Wide range of gardening items all in one stop shop. Loved the service. Went in 5 minutes to closing time but the shop team players were willing to assist and I am glad for their kind help. I got exactly what I wanted. Helpful front office and isle staff. Keep up the great job.

I received a friendly greeting at the door, asked the greeter where a particular item was, and she very kindly directed me to the correct aisle where I found exactly what I was looking for. Checkout was also so much nicer than those big box stores that have mostly self-checkouts. I highly recommend Ace Hardware.

Like coming here for the odds and ends that the big box stores don’t have. Some of their items are outdated, but, I like that, love the outdated stuff I used to enjoy buying. Now that same stuff today is cheaply made and either breaks easy or fall apart, so I’m happy shopping here. And I get my Military Discounts as well!

Go here all the time faster to get what i need than going to a giant box store. Once you figure out how to avoid In n Out traffic it is a super convenient trip. Also helpful staff, reminds me of when it was OSH!

Great customer service the biggest complaint is the owner will not turn on any air to keep the place a little bit cooler I seen people passing out from heat inside the store going to keep me from going back there

Ace hardware store is a great place for all hardware needs. I came in to get ready for spring, so I purchased tons of plants and gardening supplies. I was greeted well, but once in the gardening section it took some time to find someone to help and provide some advice.Inside the store helps fairly easy to find and the employees are quick to direct you where to go and even take you right to the product youre looking for in store. I personally prefer Ace because it gives me the large hardware selection without the big corporate feel some other stores provide. Their selection is diverse and their staff is inviting, I would highly recommend this location.

The Ace Hardware store is clean and well maintained. The associates are courteous and helpful. Their prices are comparable to other hardware stores.

Went to check out the store today. The store itself seem to be fine. BUT I was surprised to see that NONE of the employees and the door greeter had NO mask on or plexiglass in front of the register. Where is the safety for everyone that goes into that store. I felt like that the customers and myself who were wearing mask were protecting the their employees. I believe that it is mandatory for store and responsibility for the safety of others. Very sad that they dont take the safety caution. Maybe OSHA needs to be involved.

They don’t wear masks in the middle of a global pandemic. A worker really had the audacity to walk up to me in the paint aisle with no mask while I had my 6 month old baby with me. While they do have signs around the store asking people to wear masks, apparently it’s just for show because the owner doesn’t want to enforce it. None of them actually care except for a few up at the cash registers. I about lost it in line when a man behind me did not have a mask on either even though it was hanging from his ear. It’s unbelievably selfish and downright irresponsible to treat your mask wearing customers like this. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. No one is exempt from Covid. NOT EVEN THE PRESIDENT APPARENTLY.

I like this store for its unique items that you probably wouldnt find at home depot or lowes but I also would like to mention that everything is pretty expensive here I can go to home depot and find pots on sale just ceramic pots pretty colors but at Ace I never see them on sale. But I continue to shop at Ace Hardware because they have some really unique cute items.

The moment I walked in i was greeted and asked if I needed help. I needed four or five items in different places the sales associate escorted me to each area of the item help me choose the best for what I need it for. Great store, been there three times now hoping that by now I would see employees wearing PPE but I also see customers walking in unprotected as if there is nothing on . I don’t get it especially with the numbers significantly increasing by the day. The stats are not good and a little consideration for others is not much to ask especially for those at higher risk that might walk into your store. I’ll visit again when this over perhaps a year from now, what a shame but I’m not risking.

Service was good and staff friendly today. However none of the staff wear masks, and I asked, Why are you not wearing masks? She said the owner does not mandate that they wear masks. For that reason I will shop at a different store next time, not this one.

Really havent been impressed. Their manager on duty said hi to me twice but never asked if i needed help. Associates, 3 of them, were the same.I tested this store, since ive never been in a ACE store before, and walked the entire place to see what they carried. Looking for mosquito zapper/ hose replacement part, and paint. I left with nothing after 25 min.I do not believe i will be back unless it is for convience.A merchandising supervisor for 20+ yrs wrote this post.

Today we were helped by a very rude female clerk . the lady had a lot of very smart A comments in asking for my sons adderss he said @@@ W.Maine st . the woman said is that all one word my son said do you know Visalia ? she went onto tell us she is from Colorado and no she does not know Visalia She did appear to be 30--40-- I A 73 yr old woman said if I said west Olive st. it would not be all one word like W.Main St is not one word My son A 53 yr old man a nice guy with all gray hair contiued to give the info . she was asking for, he noted the woman tossed her head back and rolled her eyes back in her head . My son in a very calm voice said to her just forget it I no longer want your want your discount card as I will never come back to this store because of how rude you are to me .Please finish the sale and give me the recipt and I will leave . as, she again rolled her eyes . I feel she was trying to upset him as she had to run and have him swipe his care 4 - 5 times . as we were leaving someone said OH YEAH I am going to call the CORP. OFFICE . She needs to be taught how to work in public . I am very up set .

Ace hardware is a fantastic store. My wife and I love shopping there not only because of the great products but because the staff there treat you with respect and go out of their way to help you and always greet you when you enter the store. Home depot and Lowes employees ignore you and go in the opposite direction when they see you.
