We had just purchased a lawn mower from Lowes in June of 2016. 6 months after we purchased this mower it quit working. My husband followed all the troubleshooting instructions and nothing. Lowes sold him a fuel filter. Well, needless to say our mower doesnt require a fuel filter. So, my husband spoke to Cody and then took the mower in on Monday. They called 3 days later and it was fixed. They were very knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you.

Took my lawn mower back in under warrenty kept it a month and said the carb was plugged and metal shavings. The choke was actually closed. Didnt need the plug and new filter. Only used mower 5 or 6 times. Now they say 90 dollars for service fee. Need to back up thier product. What mower needs plugs and filters after 5 or 6 uses. Save your self the trouble. Find different place. Bad quality products. Also worst customer service.

Poor customer service. Called for a part, was told their computers were down they would call me. After a couple of hours I called back they then put me on hold for five minutes then hung up. I called back and again for my part, and without a second after asking told me they dont carry that part. I felt like they just wanted me to stop calling.

Okay to buy equipment there just dont have anything serviced there, their service department was horrible, the service clerk argued with me telling me I asked for a certain service on the equipment but I didnt, they promised me a completion date but could not deliver, communications between us was insufficient.
