Love this store. I went in there wen they had a sale going on. So got a few lipsticks and lipliners. To bad with dis covid19 going on, cant even put sum on.

This review is long overdue!! I made an appointment in March to have my makeup done for my graduation pictures. I was nervous but when I arrived everyone made me feel super comfortable. I had my makeup done by Stephanie. She is so welcoming, nice, and helpful. Throughout the whole process, she explained every single step. She brought me different makeup products to choose from and even recommended certain products based off the weather, outfit, and occasion. She was so patient with me and always kept a smile on her face. Sephora is lucky to have someone so dedicated working here. Due to her service, I will be shopping at this Sephora more often. Thank you!!!

Hard to find someone to help you but they have great products.

Horrible customer service and cashier #0274 was extremely rude. I didnt feel welcome. Wouldnt recommend this place. Worst ever. If I was able to give a no star, I would.

Evette was amazing. I made an appointment for a bridal consultation. Having never done this before, I had no idea what to expect. Upon my arrival I was greeted with a smile and instantly given direction on where to go. Evette evaluated my wedding day makeup dreams and helped break it down using her expertise since I really had no idea what exactly I wanted. She also took every step and precaution to make it as sanitary as possible. My indecisiveness might have made our consultation a bit longer and possibly more challenging for her, but she never showed it and spent every minute needed to address every part of my makeup needs. Evette was friendly, funny, professional, and really knew her stuff! Many people came to her for help during our consultation, and she smiled, addressed their needs and found someone to help them without missing a beat with me. My only problem would have been that it was a little tricky trying to find all of the products following my consultation. It was also so busy that I couldnt really ask for help when a product was missing. I recommend trying to visit during their quieter hours. There are only two registers, so the line was also pretty long. Despite the line, the employee working the register went over the top to address my needs.

First time at Sephora my anxiety always kept me from going into busy stores like these but today I went in and felt so welcomed I got the make up I had been wanting for some time will definitely be back.

This place is a joke, after waiting for over 30 minutes to be helped I walked out. I ask for help and the girl said “I’ll send someone over to help you”, I watched her tell no one and walk right out of the store.. the store wasn’t even busy, and other girls were rude..
