Some of the workers are rude and don’t help until last minute and do a bad job at helping people and would rather act like there doing something at the computer than help people

I would always go to Staples on the busy roads of Mooney and Caldwell to shop for electronics, furniture, and supplies! The store is very tidy and organized! Very spacious! The store is well-stocked, and you can find everything you need! Courteous and helpful employees! Great customer service! 👍

Very poor coustmor service. Lady in copy area shouldnt be there cause she cant even figure out a copy machine & is rude to the coustmors. Spoke to a guy who tried to charge me for their messed up copy that was already paid for. Wanted a better copy or to make a complaint, the guy was lazy & didnt do anything so this is the view they get now. I wont be back & I wont ever recommend anyone to get copys here!

I ordered from them mid March. The tracking showed I would not get my order until April. Fine. I can wait. The delivery service they hired showed up at my house but never dropped my package off. I have cameras and footage to prove this. I called April 6th and the lady told me they were out of stock and that my order was “misplaced and they couldn’t fine it” but that she could send me a replacement of half of my order since that was in stock and it would be here by the 8th. Never shows. I call just now because I order was cancelled again! The new lady Tony tells me they never had this item in stock. So just and FYI. Staples customer service will lie to you to make you happy and get you off the phone. Worst customer service I have had in a long time.

Lots of great office stuff and customer service was good.

The staff is very friendly! Not convenient at all even with the self print stations being available. One of the machine Freezes and was a huge delay, took me about an hour to get one print and one fax. They could use more help in the shipping/printing department.

I had a great experience purchasing a laptop from Staples. They sold me a laptop based on my needs and pointed out the software I would need to accomplish my goals.

I usually use Vista Print online for printing issues, but needed business cards sooner than they could be shipped via an online order. I ordered through Staples online and picked them up today... The back-side of the cards are blank even though I approved a card with both sides printed when I ordered online. Associate Kimberly couldnt have cared less and just shrugged her shoulders when I addressed this upon pick-up.... Didnt even TRY to make it right. I also asked about a $15 credit for spending $50 on my next printing order and she said oh, you dont get that because you paid online... Even though it doesnt stipulate that on the flier. VERY disappointing. Staples just lost a customer.

LeeAnn in Copy & Print Center should get a raise for her hard work. She does not stop. The problem is her assistants are not as competent as she is and this delays all services provided.

Horrible service. First time they and I will never go back. A bunch of idiots working there. I was charged for a service and then find out the next day that they wont be doing what I asked for even though they already charged me.
