Don’t want to help long time customers….. sprint or T-Mobile? who knows people in here are rude and insensitive the guy behind the counter didn’t even wanna try to help with my service issues will definitely be switching to Verizon tried to give them multiple chances get out while you can…
Worst customer service ever. Had no answers. All the employees were just sitting on their phones the whole time. Acted like we were an inconvenience when we were just in there upgrade our phones and add a new line. We walked out and the main sales guy wanted to point at us as we were driving out. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
Full of lies to get you to switch. I was promised cash rewards by store Mgr Client and NEVER received them. I signed up for insurance but once it came time to use it, I was told I never accepted the option. My monthly bill started at one price and few months later it gradually started ticking upward. Now it’s $65 more than I originally signed up for and for what the coverage sucks. I get drop calls and/or no coverage. I’m going back to AT&T asap!
This is a fantastic T-Mobile store. The employees are very knowledgeable, friendly and eager to assist in any way possible. I couldn’t of asked for a better experience.
Thanks to Jesse, for his very friendly and helpful customer service. He helped my husband switch from AT&T and handled all the details for the buy back deal. Clean facility and the other employee who was there helping from TMobile offered help with additional questions. Will definitely come back here for Jesse’s help again!
This store is extremely helpful and always takes care of all my needs. The store manager Clint and his team are great!
Thank you for the good service. I appreciate it.
Done being a sprint customer! Terrible!
Edit: Went in to upgrade some phones, and Daniel was amazing! He really helped my mom and I with our needs and stuck around for so long to get us both taken care of. I highly recommend going to him!David was really helpful. He answered all my questions and resolved the query for which I came into the store. Really nice experience!
This is where I purchase my phones. They are honest and knowledgeable plus friendly. I highly recommend this Sprint store.
They are the best in business right now they have great deals on plans and stuff and everything so if you need anything i would switch and recommend sprint.
Sprint is great because they have unlimited data. A lot of people dont know you still get to roam for free on Verizon cellular network making it better than Verizon for half the price. This store is OK, I came in here a couple times and got prompt service.
They have great deals and the workers are cute Af 🤪💀
Always a good experience here. Esteban is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products.
Nice service. Upgraded and my purchases were good.
Took 20 mins just to explain was going to have to wait even longer. Little concern for customers in store. Nothing but excuses.
Went to this location today with my mother in-law to get a new phone. It took 2hrs. Other then that it was ok.They did give good service and free waters while we waited, and had adequate seating.
Service a little understaffed. Overall, still a really good personal 1-on-1 experience, helped me feel understood. No hesitation in trying to help problem solve.
The customer service was great. They answered all our questions and even gave us bottled water.
The worst customer care ive probably experienced in a long time, it seems as if the employees are too busy entertaining themselves to give a care about any customers. Also the WORST care Ive ever got over the phone, how the heck can you put a potential customer on hold for over fifteen minutes...just ridiculous. A definite two thumbs down to this sprint store.
Assistant Manager Tonya was very rude they need better customer service. I left this place to go to the Tulare one, its way better btw. So I’m glad I left that place cause I had excellent customer service in Tulare.
I just upgraded my Samsung phone to the new Galaxy Note 8. I was the new managers first customer. 😊 While he was getting me all set up, the Samsung rep gave me a quick rundown of all the bells and whistles. 😊 Couldnt be any happier with the service I received. Big thumbs up to all the staff.
Austin made my visit worthwhile and enjoyable. They always have promotions going on when they are releasing a new phone so I would wait til one of these promotions before buying a phone. When I pre-ordered my LG G6 they also gave me a Google Home speaker and 49 inch LGTV for free.
Excellent service, people working here are really nice and they wll explain and help you get the better deals
Ive been a Sprint customer for the past two years plus some and I can honestly say I have been very happy with my experience there. The staff is always very helpful and knowledgable and always has the answers to my questions. From the first theyve always worked out ways for me to get what I wanted when I went in there looking for a new phone, including payment plans low down payments and reasonable bills considering the phone I have and the plan I have, which is a HTC M8 and my plan is unlimited data, talk and text and I pay approx. $75. / month. I am able to put any in-app purchases while playing my games on my bill and it keeps men at a limit and wont let me go over which I appreciate. I havent had a bad experience with Sprint yet.I plan to stay with Sprint for a while longer.
Horrible customer service!!! Waited 20 minutes for them to tell me. They had employees in the back checking inventory in. One person working the front at noon!! 3 people waiting. If you want bad service and to wait a long time go there. Plain horrible.
Worst customer service I have ever witnessed! Refused to help with the note 7 recall! Employees just stood there, told us to use their phone to call customer service and watched us as nothing happened. For being a corporate store they do nothing! Due to their horrible service, we are no longer with sprint and reuse to go back! Happy to know we will never have to deal with them again! But if anyone is looking for a job you should definitely work at sprint, apparently they pay their employees to do absolutely nothing, has to be the easiest job!
Very rude manager. Go to a different store. This manager should be fired. You get what you pay for.
When in the store was imitiatly help with a smile . And left a happy camper because I had my phone not working and thought I wasnt going to have to send my phone out and wait for a new one but Ashley was happy to help me and was able to resolve the problem I had with my phone .
Very helpful and knowledgeable.....they helped me save money and still fit my needs
This is by far the most knowledgeable and the most friendly store. I have been with Sprint since 2003 and Im happy with their service and pricing. I went in for a phone swap and the manager was working OT to assist with the influx of customers. I was greeted the minute I walked in the door, and she asked for my name to put on the waiting list. I was informed that the wait was approximately 30 minutes (which was perfectly fine with me). She patiently assisted other customers and when it came to my turn, she was very professional and courteous. She even had the LTE sim card needed for my Galaxy (since Im upgrading my dads phone from an iPhone 5 and the old sim is not compatible). She also took the time to port the pics and files over from the iPhone to the Galaxy... Overall, very impressed with her skills and professionalism... A++++
Really cool and helpful staff. Usually have great specials.
Been a sprint customer since 2004, horrible service. I called to ask if they have an iPhone 7+ because i am 45 minutes away from the store. The lady said not sure and if i could hold she will check the back or just drive there anyways. 35 mins later, 2 shoppings done to include an apple watch 2, but still no answer and still on hold. I finally called again and spoke to another lady and she said out of stock. What a bunch off bull. Im willing to pay full price for the 7+ sprint but thanks for ignoring your loyal customer.
Most helpful with all of my technical problems. Great customer service.
My husband and I have been with your company for about 6 years. My Issues start with you over 4 months ago When my husband was getting ready to deploy and you people wouldnt listen to anything he had to say obviously. My husband called you 4 times in the 3 months before he left, talked with 4 different people tell them they day he left asking them each and every time, Do you have down when Im leaving and when my phone needs to be turned off and suspended? Is my bill going to be $45 a month, and Make sure you have my wife down as primary while Im gone she can do anything with the account (i have the power of attorney also) 4 times he called and 4 times he was told yes you are all set to go. Well of course 1st month bill comes in its the same and I think ok they just need a month to smooth the bill out. Next month the bill comes in and I see nothing has changed so I call sprint. I tell them that we are still getting charged, I end up arguing with the rep for 20 mins about weather or not I owe the bill and why they still have not turned my husbands phone off. She then proceeds to tell me that on 1 of the calls my husband got disconnected from the call when they were almost done. Since my husband did not call back that day they could not turn off the phone…. I ask her why since he called multiple times. She could not answer my question. So I tell her turn it off please and please fix my bill. She tried to tell me that I still owed more then the $45, but I argued with her for a while longer because she sees that they are the ones making the mistake so finally get get it down to $45.Next bill comes (3 months total my husband has already been gone) and The same issue. I went through the same issues as before this time with someone who really didnt want to help me. I got pretty upset at this point and told them I would be CX since I was no longer under contract. I finally get a Manager on the phone they fix it and they FINALLY turn my husbands line off.Fast forward a month my phone is really old so I am due for a new one but i wanted to wait just a little longer but i needed a battery I go into the store in visalia ca and the guy doesnt even get up from his seat, he looks at me and says we dont sale batteries for phones…. ok but can you at least offer to order me one or tell me where i can find one for the phone I got from you guys?!? I ordered a battery from amazon found out it was my phone not the battery so I go in yesterday ready to spend $400 on a new s7. Call the store before I get the (Hanford Ca) and was told they had them in stock, Drive down and wait 15 mins while the one employee helps the person in front of me, when shes done all of a sudden 4 more employees walk in from the back?!? I get to talking with her tell her i called in and was here to buy the phone, She looks up our account says ok yea we can do that but its going to be $15 more a month, I tell her thats ok Im willing to go up just a little bit, she then finally tells me they have no phones in stock…(ok but i was told there was phones) and that they can hold one for me when it comes in . I say ok and leave, I cal Visalia Ca store and they tell me they have some in stock, I drive a half hr to the store and walk in the guy looks up our account and tell me I cant buy a phone until Im on the account… How is it 45 mins before I was on the account and now Im not. I tell him ok but Hanford store said I was on the account I know all the passwords, I have the phone right here, Ive been arguing with them about the bill each month so why would they let me if i were not on the account… He offered no explanation, Then he preceded to tell me it was going to be $25 a month more when Hanford told me $15…. Congratulations Sprint You have done nothing but stress out a family that could really just use some smooth sailing until the man of the house gets back.
Save your sanity and go to tje tulare store
Albert helped me with my new phone and helped me get the right case and screen protector .It wasn’t his sale but he went above and beyond. This location can use more people like him . Thank you Albert !!
Excellent management and customer service!
Love my phone company.
Wouldnt give me free code for Pokemon Go. False advertising. Expect some dude named Corey or something to give you attitude
Great Service by Lizette**
Worst service. They treat people as if your asking for money and unless they get commission, theyre not giving you service
Nice place, nice people.
Excellent customer service
Good service and nice people
Ive been with Sprint since 2002. I have a Note 7 that I purchased from Sprint over the phone. The Sprint Corporate Store in Visalia would not take back or assist. Rude Manager and untrained associates.
This store is surprisingly disappointing. I visited them trying to return my Note 7, their manager told me directly they couldnt help me and had me call customer service in their store. Customer told them they were wrong and to take the return. These people are lazy and unhelpful, its unfortunate.
Staff goes above and beyond.
Stay away they are damn liars. You will agree in store what to pay, and your bill will not be what you agreed too. Stay away!
Manager is very rude I hate that store. I will never go back!!
It was sh%t horrible
Raul was very cutious and professional
Great place

Rude skipped me in line, and wouldnt listen
Good people!

Will be switching to sprint as soon as contract is up
Long wait times.

💩💩💩💩💩
The attention is not good I am Hispanic when I make payment and I am only in the «line» I am not attended by the person who is to serve clients, and an American arrives and reaches him at the entrance door and leaves me for after two or three more people, I ask please attend me and answer me, «I am busy
They take too long to assist you
