Getting a storage unit was super easy and fast which was what I needed after an exhausting long drive. Jessica was incredibly kind and even brought me over a new lock to the #2 compound because it had the wrong one.Definitely would recommend !

Daniel was such a huge help! He made this process so easy for us, and even called our insurance to get the documents he needed. We have rental units all over California for our distribution company, and most of the time the process to rent a unit for a company like ours is frustrating, inconvenient, and expensive. The units and parking spots at Stor It are very competitive in pricing and the quality of the units are great! With the facility being cinderblock and steel, our property is even more safe. I love that they have such a great security system in place with inferred lasers in place to avoid any break ins.

The rental process was quick and easy and the office receptionist was very kind and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

I made my reservations on-line, it fast and easy. There was no need for me to call or go in to see what size units were available, it was all listed for me to chose from. This Ade signing at the office another quick process. We were in and out of the office and our new storage unit within 45 min . Thanks Jessica

I had a unit at Stor-it 2 for over a year, rented under their move in special, I knew the rate would raise the next month, what I didnt expect is the raise in rent several months later and then a mandatory security fee add each month. I also had mice in my unit which messed up several pieces, I had a mattress, and other fabric furniture stored in the unit. I emptied the unit and went to the office to turn in the keys and was told since I was a couple days past the 5th I had to pay the full month, I was told if I didnt pay the month they would turn it over to collections which would add negative credit reports, since I am moving to a state that your credit rating affects you auto insurance rates I had no choice but to pay. I am an older, disabled woman who was at the mercy of others to help clean out the unit, also for the last several weeks it has been scorching hot, with heat advisories, warning against outside activity so we could only work early mornings. My point is those sweet girls in the office have no compassion and arent so sweet, so beware before renting from from this storage facility, read the contract carefully. I have rented from other storage facilities in the area and have never had any problems with mice, bugs, dirt or the employees before, makes me sorry I went to the trouble of leaving it clean and ready for the next person to rent, which if rented this month will give the owners double rent on the unit.
