Took 2 hard drives in to be cloned. I knew within 30 seconds of talking to the computer tech I should have taken my hard drives elsewhere for cloning. Well, I threw caution to the wind and left them there to be cloned. I paid $139.98 upfront. Three days later the tech called and the drives were ready to be picked up. One cloned drive wouldnt even boot up. The second cloned drive booted, but was unusable. I didnt go back. Fortunately, my master copy drive, to be cloned FROM, was NOT damaged. So, I considered myself extremely lucky ! I surely didnt want to take chance of taking it all back and having my master copy damaged the second time around.

As a business owner, I can only say that I love going to office Depot! I literally feel like a kid in a candy store with unlimited choices and a grandma that will buy you everything you want. This time while I was there I had the need to speak with the tech department, I already made the purchases that I went to get. I know that they are always available for me, and the prices suit me very well. I asked for guidance at the tech department and wow! Did I get what I needed! if youre in the same situation and need to speak with somebody, I suggest you talk to Curtis find him, track him down, and he will likely be able to answer any and all questions you might have,. Normally I will ask to speak with a manager, when I find an extraordinary employee! But I didnt get a chance to this time. So I hope I hope I hope I hope that the manager gets to read this.and I would also hope that you would find a package of gold stars, Im sure you have them there and put them all next to Curtiss name, put it on his name tag, put it on his locker, put it on his time card and by the way put a little something extra in his paycheck! Hes a keeper! And I will continue 2 tell people about my experience with him and the staff at this store.
