dealership was good though. This was my experience.

We had the most amazing experience. We went in with an idea of what we wanted, and we were shown a fully loaded 2020 Nissan Rogue, with everything we could possibly want. Mario was a great salesman, he gave us all the information we needed, but let us test drive the car twice to discuss everything, and we just couldn’t say no! Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable, the ladies in the finance department made sure to break down everything and explain each option to us to protect our vehicle. I’ve leased a vehicle before, and the experience I had with the Groppetti Automotive Family was far superior. I left feeling like family, not just another sale. Came in for an oil change and tire rotation 15 mins prior to my appointment waited at least 30mins just to check my car in. Went to waiting room an hour and half goes by and I get told sorry one of our techs had a personal family issue to attend to but we’ll get on it. Waited another hour to get my car serviced so a total of 2hours and about 40 mins for an OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION.... that’s crazy most likely will find another place to get my service done.

The work on my vehicle was above average, my complaint is with the service advisors when scheduling the work to be done. I called and asked when they could do an oil change and tire rotation, was told that they had an 1:00pm available and work would take 1 hour. When I arrived at 12:45pm and was immediately checking at 12:51 and again was told work would be completed in 1 hour. At 2:15 asked if my car was done and was then told they were backed up and it would be another hour before car would be done. Had to call and move other appointments due to service techs not be open and honest about when work would be completed. Cannot trust them to deliver when promised.

Went in for airbag recall. People were nice, but now my car isnt working like it was before. My car us older, but everything worked. Now after the work they did, I am having problems with my electronic drivers seat and the car doesnt start up right away like it used to. Called the dealership and left a voice mail, but NEVER received a call back. Feel very disillusioned with this place. Was going to buy my daughters car here, but after this, I will take my business elsewhere.

I had a recall and an oil change. It took a few hours which I didn’t mind. I was ready to wait. But no one came to me to let me know what my car needed/recommendations. I would have said yes to most of them and definitely made an appointment for things i couldn’t do that day. I noticed on my printout all the “recommendations” stated “DECLINED”. The recall wasn’t not noted as completed on my final paperwork. I called back and the service advisor stated that it was completed but not noted on the paperwork due to Nissan being closed that Friday. A bit disappointed. On the plus side I liked how I was able to Make an appt on my only day off.

My girlfriend has been unsatisfied with her previous car ever since she got it, so when her lease was up, I recommended we go to Groppetti Automotive. She looked through the cars, and found the Nissan Rogue- so we went down and Jared Groppetti and Mario Ruelas had a fully equipped Nissan Rogue SL in candy apple red waiting, sanitized, clean, and ready for us. It was everything she wanted and more. Mario made sure to show us the car, and let us test drive it twice, and got her the deal she wanted. Everyone was great, personable, knowledgeable, and no one pressured her into anything. Before I knew it we were driving off the lot in a car she never thought she could have. Where to begin 🤔...The supervisor at Nissan named Alex works for the service department, he has a terrible attitude and also discriminated me when it comes to my Medical Condition he had to assist me outside due to not wearing a mask even though it is not a Law and therefore educated him on the law and tried to show him my Doctors note that exempts me from wearing one legally speaking I am and others that suffer from Conditions like these are protected by other laws. I had the deal service 69.95 for synthetic oil change and multi point inspection and car wash, only got the out change and not the car wash. I drive like an hour for this to be done right and one light that was out was not fish or even look at it. I ended buying the light and will have someone else fix it

Not good at all I bought a brand new altima after 1 week engine light came on took it in the service had car for 1 week then said it was done went to pick it up then in 1 day the light came back on took it back then they had it for 2 weeks until they figured it out they had my brand new car for a total of 3 weeks in the first month I had my brand new car I dont think they should of had it that long for a Crack seal thats what they said what was wrong with it

Horrible! Do not take your car in to get serviced hear unless you want to spend thousands of dollars. I had been taking my Nissan Sentra for years because I thought they would solve my issues better since they deal with NISSANS! Boy was I wrong. They ended up giving me the round saying it’s a sensor, then light turns on again oh it’s the throttle body now. Light turns on again oh it’s another sensor or it could be this! Oh it’s the computer now we are 98.9% sure. Mind you the light would turn on every three months showing the same symptoms since the very beginning. In a year and a half I spent over $6,000 here when in reality in turned out it was the transmission the whole entire time!!!!! Ugh I’m so frustrated. Now they are trying to charge me another $5,000 to change the transmission!!!! This is a 2016 Nissan Sentra I’ve spent more money fixing this car than what’s it’s even worth! All thanks to crooks like Nissan!

Took car in for service and butler shine. I waited 4 hrs. Service manager told me about 3 hrs. Then when it was done he misplaced my keys. While he was looking for them I found them right on his desk. Also my paperwork stated tire check good all tires at 35 psi and yet my in cab monitor showed over inflated tire pressure 42,41,38, 37. That makes me wonder if they even changed the oil. For all I know they could of just wiped the oil filter down and sticker the mileage on the windshield oh by the way they didn’t Even do that either. As far as butler shine I had asked the service manager if some certain scratches could be buffed out he said no problem. They didn’t even try to. I didn’t have time to express my displeasure cause I was running later for another obligation.

We assumed that they would clean the aftermarket mats as part of their premium cleaning. They did not. We asked them to clean the trunk out. They did not. I had a low tire that I didnt mention but its obvious that they did not get checked or refilled because it was well below the cold fill threshold when I checked after service and I checked since it was on their report. That has me questioning all of the other checks on the report I received. We asked them to charge the car after the service (Its electric). They did not. I was assured that they would be thorough and address everything I asked when I asked them to clean the trunk and charge the car. They were not. Im actually curious if all they did was clean the outside of the car and apply the auto-butler treatment and that was all. I have to come back because that part of service is under contract. I will not be coming to them for any other service needs.

I always get asked why do I get my car serviced at Nissan Of Visalia when I can have someone i know change my oil. My answer is, For one the customer serivice I receive from Eddie and other employees is outstanding. They are always very polite and willing to help me with anything. With saying that, when it comes to getting my car serviced Eddie is the gentlemen, who always goes up and beyond for my family and i. I will say i have had a bad experience by realizing the service person was nothing like Eddie. The gentlemen was rude and rushing just to make money. I was so bummed that making my next service appointment i made sure it was with Eddie from that point on. He truly loves his job. So thank you Eddie and thank you to the techs you guys are amazing.
