The gentleman was very nice. And informed us that if you call the 800 number they promise things they cant deliver! Literally! We couldnt pick up the package but he set it all up for the next day & was very apologetic, which was greatly appreciated.

Driver delivered my package and then damaged my property with his vehicle. He didnt stop and let anyone know.

After failing to deliver my package two days in a row by not knocking on my door at all. They make me drive 45 miles to this place where no one can find my package then they tell me my name doesn’t match the address so I can’t sign for it after all. Just wasting my time. They are stupid, and incompetent and speak little to no English.

Sat at home all day today waiting for FedEx package that needed to be signed for. Then I get an email saying they could not deliver because I was not home and left a delivery attempt tag. But no tag here so they must have tried to deliver to the wrong house or who knows what. Not the first time this has happened. Says something about the quality of thier drivers!

HORRIBLE DELIVERY DRIVER IN VISALIA!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!! EVERYTIME HE DELIVERS TO MY HOME HE HAS HIS MUSIC BLARING FROM THE DELIVERY TRUCK. I WORK FROM HOME AND FIND THIS VERY DISTRACTING, AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I HAVE CALLED FEDEX CUSTOMER SERVICE TO COMPLAIN- I GUESS THEY ARE OK WITH UNPROFESSIONAL DRIVERS!!!

Told me I can pick up my package since the shipper messed up the order, so I drove to pick it up, but now couldnt receive it because it needed a signature (Im 19, they needed someone who was 21). It was just a necklace. Not only that they never called or had no commination on my package missing address info.

Great customer service. I sent an envelope with documents to Mexico and I paid $126 dollars. I think that was a very high rate price.

I prefer my FedEx shipments to be delivered by Fresno rather than Visalia. Visalia sits on the packages, holds them until they are supposed to be delivered even when they receive them early. They have received my packages up to 3 days earlier than anticipated and won’t deliver until the expected delivery day. FedEx Fresno and UPS Visalia WILL release the packages as they receive them.

The rep was extremely helpful and informative. I never did this before and was shipping to another person but to another Fed ex office. Didnt know about cost and insurance. Customer service extraordinary. Worked out all different prices for times different amount of insurance. Way above and beyond, even helped us get inside during pouring rain storm.

My experience was terrible. I have been lied to numerous times. I would like the history of my package researched and the customer reps given additional training and to always tell the truth.

FedEx just left a package at my front porch, right in the middle of the sidewalk, completely out in the open.. In 6 years here, thats a first.. FedEx does not deserve any business either, pushing the Redskins issue too, shameful and will never ever use fedex again..

They were a little slow but other than that everything was great. Got my package with no questions asked besides asking for my Drivers license. Smooth transaction

Package was dumped on the street. Was by chance that I saw it there. Quite a way from the house. Other 2 packages were supposedly delivered the same day. But no trace of them anywhere. And none was put inside the fence that surrounds the front porch. Not even did they let us know that they were delivering. The absolute worst shipping compnay.

I work for a medical service company. I pick up package from different fedex around the san juaquin valley. This is slowest of them all. Its always late when my oackage is available tonpick up. And the people are not so friendly. I hope they will change

Waited all day for my package and i left the store for about 5 minutes and i guess i missed the driver so i drove around town and found the driver and he wouldnt release my package to me and said i have to go all the way to visalia to pick it up, such bs

I have had several packages arrive this week. All from FedEx. Only 1 of 5 drivers knocked on the door to signal the delivery. Was supposed to receive a set package of 2 items at the same time. Driver dropped off one, didn’t say a single word to me about the second package. Called the 1800 number and the guy kept giving me some spiel about how the package “needed inspection” and didn’t bother trying to have the local company call me or anything to tell me directly what the exact issue was. They just said “oh it’ll be out for delivery tomorrow”. If it needed inspection, why deliver it at all? Makes no sense!

Mixed up mine and some other ladies packages about a mile apart from each other. different names, different street number and street name. AND he delivered them a day apart from each other.... that is a level of incompetence that takes years of practice not giving a crap to achieve. these guys are idiots....also just got my package a few days late pampered chef box all open and beat to hell

This location should receive 0 stars. I paid for my package to be delivered overnight. The driver of this location said he delivered my packages and that he left a door tag and no one was home. Well turns out not just me but another person was here with me. On top of that there was no doortag in sight. Why lie about doing a job that you didnt do.? I dont like my job but I make sure with customers that they always get the service they deserve. I will never use FEDEX again

Friendly service when I go in. I just wish the drivers knew how to open gates and drive up my driveway to deliver packages. Its a long drive to Visalia or Fresno.

Bad bad service, drivers will make all the excuses not to deliver your package, happened couple of times with me.

I called customer service and when I went to shipped my package I was just about laughed out of the store. None of the quotes were correct and didnt even attempt to work with me.

Need to be able to reach local terminals to make changes or Corrections without having to go through customer service or wait a extra day for fed ex to contact Customer first delays package and inconvenience especially when address was shipped Wrong very poor i will use ups next time

Payed to get items overnighted before the weekend. We watched the driver drive right by our place and got an alert a couple mins later that we went home. Had to call the 800 number to talk to someone who couldnt speak English.She admitted that unfortunately their drivers do this often and she is sorry but Id have to wait till midday to get it now....

Wouldnt print the Fed Ex shipping label for my Fed Ex docs....told me to go MOONEY BLVD. FED EX THEYLL PRINT THE SHIPPING LABEL.

This always happens worst service ever I wished the company I ordered had the option to ship with UPS....:I was home all morning never heard a knock just opened the door to find a stupid door tag I always have this dam problem with FedEx hate the service Ive had it with them I had to drive all the way to shipping station 40mins and no dam help just rude customer service I should have never paid35 dollars for express shipping not worth the money I wasted should of just kept it for gas money since I have to drive up here ugh never in my life ever using FedEx again
