Great. The staff there are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about what theyre doing. The store is pretty clean and they seem to wipe down surfaces quite a bit. Overall I like the store and will continue going there.10/10 Would recommend

Love this little Metro store. I only go when the mgr. Is in. She is the Bomb. Always takes care of us. She makes talking to main headquarters so much better it cant be fairly compared. Main headquarters is a pain in the butt. Plus several times they have done something so underhanded we almost changed services.However the Mgr. at our little Metro store on Ben Maddox not only fixed each problem she made then compensate us. Now that is how a store should be run. Better treat her well because if she leaves and you pull a number on us again we will change companies. No Joke!

Said close at 6 n I was there 15 min B4 n the guy was n there jacking off disappointed I switched to Verizon 4 lines for 220 high speed n all unlimited hotspot

Went at 5:40 closed.next time same girl I was going to buy 2 phones girl was to busy bullshiting for 20 min. to help me so I left. Will never go to that store again. Dont go to the Benmadox store.

Not too good anymore. Thinking about changing companies. But no at&t or sprint. Phones are not what they used to be.
