I feel pretty fortunate to have found the only place I will take my tech issues. I feel like they are more than willing to explain things to me in a way that I can understand and are competitively priced for repairs and new gaming systems. I have been a regular customer for several years and see them for all of my computer needs.

Great experience overall. The staff are friendly and attentive. They were able to fix my laptop quickly, having it ready the next day. They even took the time to explain the issues my laptop had on a level that I could understand, as I am not tech savvy. This will definitely be my go to place from now on. Highly recommended.

Everyone has a go-to person or place. TKCS is now my go-to whenever something happens to my computer. They explain what needs to be done and how its gotta happen. They are fair and explain what is going on with your computer. Went in with my computer not working and came out with it Working like nothing happened. Turns out my motherboard was shot and lucky for me they had a MB that was compatible with my system and as a plus it was newer model. Thanks

I dealt with Matt who impressed me with his knowledge and advice. My hard drive crashed and they are in the process of trying to salvage my data and transfer it to a new solid state drive which was ordered today. I have used them in the past and was pleased.

I dont know how these guys arent at the top of the page, I wish they had been because I called all around Visalia looking for some help with a pretty specific problem. I called the top couple of listed google results first and had 0 luck. I took the computer into one place and the guy could not only provide me no assistance but he seemed sort of annoyed I was even there. He ended up doing the same google searches for the problems that I did, and came up with with the same result. Nothing.Somewhere else wanted to charge me a $95/hr(2hr min) just to diagnose my problem. Geez. Luckily they never called me back to schedule the drop off.I happened to be driving by Total Knowledge Computer Services and took my computer in the door and they were the nicest guys right away. I told them the problems I was having and they had the whole entire system built, tested, and running for $65. The best thing was in talking to Matt down there, he seemed to know exactly what was going on right away, didnt seemed overwhelmed by anything. If I had called them first, if their name came up first on Google search, I wouldve been saved a couple days stress of not knowing what the hell I was going to do. I could not recommend these guys enough. 10 stars, should be first and last search result for computer help in Visalia area.

Super cool and nice guys keep you in the loop on how it is going with any repairs on your computer can custom build a computer to what you need/want and won’t push you to build beyond what you would be using the computer for and if a part that would be going into the custom computer is taking longer for them to get than normal they will let you know and discuss other options that are available
