I started using the UPS store for my shredding the last few times since Able Industries is no longer accepting shredding. Itd been a while so I had a lot and I needed to put the items in the container due to the nature of the documents and not 100% sure of the staff. I had the chance to observe the staff and I didnt feel confident with safety of the confidential information. If you do take shredding, and need to put them in yourself, PLEASE ask them for the container with the molded opening...I saved half the time versus trying to fit the documents in a 1 hole. They have multiple containers and you just need to ask for the one with a pre-molded opening...if you have to put them in yourself. Thanks.

Friendly staff and good customer service. I have been there multiple times and they have helped me all the time. They do get very busy during the day but they do go through the line very fast. I would definitely recommend this location.

Went there for notary and the staff and very friendly and quick. Line was long but wow they were fast. I was done quickly. I would definitely recommend this place. I will definitely come back in future.

Now the Store Manger wants to engage in the fact that her employees are not properly versed in the shipping business. And now throws accusations that the customer is false in what services they were asking for. A total 0 of a company here . Take all your business to FedEx off Noble Ave.They’re truly professional and well versed and trained in meeting customers expectations and maintaining a professionalism when conversing and offering customers their shipping requirements. No false information being given to customers weather in person, on the phone or email.0 stars if possible. Do NOT Ship with UPS people!

Came to get a document notarized. They had us sign in and then told us to sit out in our car and when it was our turn they would call. Its was over 45 minutes sitting out in 106 degree weather waiting for a call. They never said a time, or how many people were ahead of us, only to just sign in and wait. This is the worst customer service to not even explain the situation. I had watched 3 people I had saw when I arrived just barely leaving and it makes no sense as there were 6 employees at the counter working.Now had it been explained that the employees were training and that there was only 1 notary, i would have forgave the wait, as someone who has trained others I know the stress of it especially when busy. My issue was not with the waiting in my car as we were all masked and vaccinated, my issue was with the way your location handled the increased amount of people and not letting your customers know and just assuming we know what going on in your store. Instead of blaming covid and the precautions that I actually applaud you for taking. Maybe work on your customer service skills.

PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!! This location will steal the contents in your box and then tape the box back up and send the empty box to its location this has happened to me twice! The manager that’s a lady there works at this location is definitely working with the ups pick up driver and that’s how there able to steal the contents. To the owners of this store please watch the driver that comes there and also watch the girl she’s not slick.

This is the first and only UPS location that has refused to give me a receipt for a USPS drop off. I went across town to a different UPS location and didn’t even have to ask, they just handed me the receipt.

Excellent customer service. Have a business mail box and have all my packages sent to that address, a safe & secure drop off. As a sole proprietor it fills a lot of gaps for me by providing custom copy, laminating, document shredding and faxing services. Highly recommend this store! I have found all the staff to be very friendly and customer oriented.

The UPS Store is one of the largest retail stores, where mails and packages are delivered, shipping, and received! In addition, there are also other services, such as printing, faxing, photocopying, and more! I have been to The UPS Store to pick up one of my delivered packages, and they took good care of it! Very tidy and organized! Nice and courteous employees! Great customer service! 👍

I ordered a book to be printed and binded for a special convention. I was contacted the day it was due and was told their binding machine was broken. So I then asked if I could have the order transferred to another UPS store for printing and binding, the person I spoke with (DJ) was so helpful and offered to get my book binded elsewhere and was still able to have my book ready the day it was promised. Thank you so much! Great customer service! This will definitely always be my go to UPS store 👍🏼

I believed this was best place in the town to send/drop off package since I was a kid. I was treated nicely. Customer service was excellent. About 1 year ago, I believe they have a new owner, everything changed since than. Employee are rude, and rush people through the process. They don’t care if they can help you. They just do the minimum to get paid. This totally destroys reputation of UPS. I never been to a ups store that manager and employees are that rude. This is ridiculous.

Time is wrong for notary they dont come in till 10 am, customer service with young lady that was there in the morning wasnt good. She was very short in her response, terrible at multi tasking.

Very polite. Made my return nice and easy I got my product delivered on time.

People at the store are nice. But UPS customer service is another level of terrible. Dont bother taking out an insurance policy on your package because to them it means nothing. Youre basically just giving them money and if your packaged gets wrecked on the way to its destination, too bad so sad.

I shipped dishes through this store and I was totally satisfied with the shipping. Each dish was wrapped individually in bubble wrap and the box was a thick box. Not a one was broken.Harry and his staff were so friendly and helpful!I would highly recommend this store for all your shipping needs!!!!

I come here a lot and its always crowded next to the door because thats where they have their line start. Staff are slow but thorough which is great but causes crowding at the entrance. Pretty sure that is a fire hazard to block doorways with people holding packages. Not the worst ups store. I have never seen a staff member smile. They need to brighten up!

I run my own business and am constantly mailing orders out. This is the closest location to my house and I never have issues here. It does get crowded every now and then but they usually get through the line fast and are always nice, which is rare. Great location.

Under new ownership. I have been a long time customer at this location. Pleased to report that the excellent customer service is still in place. Fast, efficient and knowledgeable in advising on delivery times. I wish them success and will certainly continue to return when I need to ship by UPS.

I have been to the store twice and both times I had a bad experience. The first time I did not want to write a negative review because I wanted to give the store the benefit of the doubt but unfortunately I had a second bad experience.

Im not a review person but I got great service. I went in there on a Saturday to get several documents notarized, copied and mailed. The wait wasnt too long as they had alot of customers. We were helped by Daljeet Singh whom was very courteous, professional and quick. This was my first time to this store. You bet I will be back! Thanks

The people that are actually there do their best but undependable employees missing work cause the normal hours of operation for fingerprinting to close at 1-2pm...twice this week and once last week that I know of. Wasted time and gas to be told we closed early today, someonencalled in sick-- so dont show up before calling to make certain the service you need is available. Hope UPS can hire some dependable employees soon. Does Management need to look at their own style of encouragement to workers? Or UPS does need to adjust pay scale?

While out in CA recently, I needed to ship some family heirlooms to my home on the East coast. The employees at this UPS store where very helpful and professional. They packed some very old and fragile items for me that I was worried about but everything made it to me in perfect shape - and on the day I was told it would arrive. I cant say enough about the care they took with my items and their helpfulness.

Went to return equipment from AT&T/Direct TV. Staff very friendly & efficient. Had all equipment scanned & a receipt printed in just a few minutes & I was on my way! 😁

This ups store Never answer the phone and when they do they put you on hold for 20 minutes. I have been trying to call for two days now and all i need is more detail before drive all the way down to the store so i bring all necessary info

Although the advertise notary, they only have one person there that does it. Good luck catching her. And, for some reason there are 3 certificates on the wall with 3 different names stating they are certified notary, hmm maybe its for the perception?

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire time of dealing with UPS. The gals working at the store spoke rude and derogatory about one another while I was in the store. When I asked a question regarding price of one of the packages the gal said, I have no idea, technically were not even UPS. Not really sure what she meant by the comment but I sure was fooled by the sign out front and her shirt that said UPS on it. I will never be visiting this location again. Staff can make or break a business and this one will not last long with the current staff.

My package from amazon supposed to come in today(30th), i ordered my stuff on 27th of this month as a prime 2 days shipping. I checked the tracking number and my package arrived at visalia 7am and i still didnt get the package. I wondering why my stuff sits there.

Always come here because it’s close to where I live. Unfortunately, the past few times I’ve been here the staff was rude clearly need some customer service training.

The store is supposed to open at 8am. Myself and 3 anothers have been sitting in our cars for 20 minutes and no one has opened the store. Unacceptable.

Staff not friendly. Had to email to multiple addresses just to print 1 item. Cost me $3 just to re-email from their computer. All this to send something back to Amazon which at any other store is typically free. Will not be back.

Bad advertising, store supposed to open at 8:00 am. Its is now 8:45 am and no sign of employees, door locked, but lights on. There was 2 other people waiting also, they finally just gave up and many others that showed up and gave up and left.

They have suspended live scan fingerprinting indefinitely.

Less than enthusiastic cust service. In the end it got done.

They refused to ship a toy gun because it has the word gun in it not because of any actual policy or law.

Called in regards to a package sent three weeks ago that is now lost and Araceli that was very unprofessional, rude and breathing on the phone provided no help.
