This is the best place you can get odds and ends as far as bolts and nuts at you can buy one bolt or one nut at a time which is almost impossible to do at this time in history. I love the service here. Other than the Bolts the nuts the selection is great. And the people that work there are definitely experienced at what they do and you can tell theyve had a lot of years in the construction field. But to say that to be stunned because I could walk in there and buy one nut and one bolt if I needed just one blew me away its worth going there just for that. Try doing that at home Depot or Lowes.

Doesnt have everything a full Ace store would have but has alot of what you need. It is a lot quicker than going to Lowes or Home Depot. People are friendly. Home town feel.

Prices are way to high. The customer service is nothing like before. I had to ask two times for help because no one would help me.

Employees are knowledgeable and professional. Their hardware selection is good and for having Stabila Levels. They lose a star due to their distributors not always getting the order(s) right and delaying.

Prices are not outrageous like I have been told! Im usually at one of the other stores in town but we stopped one day just to see and they had prices same as, or darn close to the other stores. Plus you can order from Ace Stores online and pick up free here in town, and they have awesome sales and discounts AND a reward program.

Visalia Lumber is a good place to get lumber,doors ect. And the people working there are always nice and know what theyre talking about. BUT it looses a star because if your in a rush take a chill pill. Im a regular and I still sit there for 30 minutes trying to get help

Decent price but GARBAGE lumber. Free delivery is pitiful. We had a very large order to be delivered and it took over a week and is still not complete. They forgot a bunch of stuff and still have not even brought the nails. They have no clue what they are doing so just dont have any sort of good expectations!
