My TV goes out off and on every night between 8 and 11pm. PDT Sometimes Iose my internet also. I had comcast when I lived in Selma CA, almost no problems
Juan helped me out this visit. I must say. He was very professional, kind, funny and walked me through all I went in to take care of and some. When I left Xfinity, I left fully ready to go home and implement all I had learned in that short time. I am so grateful for the time Juan took with me as I took care of some delicate paperwork. I wish for you all to walk through those doors and have the same experience I did. Thank you Xfinity for the utmost care you have taken in training your employees. Knowledge is king. I do know that it is a team effort and therefore each employee will bring his or her own stilo to the table. So for today, kudos to you Juan for showing kindness to these old bones. This was my situation I have to move from Visalia to Porterville and they do not have service for Porterville. The agent told me that I don t have to pay because the do not do service in the area. Later they charge me 90 dollars for an early termination fee.After I call they said that they can not do anything about it. Even that they have not service in the area.
Every interaction Ive had with this store has been positive. Last night, I stopped by because the online support and phone support was not getting me the help I needed. Aaron, the manager, helped me and followed it through to resolution (which is rare these days). I also noticed the attentiveness their entire team had to all their customers.

Gus made my experience very good. Walked in and was greeted. Was told when Id be next left me not feeling like I was forgotten. I was then given very good customer service from Mike. I was there MAYBE 15mins. Over all experience was great and Id come back and do more business. These are the type of employees I wish every store had. Give them a raise!
Came into location was abruptly kicked out without having any service provided customer service Representatives extremely rude and using profanity, Internet literally goes out every single day and is off for hours, no customer service available when the internet goes out, refusal to fix the problem, lacking empathy for customers, robs you blind and offers no refund or credits towards bill even though their service only works 50% of the month

They are understanding, helpful, and caring to their loyal customers i cant tell you how many times they’ve help me in the past and provide excellent service. I give this xfinity store absolutely no stars and a big middle finger, for their treatment of people myself included. No service,No common sense,unbelievable smuggness by the Technician. I have news for you visalia xfinity, you are not the only game in town. ATT is more than happy to keep customers happy by treating them with common courtesy and respect. I do not recomend doing business with Xfinity in Visalia Ca under any circumstances. One star is checked only because its required to post, against my judgement, and so not deserved.

This location is a hit and miss store. I have went there and had great service and like tonight went there and it felt like a cross between the DMV and a Doctors office. Not for having a long wait. It was more you sit and wait while I stand around and do absolutely nothing. Went in to upgrade my wifes phone and thought it would be a fast process since we knew exactly which phone she wanted and we already have service and are in good standing and we sat there for at least 20 minutes and only one person was getting service. There were at least two or three more there standing around or walking back and forth to the back. Wish I didnt have to deal with them. Going to see if I can do it online by myself.

Terrible service for a terrible product. This store is running a monopoly on internet in the Central Valley here in California and i havent had a day go by without being booted from the service. In store they tell you to call. When you call they direct you to go online (mind you the internet is out), when you get online they send you to go to the store. They will take your money but will not provide the service promised. When I brought that up with management they told me that is just the way it is. Horrible horrible product fronted with an automated service to bypass providing functioning internet service.
Good Pricing packages and contract with high speed.
Went in 2 days ago, got my equipment etc...lady told me that yesterday after 2pm I was able to connect and activate because the people would be there to connect my line. NOPE. No connection. Called today, told me that she would send people out to set it up for us and check. Told us she’d call us. NOPE. No one came and we called her and got no freakin answer back. Still left with no connection yet.
I would have liked to contact this place, but my 1st time call was outsourced to some person incapable of off script conversation. I wasted 10 min on hold, and then a useless individual who MAYBE when pressed will answer the question in black/white yes/no, but zero ability to relate to me and my needs outside their script. I always try, but anymore my expectations are low and lower and I feel huge frustration. Ill check the place out in person and hope for better communication. Here in Visalia we are held hostage by a whopping 2 choices for internet, Xfinity or ATT. Wait! My address doesnt have ATT service yet! And i despise ATT! So we are held hostage by Xfinity here.

Internet keeps going down every morning between 7am and 9am for the past 7 days. Comcast claims nothing is wrong.The amount of our bill and the amount of usage of this so called product we get out of it do not add up.That said.....the people in the local office are very nice. Really! They are always professional.

Went at 9 a.m. and only a few people waiting. Only 2 service persons took more than 30 minutes with each customer and by then more than 50 persons waiting. I exchanged defective equipment and was promised that the new equipment was already activated. Long story short, it didnt work and spent more than an hour on the phone. I do NOT recommend Comcast.
Internet only: slows WAY WAY down around 9/10pm (like 15mbps). I pay for 100 mbps but the most I’ve hit is 75mbps and that’s with a 1gb wired connection - so it’s not on my end. Junk customer service as others have mentioned. If only there was options :/

Regardless of the issues I have had with Comcast -- the company -- the staff at this office have always been attentive and knowledgeable whenever Ive needed to come in to pick up/swap equipment or get help with billing. Lines can get long but are sorted fairly quickly.The inside isnt anything fancy like the Xfinity Stores they have in Fresno or Sacramento, but thats probably for the best.

They have 2 people working had clerk named Joe was the most rude person I ever encountered should be fired. He acted like he wanted to fight I had my son with me if I didnt I would have taking it outside. Asked for a manager they said there wasnt one. Im planning on changing service based on that. Go some where else there is better cheaper ways.
Very helpful, they checked to see how our bill could be reduced and gave us information about what we could do to bring it down. We were there to puck up a box for an extra room.Nayda Solis was very gracious and helpful.
Very dissatisfied with the dishonesty at the his store. In the park in lot with a representative I was able to confirm the limited time offer was still available on Samsung phones. I placed an order over the phone and sadly will have to wait for my phone to shop when I could have walked from the location with the phone. I asked the agent a couple of times if these deals vary by location or do they change quickly? She said they do not. Im very disappointed! I asked is the phone not available? She stated the promotion was only available for iPhone.
Signed up with a plan that I liked at a good price but when I got home to activate it I was told I was under a different plan. I was promised one thing and got something diffrent! Feel ripped off, plan to make them fix it or refund my money!

Long wait...about 20 or 30 mins to return equipment. Air conditioning and friendly service make up for this somewhat. After some misunderstanding about our return was resolved the rep shook my veteran husbands hand and thanked him for his service. Meant a lot.

They are the hardest individuals to resolve a problem. Calling, than you have to go through many steps just to talk about your act. You give first and last name,address, city,state and zip code and after that date of last payment and amount and last four of card or checking account....now you have someone tell you that they need your account number. I dont have that with me and she cant help me....what the hell! I can understand if I was closing my account or making major changes, but to try and fix my system thats not working....time to change service!

I went to return my cable box as I downgraded my package to internet only as I hardly ever watch tv. The process for getting my package updated was strenuous but this review is on the return of the physical equipment. I was extremely surprised to see how efficient this location was at completing peoples orders. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes and that has never been my experience with previous cable companies.
Courteous and polite. The desk representative was able to assist me with my internet connection issues related to my account within 5 mins and even upgraded my 4 year old rental modem.
Customer service rep is rude, doesnt have any knowledge of ANYTHING!! No receipts given for returned equipment. Comcast can never deliver all they promise. The bill is never the same its always more than what they quote the customer!!! The internet is always slow even when you up grade the fastest they have.
Extremely rude. Acted as if they wanted to fight and that was right as I walked in to the place. So I left or else he would have had a fight. If this is the xfinitys way of expanding their business they might want to make sure the employees are professional and not someone they picked up off the street.

Terrible service! Finally cancelled my cable after 10 years because of tons of service interruptions. I went to turn in my equipment and was talked into the fastest internet plan by the manager Rachel and scheduled the tech to come out between 9am-11am today just to find out nobody showed up and Rachel wont even answer her phone. WORST EVER!

Poor customer service. When I had an issue I had to call the 1-800 number twice. Even after contacting store manager Claudia Urena. Instead of offering to help I was asked to contact the 1-800 number which took about 45min only to be told I was provided wrong information.
Comcast customer service, tech support, and sales are all complete morons...I have been trying to get information from them and my package and I honestly feel like Im playing a childs game of tag Im being bounced from one rep to another just to be told they cant help me...if it wasnt for the great internet Id stay away from Comcast...beware to future customers Id highly recommend the internet its great, however when you decide to get it be prepared to talk to monkeys for the rest of your day Im serious these people are useless

Didnt even want to give them a one star honestly. Rude and inattentive. Said he couldnt tell me why my cable was working because he was in training, after I waited in line ten minutes with my daughter about ready to pee her pants cuz they wouldnt let her use the restroom for five seconds. Told me to drop my old receiver in the drop outside. Well, it caught my hand and dropped my phone in with it, went to tell them and none of the three people even looked up. Im done with Comcast after today. Ive never had such worse service.

Terrible terrible customer service, i went in to pick up cables because theyre installer didnt use the right cable and they tried charging me after their tech told me that I wouldnt be charged... If i wasnt in a contract Id get rid if them! Plus my original package was the triple play with unlimited data and two months after I signed the contract they switched up the plan limiting my data to 1 terabyte but if i want unlimited data i have to pay $50 extra.... STAY AWAY TERRIBLE SERVICE
Ive had Comcast for nearly two years now and never had an issue. The one time I thought I did, it ended up being a problem on my end and their customer service agent helped me figure it out. Im not quite sure why so many people are having problems, but I havent experienced any.
Comcast should be criminally charged for their billing practices. I cancelled my services among other reasons due to their billing discrepancies and lack of accountability and unwillingness to correct their errors. Be careful.

I found that as I read these reviews how the people that wrote these reviews are the real Morons. Every complaint is what you find with all cable companies. the grass is not greener on the other side, you will still find the same problems or worse when switching to another company. I just went back to Comcast after a long break and Im about 90% satisfied. My biggest complaint with all companies is when your contract is up its very difficult to renegotiate another deal.
Fast and easy service in the store. Just wish I could say the same about their coverage. I have had 4 different outages in the span of 2 days. I was not notified of issues and I asked for information on how to find out if there are outages in my area when I called in. The representative tried to sell me more of their product. I am considering canceling and she thought I would buy more? I found that funny, but let her talk about the new bundle they had going. Very friendly, but they dont really care that I was upset about the outages. I understand things happen, but it would be nice to be told more information or at least told that the outage was not planned.
Xfinity the fastest growing providers nation wide for a reason. Fastest internet & best wifi, cable, home security etc. Try it you wont regret it.
Comcast SUCKS!!!!!! They double our bill without consulting us and then when we go to change our bill they no longer offer the speed we have now so we either have to pay outrageous amounts of money for a high speed we dont need or pay MORE than what we were paying for the slowest speed they have. All we need is internet and we are being told we have to pay the price of almost internet and cable. Its bull s--t. Comcast has constantly screwed me out of money over the years. They are a horrible service.

Would rate one star if i could. where do i get started? They support the repeal of net neutrality, which i frankly dont think they realize will make people go back to locally storing their files (meaning illegally downloading more music) because if this bill gets passed by congress, they will have to pay extra to download the services they pay for. What else? Oh, they count the USB ports on your modem as a Device connected to your router, which they limit to only 12, and whats even worse is that they cap the data you can use per month. for what you need to pay for high speed internet you shouldnt have a data cap and device cap. They throttle if you go over 12 devices connected at once, which would be okay if they actually would give you the speeds you pay for. Pay for 200 down 15 up? well learn to settle for 125 down 5 up, comcast is the best. They send out tech support to your house and they usually end up having to fix your already fine wiring. The only thing theyre doing is trying to squeeze money out of you and putting further caps on your wifi. Dont get this service, if you have something else that is worse just do it, it can NOT be this bad.

Yes I had a few problems with customer care, but my review is solely on the service itself. I am currently paying $70 with blast and I am getting 200+ Mbps downstream and 15+ upstream. Now that is fast for any local cable company. I rarely have any problems with my internet. No point in get cable tv cause why pay to watch commercials. You can stream almost anything online nowadays.

If i could give ZERO stars i would.... ive had to contact your company multiple times. we have had your service for just under a month now and have only been able to connect to the internet and cable a FEW times total. seriously getting sick of the horrible service we have had. we go days without internet and cable. when we do have connection, its horrible and disconnects continuously. i am done trouble shooting the boxes daily, i am done trying to have you send techs out here to fix it. why should i pay you for your services every month, when there is NO SERVICE? Im at that point where i dont want to pay the bill and i am about to switch to a new provider. What can you do to fix this issue? Do i have to go through FCC for things to get fixed? i just finished a chat session through the xfinity site and he was in NO WAY wanting to help me out.
The CS, in person, is always very good & helpful! We drive to this office if we need to speak to ant if them!

Every single time i am required to interact with comcast i have an incessant urge to have someone smash my head repeatedly with a sledge hammer. the worst customer service bar none. calls dropped constantly. calls transferred incorrectly. multiple departments that dont work together in any way and know nothing of the other departments. foreign call service people who barely speak english and mumble. service reps hanging up. automated call answer service that prompts you to pick options and once you pick them it hangs up. dead ends on their automated answering. if i sat here longer i could make this review a few pages but they have wasted plenty of my time as is.

They need to pressure wash the building cuz when we walked up to the entrance we walked right into a spider web. Staff will greet you but you can tell they do not care for their job. I went to return my cable box and she said outside hun and pointed. Some service.
Weve been with Comcast for over 20 months now and in that time, weve had atleast 4 major outages and all we have to show for it is a $5 dollar credit. Their HD channels keep pixelating and you have to keep restarting the box to fix it and then it happens again after a couple of hours. Their router is garbage with terrible range. The technician blamed the house for it so I guess Im just sol. This companys nickname is well deserved. Cant wait to drop them!
