Love this store ! It has everything I need for my hair! Have yet to be disappointed! Customer service is personable, knowledgeable and most of all courteous! Ive been going here for years, and will continue to go to them for my hair needs.

Can we please have an option for negative stars. The Korean owner (male) was very disrespectful and the wife barely spoke or was too busy on her phone. I tried my best to keep stay positive throughout my whole experience there, but every single thing that came out of this man mouth was rude and condescending. I asked if I could see a wig and all he did was laugh rudely. I can’t put into word how rude this man was. Even after trying to explain Several time that this is my first time at a wig/extension location he would belittle me and not answer my questions. I asked also, “would I need two of these” and all he said was “I am trying to make money of course I’m going to say yes”. I continued to say, “If you are honest I will continue to be a customer”. And he said he doesn’t care.

My 70 year old mom went in to buy a wig and asked the old man behind the counter if he had a wig that looked like the one she was wearing. His countenance immediately became hostile towards my mom. He took out a wig to show her and told her that they dont make wigs the length that she wanted very angrily. As she reached out to touch the wig, he snatches the wig back and quotes her twice the going price for the wig. He then turned around and stared at his wife and refused to speak to her. I dont know if he felt she couldnt afford it or if he was being racist. Either way, that attitude is not how you get repeat business. Do not support this business!

They have every kind of hair, wig, extension you can imagine! Its all real hair too absolutely beautiful! She has a full Beauty Supply in addition and is very helpful and courteous. Theyve been there 20 years and I didnt even know it. They sell to beauty salons in addition to the public which is great. You know somebody that can do your hair youre going to save a ton of money on color. She also has ammonia free and peroxide free products for sensitive hair.

This was my first time shopping here. The owners we most pleasant and eager to help. The experience was wonderful. I walked out very happy after purchasing three wigs. I look forward to returning to buy clip extensions in the near future.

Its my second time coming here, and just like the 1st time great service and friendly staff! They have great variety but their wigs are pricey, but that is normal for beauty supply stores vs online.

My hair stylist recommended this place. The couple that own the store have been there for years and they matched my hair perfectly for my extensions. Very happy with their customer service.

Unfortunately I didnt get the ladys name but her and her husband were really nice! I came in looking for a wig for my sisters wedding and I was on a lunch break and the lady helped me find two very quickly. I chose one and it was perfect! Not too fake looking (a wig is a wig) and they had a bunch of wigs to choose from! It was around $60-$100 for the wigs I was looking at but it depends on if you want long or short what style and synthetic or real hair. No refunds or exchanges and you can only try on two wigs at one time. The process was easy and simplified and it made my first time buying a wig easy! Ill come back here if I want another one. Thank you again!

Both the male and female in the store were pleasant, informative and helpful. Prices reasonable. Great selection of necessary hair products for everyone.

I honestly wouldnt even give this place a star. yes, they have a lot to chose from. the store is very clean but the man I dealt with was EXTREMELY rude and UNWILLING to help me. I told him price didnt matter to me. I just wanted good quality hair that I wanted. he said well all the hair runs from $250 to $2,000. how much are you even able to spend. again, I told him the price didnt matter. I didnt care about price. he told me I already had too much hair and didnt need anymore. all I wanted was a short wig to match my curl pattern because my hair is really damaged. thats all I wanted. but instead I got a man in his late 40s early 50s being rude and no desire to help me whatsoever. its unfortunate because they have good stuff here but maybe Ill come back when they change staff

First time here. The owner was very nice and helpful. She knew what I was looking for and helped me find it. The store was clean and spacious. Bigger from the other location which is three doors down. I will be back again.

I was in and out very quickly! When I went in, there was an employee waiting to help me. I let her know what I wanted and she helped me find it very quickly. She answered all my questions and I walked out very happy with my new hair extensions !

Got cheated out of my money

The lady there was so rude. She didn’t help at all. Her husband was more helpful than she was. Eh ! I didn’t feel welcome whatsoever.

Went in to buy a wig & never have i been treated with such arrogance & disrespect. First time in this shop & I came to buy a wig & she would not let me try it on because it was “swiss lace” and i said how will i know if the wig fits. She said all my regal customers know. Nice customer service, not!

They always have the cheapest stuff. I bought 16 inch human hair extensions and they were such good quality and stayed in my hair for a long time before showing any signs damage and the hair supplies are about wholesale price so theyre pretty well priced

Poor costumer service. The lady that works there kept saying my son looks like a girl because he has long hair. Even after I told her he is a BOY! They was treating me like I was a broke mf. Like I couldnt afford a 100 dollar wig if I wanted. Because the service was so bad I refuse to buy anything.
