I have a newer riding mower, John Deere D130. I took it to Lawrence Tractor one month ago because it needed new blades and was due a tune up. They did a great job communicating with me how long they would need it and did all the work for a really reasonable price. When I got my tractor back, it was running so much better, the difference was night and day. I was pumped with the return on my investment, as are my kids, who do most of the mowing :) .Four weeks later, my drive belt busted during a normal mow. I decided to take it in and ask about a warranty because the belt had just been replaced. The service manager took me write away to the repair technician and instructed him to get in his truck and follow me home to make the repair. They warrantied the belt and took care of the service right then and there, no paperwork, no questions asked. Evidently there was a setting on the deck that needed to be adjusted so the repair fit under warranty. The repair technician, Derek, also showed me a few upkeep tricks with the mower and was gone within 30 minutes. I WAS SO PLEASED WITH THEIR HANDLING OF THE SITUATION. Unbelievable service. Im a customer for life ... my only regret is that I bought the mower from Lowes three years ago, and not them. Lawrence Tractor will do any and all service on my mower moving forward.

The service manager is a jackass he has no respect declined to work on my John deer over some issue he had going on not my problem keep in mind I bought it for 9 thousand from there lot, I bought 2 tractors, 2 lawnmower, flag pole tree cutter, weed eater etc all my equipment I bought from there when he declined service he called me poor along with his sales boyfriend that has his back name Kyle those guys a trash called them out to go to the parking lot shut up went back in there shop. I was not ever going to spend a penny there but spoke with the Wesley he is currently taking over this situation and working on my lawn more remember the guy he called poor has a 15 million dollar business who farms and has multiple businesses why would he call me poor when they make minimum wage. Sucks John Deer hires people like that very unfortunate that 2 people making a big company look bad.
I gotta give credit where it is due. It is due. Had problems with my gator, left it a month ago. Was there for 4 days, and the mechanic could not find a problem. Took it back out in the field, did not take long for the problems to appear for me. And then some. Took it back, and wow...not only did they fix the problems this time, but in 24 hours. Not only that, but I want to commend the young mechanic that worked on my gator, AND treated me with the upmost of respect. You won me over today. I hope you see this review:-) Give this young man a raise! ( And tell his mom that he was raised right! )

Went to buy a riding lawn mower, all the salesmen were in a meeting and not one person could help!! They wanted me to come back, what kind of business is to busy in meetings to take money from a customer?
